The results in Table 3 show that the chocolate-processed Lycium barbarum obtained in examples 1-4 is more acceptable to the market in appearance design, product flavor, and overall mouthfeel. Meanwhile, the formulation design of the example 4 is optimal in taste.

Claims (10)

1. A deep-processed product of medlar is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of dried medlar, 0.22-0.55 part of flavoring agent, 0.5-2 parts of honey, 5-10 parts of fruit juice, 10-15 parts of purified water, 0.2-0.5 part of vegetable oil and 5-10 parts of vegetable fruit powder.
2. The deep-processed product of wolfberry fruit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the flavoring agent comprises 0.02-0.05 part of sweetening agent and 0.2-0.5 part of sour agent.
3. The further processed product of lycium barbarum of claim 2, wherein said sweetener is selected from sucralose or sucralose;
the sour agent is selected from citric acid or malic acid.
4. The deep-processed product of lycium barbarum as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant fruit powder is glucose powder;
the vegetable oil is selected from olive oil or palm oil.
5. The method for preparing the deep-processed product of Chinese wolfberry according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the following steps:
1) purifying: taking the dried medlar, and purifying for later use;
2) weighing: weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio for later use;
3) dissolving: adding sweetener, fruit juice, honey, sour agent and vegetable oil into purified water according to a certain proportion, stirring, and dissolving to obtain a solution; speed and time of agitation
4) Material infiltration: adding the solution into the purified dried fructus Lycii, stirring, pouring into a container, spreading, covering with sterilized gauze, sealing, and standing to obtain material; stirring speed, stirring time
5) Particle isolation: adding plant fruit powder into the materials, mixing in a food mixer to uniformly wrap the plant fruit powder on the medlar materials, and screening the redundant plant fruit powder by a 40-mesh screen to obtain an isolation material; wherein the mass ratio of the materials to the plant fruit powder is 1: 0.05;

6. The method for preparing the deep-processed product of wolfberry of claim 5, wherein in step 1), the purification is: and (3) carrying out electrostatic hair separation, ozone sterilization and drying treatment on the dried wolfberry fruits to obtain purified dried wolfberry fruits.
7. The method for preparing the deep-processed product of medlar according to claim 5, wherein in the step 4), the height of the paving material is less than or equal to 0.5 m; the standing time is more than or equal to 12 hours in summer and more than or equal to 24 hours in winter.

9. A process for the preparation of chocolate wolfberry, characterised in that chocolate wolfberry is prepared starting from a wolfberry further processed product prepared according to any of the preceding claims 6 to 8.
10. The method for preparing chocolate medlar according to claim 9, wherein chocolate medlar is obtained by coating chocolate on the surface of the medlar deep-processed product or pressing the medlar deep-processed product into sliced chocolate.
