Abstract
本发明涉及一种结构化液体洗涤剂制备方法,基本步骤为:ⅰ.先将液体洗涤剂配方中的水溶性表面活性剂溶解于水中并加热;ⅱ.加入可结构化物质并混匀;ⅲ.机械剪切乳化;ⅳ.以1‑3℃/min的速率冷却至结晶温度,并恒温0.5‑1.5h;ⅴ.自然冷却至室温;ⅵ.加入其余组分,并补充挥发的水分。该方法的特点在于可以直接依托液体洗涤剂自身配方组分而原位生成结构化体系,可以比较完整地保存结构化体系中的纤维网络结构、避免外部结构体系对洗涤剂配方的冲击和影响,对不同洗涤剂配方具有广泛适用性,同时还可以省略外部结构体系制造单元、节省设备投资和占地面积。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及结构化液体洗涤剂的制备方法及其应用,具体涉及一种依托洗涤剂自身表面活性成分而原位生成结构化体系的结构化液体洗涤剂的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
液体洗涤剂主要有两种类型:非结构化液体洗涤剂和结构化液体洗涤剂。非结构化液体洗涤的水相是各向同性的,主要成分为水溶性较好的表面活性剂、水和其他相关助剂或添加剂。结构化液体洗涤剂是在非结构化洗涤剂基础上添加一些难溶或不溶于水的颗粒或液滴物质,并通过添加可改变体系流变特性的结构化物质,或通过液体洗涤剂表面活性成分自组装,使得悬浮颗粒在洗涤剂中长时间保持均匀分散状态的一种洗涤剂。颗粒或液滴物质可以为诸多有改善洗涤剂产品特性的物质,如荧光粉、珠光剂、漂白粉、有色颗粒及香精微胶囊等。这些添加的功能性助剂颗粒或液滴,具有很好改善洗涤剂清洗能力、视觉感官等的有益效果。
如上所述,非结构化和结构化液体洗涤剂差异性质关键取决于是否添加一种可以改变体系流变特性的外部结构化物质或通过液体洗涤剂表面活性成分自组装,使得产生是否能够长久稳定分散颗粒物质的功能。目前而言,该领域主要是通过外加可结构化物质来制备洗涤剂的结构化体系。一种行业内普遍认知的可结构化物质为氢化蓖麻油,并已经有了很多的相关报道。例如公布号为CN104685043A的发明专利,公开了一种包含结晶的甘油三酯(氢化蓖麻油)、表面活性剂和无氨基官能团的有机醇的外部结构化体系(ESS),其通过外部条件预先生成ESS,而后添加入液体洗涤剂。另外一个公布号为CN 109880700 A的发明专利,公开了一种用于液体洗涤剂的外部结构化体系组合物,其通过调节外部条件将12-羟基-十八酸甘油三酯(氢化蓖麻油主要成分)结晶生成纤维状单元,进而加入液体洗涤剂混合形成稳定的分散体系。上述两个报道都是通过预先生成外部结构体系,进而加入到洗涤剂形成结构化液体洗涤剂。然而此类方法存在以下问题:ⅰ.预先生成的纤维状结构化单元容易在工业应用中通过管流泵入或泵出时被破坏,造成悬浮稳定效率的下降或需使用更多量的外部结构体系造成成本上升;ⅱ.外部结构体系的制备往往需要使用高浓度的表面活性剂和一些有机溶剂,这容易对洗涤剂本身的配方体系造成冲击而使得最终产品性质发生变化;ⅲ.需要额外的制备设备,增加设备费用和占地面积。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种原位生成结构化体系的液体洗涤剂制备方法,即无需额外制造设备单元而直接依托洗涤剂制造设备及自身配方成分来原位生成可改变体系流变特性的结构化体系;可以很好地解决前面所述存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种原位生成结构化体系的结构化液体洗涤剂制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
ⅰ.根据液体洗涤剂配方,将水溶性表面活性剂溶解于水中,搅拌混合均匀,并加热至可结构化物质的熔点或熔点以上温度,优先选用去离子水;
ⅱ.往ⅰ中混合物加入可结构化物质并搅拌至溶解或混合均匀;
ⅲ.通过高强度机械搅拌对可结构化物质进行乳化,形成均匀乳液;
ⅳ.将ⅲ中的乳化液在慢速搅拌下以1-3℃/min的受控冷却速率冷却至可结构化物质的结晶温度,并恒温0.5-1.5h;
ⅴ.静置或慢速搅拌下自然冷却至15-35℃;
ⅵ.加入难溶或不溶于水的颗粒物质和液体洗涤剂配方中其他可选添加成分,并补充余量和挥发的水分,混合均匀;
所述方法的特征在于:结构化体系直接依托液体洗涤剂自身配方组分并与之相互作用而原位生成。
所述液体洗涤剂为由表面活性剂、水和其他助剂或添加剂组成的液态组合物。其中表面活性剂占重量百分比为液体洗涤剂的0%-95%,优选10%-75%,最优选15%-45%。
所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的一种或多种混合物。
其中,所述阴离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)、支链烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(AES)、a-磺基脂肪酸酯盐(MES)、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐(FMES)、脂肪醇醚羧酸盐(AEC)、a-烯基磺酸盐(AOS)、十二烷基磺酸盐(SDS)、仲烷基磺酸盐(SAS)、月桂基醚磺酸盐、木素磺酸盐及天然植物提取液中的一种或多种混合物。
