Technical Field
The invention relates to smoke discharge of a pipeline, in particular to a smoke discharge pipe capable of reducing grease adhesion on the inner wall.
Background
The kitchen fume contains a large amount of grease, and the grease is easy to attach on the inner wall of the exhaust pipeline, reduces fume exhaust efficiency, increases air duct corrosion, and increases cleaning workload. At present, there are two general methods for removing grease in kitchen fume: one is to use a gas-collecting hood with oil-removing function (similar to a household smoke exhaust ventilator with a certain oil-removing function), and reduce the adhesion of oil smoke on the inner wall of a pipeline by accelerating the gas flow rate; another is to provide a special grease removing device on the smoke exhaust pipeline, for example, high-temperature steam is sprayed to clean grease in the pipeline.
Both of these two current approaches suffer from the disadvantages of large pipeline modifications and high costs. The invention reduces the grease content in kitchen fume by specially designing the fume exhaust pipeline and arranging the ultraviolet lamp tube.

Further, 3 baffles are arranged between the ultraviolet lamp tube and the inner wall of the smoke exhaust tube to form 3 spiral fan-shaped independent air channels.
According to the invention, by adopting a mode of combining the spiral separation sheet and ultraviolet rays, the grease content in kitchen smoke is reduced, the adhesion of grease in the air duct is reduced, the corrosion of the air duct is reduced, the ventilation efficiency is improved, and the environmental pollution is reduced; and be equipped with the oil collecting fin in the wind channel, can be fine collect the grease in the independent wind channel of spiral at the opening inboard and make it fall to the exhaust pipe bottom under the action of gravity, be convenient for we clearance.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the invention may be practiced without one or more of these details. In other instances, well-known features have not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the invention.
In order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, detailed steps and detailed structures will be presented in the following description in order to explain the technical solution of the present invention. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, however, the present invention may have other embodiments in addition to these detailed descriptions.
As shown in fig. 1-5, the invention provides a smoke exhaust pipe 1 capable of reducing the adhesion of grease on the inner wall, an ultraviolet lamp tube 4 is coaxially arranged in the center of the smoke exhaust pipe 1, a plurality of baffle plates 2 are arranged between the ultraviolet lamp tube 4 and the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe, two sides of each baffle plate 2 are respectively and hermetically connected with the ultraviolet lamp tube 4 and the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe so as to divide the air flue of the smoke exhaust pipe 1 into a plurality of mutually isolated independent air flues 5, wherein each baffle plate 2 is a spiral baffle plate which rises spirally around the ultraviolet lamp tube 4; the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe in each independent air channel is provided with a plurality of oil collecting fins 3, each oil collecting fin 3 is in a bent shape and is spirally distributed on the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe, the spiral direction of the oil collecting fins 3 is the same as that of the partition plate 2, the bent direction of the oil collecting fins 3 is opposite to that of the partition plate 2, and the bottom of the smoke exhaust pipe 1 is connected with an oil exhaust pipe 7. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the oil fume in each independent air duct 5 flows anticlockwise upwards from bottom to top, and the bending direction of the oil collecting fin 3 is clockwise, so that the oil fume can have a good oil collecting effect through the oil collecting fin 3 in the flowing process.
When the smoke exhaust pipe 1 with the structure is used for exhausting smoke, kitchen smoke is rotated and ascended in the spiral air duct at a certain speed, under the action of centrifugal force, grease particles with larger sizes move to the outer side of the air duct and are collected at the inner side of the opening by the oil collecting fin 3, are collected at the oil collecting area 6 at the bottom of the air duct under the action of gravity, and are exhausted through the oil exhaust pipe 7. The ultraviolet lamp tube 4 decomposes grease particles with smaller size in the smoke into carbon dioxide and water, further reduces the grease content in the smoke, and simultaneously continuously decomposes residual grease attached to the inner wall of the air duct, thereby reducing the grease attachment in the smoke exhaust pipe 1.
In an alternative embodiment, the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe, the oil collecting fins 3 and the outer surface of the partition plate 2 are provided with oil-repellent layers, so that grease can flow downwards to the oil exhaust pipe 7 more easily to be collected intensively.
In an alternative embodiment, the ultraviolet lamp tube 4 is detachably installed in the smoke exhaust pipe 1, and with the increase of the service time, some grease is attached to the outer wall of the ultraviolet lamp tube 4, when a certain amount of grease is accumulated, the irradiation effect of the ultraviolet lamp tube 4 is reduced, and at this time, the ultraviolet lamp tube 4 can be taken out to clean the outer surface and then be installed back, so as to ensure the catalysis effect of the ultraviolet lamp tube 4.
In an alternative embodiment, the outer surface of the ultraviolet lamp tube 4 is provided with a transparent tube, and a plurality of spiral ascending slots are arranged on the outer diameter of the transparent tube; the inner side edges of the partition boards 2 are respectively inserted into the slots in a sealing way, and the outer side edges are provided with rubber plates so as to be in sealing contact with the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe. By adopting the design, the baffle 2 is arranged on the ultraviolet lamp tube 4 in a replaceable way, so that on one hand, the baffle 2 is convenient to detach for cleaning, and on the other hand, the baffle 2 with different widths can be replaced to adapt to smoke exhaust pipes with different inner diameters.
3 Baffle plates 2 are arranged between the ultraviolet lamp tube 4 and the inner wall of the smoke exhaust pipe to form 3 spiral fan-shaped independent air channels. The three partition boards 2 in the air duct rise in the same amplitude in a spiral way, and the diameter of the air duct, the rising amplitude of the partition boards 2 in the spiral way (the screw pitch: the axial distance of one circle of the spiral) and the length of the air duct are required to be subjected to CFD simulation analysis so as to obtain the optimal grease removal efficiency.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above. It is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, wherein devices and structures not described in detail are to be understood as being implemented in a manner common in the art; any person skilled in the art can make many possible variations and modifications to the technical solution of the present invention or modifications to equivalent embodiments without departing from the scope of the technical solution of the present invention, using the methods and technical contents disclosed above, without affecting the essential content of the present invention. Therefore, any simple modification, equivalent variation and modification of the above embodiments according to the technical substance of the present invention still fall within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
