Abstract
The invention discloses a combined clamping device for bonding a shell lining, which comprises an upper clamping plate, a pull rod, a lower clamping plate, a nut and a transfer ring, wherein the pull rod is fixed on the lower plate surface of the upper clamping plate; the upper plate is arranged above the assembly part, the adapter ring and the lower plate are sequentially arranged below the assembly part to be assembled, the lower end of a pull rod of the lower plate surface of the upper plate sequentially penetrates through an inner hole of the adapter ring and a pull rod through hole of the lower plate, the pull rod penetrates out of a part of threaded connection of the nut, the upper plate and the lower plate are relatively tensioned through screwing the nut, and the conical cylindrical metal shell is clamped and positioned with the nonmetal lining. The combined clamping device ensures that the non-metal lining and the conical cylindrical metal shell are matched in place, and ensures the bonding quality of products.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a combined clamping device for bonding a shell lining, and belongs to the technical field of part assembly.
Background
The rear part of the traditional rocket projectile nozzle is composed of a conical cylindrical metal shell 5 positioned on the outer side and a non-metal inner liner 6 adhered to the inner wall of the conical cylindrical metal shell 5 as shown in figure 1. When the parts at the rear section of the spray pipe are processed, firstly, a conical cylindrical metal shell 5 and a non-metal lining 6 are processed, wherein the inner shape of the conical cylindrical metal shell 5 is matched with the outer shape of the non-metal lining 6; then after the inner wall of the conical cylindrical metal shell 5 and the outer wall of the non-metal lining 6 are respectively glued, the conical cylindrical metal shell and the non-metal lining are clamped tightly by a clamping device and then are firmly bonded; when the non-metal lining 6 is attached to the conical surface of the conical cylindrical metal shell 5, the length of the large end of the non-metal lining 6 is flush with that of the large end of the conical cylindrical metal shell 5, and the length of the small end of the non-metal lining 6 is smaller than that of the small end of the conical cylindrical metal shell 5. As shown in fig. 1, the conventional device for clamping a conical cylindrical metal shell 6 and a non-metal liner 5 comprises an upper clamp plate 1, a pull rod 2 fixed on the lower plate surface of the upper clamp plate 1, a lower clamp plate 3 with a through hole in the center and a nut 4; the upper plate 1 is arranged above the assembly parts, the lower plate 3 is arranged below the assembly parts, the lower end of the pull rod 2 of the lower plate surface of the upper plate 1 penetrates through the through hole and threaded connection nut 4 of the lower plate 3, the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 3 are relatively tensioned by screwing the nut 4, and the conical cylindrical metal shell 5 is positioned by clamping the nonmetal lining with the 6.
For the existing rocket projectile nozzle rear part, as shown in fig. 2, when the non-metal liner 6 of the existing rocket projectile nozzle rear part is attached to the conical surface of the conical cylindrical metal shell 5, the length of the large end of the non-metal liner 6 is longer than that of the large end of the conical cylindrical metal shell 5, and the length of the small end of the non-metal liner 6 is longer than that of the small end of the conical cylindrical metal shell 5. Adopt traditional clamping device to press from both sides tightly the time of non-metal lining 6 and the awl cylindric metal casing 5 of current rocket projectile spray tube back end part, the both ends of non-metal lining 6 can only be used in the take-up of punch holder 1 and lower plate 4, can't guarantee the laminating of non-metal lining 6 and awl cylindric metal casing 5, are difficult to satisfy the assembly demand of this part.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the traditional clamping device cannot meet the requirement of clamping and positioning by adhering and fixing the parts at the rear section of the nozzle of the existing rocket projectile, and provides a combined clamping device for adhering a lining of a shell.

an annular positioning table with the inner diameter matched with the outer diameter of the small end part of the non-metal lining in the spray pipe rear section part is machined on the outer edge of the upper end of the adapter ring, and the height of the annular positioning table is matched with the height difference between the small end part of the non-metal lining in the spray pipe rear section part and the small end part of the conical cylindrical metal shell;
the upper plate is arranged above the assembly part, the adapter ring and the lower plate are sequentially arranged below the assembly part to be assembled, the lower end of a pull rod of the lower plate surface of the upper plate sequentially penetrates through an inner hole of the adapter ring and a pull rod through hole of the lower plate, the pull rod penetrates out of a part of threaded connection of the nut, the upper plate and the lower plate are relatively tensioned through screwing the nut, and the conical cylindrical metal shell is clamped and positioned with the nonmetal lining.
The upper clamping plate is a circular plate with the outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the end part of the large end of the non-metal lining in the part at the rear section of the spray pipe, and a lightening hole is formed in the plate surface of the upper clamping plate.
And a gasket is sleeved on the pull rod between the nut and the lower clamping plate.
Advantageous effects
The combined clamping device is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to assemble, and by adding the adapter ring, the matching of the non-metal lining and the conical cylindrical metal shell is ensured in place, and the bonding quality of a product is ensured. The upper clamping plate adopts a circular plate-shaped structure, so that the problems that the conical cylindrical metal shell is easy to deform seriously and the end face jumping value is large due to local stress when the conical cylindrical metal shell is clamped are avoided.