所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)、烷基糖苷(APG)、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺(FAA)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-n)、烷基胺氧化物、椰子酰胺醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯醚、多元醇聚合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯及天然植物提取液中的一种或多种混合物。
所述阳离子表面活性剂为司拉氯铵氯、苯扎氯铵、季铵化合物、胺类化合物及乙烯基氧化物硫酸盐中的一种或多种混合物。
所述两性表面活性剂为氨基酸型、甜菜碱型及咪唑啉型中的一种或多种混合物。
所述可结构化物质为可结晶的甘油酯,优选晶状含羟基硬脂酸甘油三酯,最优选氢化蓖麻油;所占重量百分比为液体洗涤剂的0.1%-1%,优选0.2%-0.5%。
所述难溶或不溶于水的颗粒物质包含但不限于有色颗粒、颜料、漂白粉、荧光粉、微胶囊、珠光剂、抑泡剂中的一种或多种混合物。
所述液体洗涤剂配方中其他可选添加成分包含但不限于助洗剂、pH调节剂、螯合剂、污垢悬浮剂、织物护理剂、增溶剂、酶、酶稳定剂、防腐剂、抑泡剂、着色剂、染料转移抑制剂中的一种或多种混合物。
所述结构化体系是指液体洗涤剂内部具有微观网络结构的、能够影响和改变洗涤剂粘度和屈服应力的,进而改变整体悬浮能力的整体结构分布。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
ⅰ.本发明所述的原位生成结构化体系的液体洗涤剂制备方法无需使用外部结构体系制造单元,可依托洗涤剂自身配方组分原位生成结构化体系,具有不同洗涤剂配方的广泛适用性,同时可节省设备投资和占地面积;
ⅱ.本发明所述的原位生成结构化体系的液体洗涤剂制备方法省去了工业应用中储存、泵送和添加等操作工艺,可以比较完整地保存结构化体系中的纤维网络结构;
ⅲ.本发明所述的原位生成结构化体系的液体洗涤剂制备方法通过依托洗涤剂自身配方组分来生成结构化体系,因而不会引入大量其他成分,避免了外部结构体系对洗涤剂自身配方的冲击和影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,但本发明不限于下述实施例。
结构化液体洗涤剂的配置:
ⅰ.按表1-4中实施例1-4的配方表,将液体洗涤剂中水溶性表面活性剂先加入到去离子水中并搅拌至完全溶解,搅拌混合均匀,并加热至95℃;
ⅱ.往ⅰ中混合物加入氢化蓖麻油粉末,并搅拌至溶解或混合均匀;
ⅲ.对ⅱ中形成的混合液,进行高强度机械剪切搅拌5min,形成均匀乳液;
ⅳ.将ⅲ中的乳化液在慢速搅拌下以1℃/min的冷却速率冷却至70℃,并对实施例1-4分别恒温0.75h、1h、1.25h和1.5h;
ⅴ.静置下自然冷却至25℃;
ⅵ.加入表1-4中实施例1-4配方表中的其他成分,并补充余量和挥发的水分后混合均匀;
收集即得根据本发明所述方法制备的结构化液体洗涤剂。
非结构化液体洗涤剂的配置:
按表1-4中对比例1-4的配方表,将液体洗涤剂中水溶性组分先加入到去离子水中并搅拌至完全溶解,再加入所需表面活性剂,搅拌混合均匀;再加入表中的其他成分,并搅拌混合均匀;收集即得非结构化液体洗涤剂。
屈服应力测试:用Brookfield RST流变仪进行测试,温度25℃,剪切速率扫描范围0~200S-1,通过Herschel-Bulkley模型进行拟合,稳定指数R2需大于0.999。
悬浮稳定性测试:分别取等量的实施例1-4和对比例1-4对应液体洗涤剂,进行高温稳定性测试、低温稳定性测试、常温稳定性测试和冻融循环稳定性测试。
高温稳定性:将测试样品置于40℃±1℃环境,恒温放置1个月后,恢复至室温25℃±5℃,观察外观变化情况,如无分层、沉淀或团聚现象,则高温稳定性合格。
低温稳定性:将测试样品置于0℃±2℃环境,恒温放置1个月后,取出立即观察外观变化情况,如无分层、沉淀或团聚现象,则低温稳定性合格。
常温稳定性:将测试样品置于室温环境(20℃~30℃),恒温放置1个月后,立即观察外观变化情况,如无分层、沉淀或团聚现象,则常温稳定性合格。
冻融循环稳定性:将测试样品置于-15℃~-20℃环境,恒温放置24小时后取出,再置于室温25℃±5℃环境24小时为循环一次,连续循环五次,每次均观察组合物状态,如五次循环后仍无分层、沉淀或团聚现象,则冻融循环稳定性合格。

由表1-4的结果可以看出,通过本发明所述方法制备的结构化液体洗涤剂在高温稳定性、低温稳定性、常温稳定性和冻融循环稳定性测试后都无分层、沉淀或团聚等现象的产生,屈服应力值都维持在较高的水平,且对不同洗涤剂配方具有广泛适用性,而对比例中未通过本发明所述方法制备的非结构化液体洗涤剂则分别呈现出悬浮不稳定和无屈服应力测出的现象,因此本发明所述的依托洗涤剂自身配方成分而原位生成结构化体系的液体洗涤剂可以具备较强的悬浮能力,具有非常广泛的实际应用价值。
上述实施例描述的只是本发明具体的实施例,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。
Claims (13)
1.一种原位生成结构化体系的结构化液体洗涤剂制备方法,具体步骤如下:
ⅰ.根据液体洗涤剂配方,将水溶性表面活性剂溶解于水中,搅拌混合均匀,并加热至可结构化物质的熔点或熔点以上温度,优先选用去离子水;
ⅱ.往ⅰ中混合物加入可结构化物质并搅拌至溶解或混合均匀;
ⅲ.通过高强度机械搅拌对可结构化物质进行乳化,形成均匀乳液;
ⅳ.将ⅲ中的乳化液在慢速搅拌下以1-3℃/min的受控冷却速率冷却至可结构化物质的结晶温度,并恒温0.5-1.5h;
ⅴ.静置或慢速搅拌下自然冷却至15-35℃;
ⅵ.加入难溶或不溶于水的颗粒物质和液体洗涤剂配方中其他可选添加成分,并补充余量和挥发的水分,混合均匀;
所述制备方法的特征在于,结构化体系直接依托液体洗涤剂自身配方组分并与之相互作用而原位生成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述液体洗涤剂为由表面活性剂、水和其他助剂或添加剂组成的液态组合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液体洗涤剂,其特征在于,表面活性剂占重量百分比为液体洗涤剂的0%-95%,优选10%-75%,最优选15%-45%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液体洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂中的一种或多种混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的表面活性剂,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)、支链烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐(AES)、a-磺基脂肪酸酯盐(MES)、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物的磺酸盐(FMES)、脂肪醇醚羧酸盐(AEC)、a-烯基磺酸盐(AOS)、十二烷基磺酸盐(SDS)、仲烷基磺酸盐(SAS)、月桂基醚磺酸盐、木素磺酸盐及天然植物提取液中的一种或多种混合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的表面活性剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO)、烷基糖苷(APG)、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺(FAA)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-n)、烷基胺氧化物、椰子酰胺醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯醚、多元醇聚合物、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯及天然植物提取液中的一种或多种混合物。
7.根据权利要求4所述的表面活性剂,其特征在于,所述阳离子表面活性剂为司拉氯铵氯、苯扎氯铵、季铵化合物、胺类化合物及乙烯基氧化物硫酸盐中的一种或多种混合物。
8.根据权利要求4所述的表面活性剂,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂为氨基酸型、甜菜碱型及咪唑啉型中的一种或多种混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述可结构化物质为可结晶的甘油酯,优选晶状含羟基硬脂酸甘油三酯,最优选氢化蓖麻油。
10.根据权利要求9所述的可结构化物质,其特征在于,所占重量百分比为液体洗涤剂的0.1%-1%,优选0.2%-0.5%。
11.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述难溶或不溶于水的颗粒物质包含但不限于有色颗粒、颜料、漂白粉、荧光粉、微胶囊、珠光剂、抑泡剂中的一种或多种混合物。
12.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述液体洗涤剂配方中其他可选添加成分包含但不限于助洗剂、pH调节剂、螯合剂、污垢悬浮剂、织物护理剂、增溶剂、酶、酶稳定剂、防腐剂、抑泡剂、着色剂、染料转移抑制剂中的一种或多种混合物。
13.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述结构化体系是指液体洗涤剂内部具有微观网络结构的、能够改变液体洗涤剂粘度和屈服应力的,进而改变整体悬浮能力的整体结构分布。
