Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heavy metal wastewater treatment, and particularly relates to an efficient heavy metal capture agent.
Background
The heavy metal wastewater is wastewater containing heavy metals discharged in the industrial production processes of mining and metallurgy, mechanical manufacturing, chemical industry, electronics, instruments and the like. Heavy metal (such as cadmium, nickel, mercury, zinc and the like) waste water is one of industrial waste water which has the most serious environmental pollution and the most serious harm to human, and the water quality and the water quantity of the waste water are related to a production process. Heavy metals in wastewater generally cannot be decomposed and destroyed, and only can be transferred to the existing position and converted into the physical and chemical forms. For the industrial enterprises, how to reduce the content of heavy metals in wastewater to reach the international discharge standard is the biggest problem.
In the prior art, various heavy metals cannot be effectively treated, and certain elements are reduced but cannot reach the emission standard, so that the treatment steps are increased, the operation difficulty is increased, and more cost is consumed.
Therefore, the present invention provides a novel heavy metal scavenger formulation to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide an efficient heavy metal capture agent which can efficiently remove more heavy metal elements and save the treatment cost.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme: the efficient heavy metal catching agent consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 5-20 wt% of sodium sulfide, 0.01-5 wt% of flocculant, 0.01-10 wt% of surfactant and the balance of deionized water, wherein the surfactant is a mixture of an isomeric alcohol ether surfactant and an organic acid ammonium surfactant in a mass ratio of 1:9-9: 1.
Specifically, the flocculant at least contains one of PAC or PAM.
Specifically, the isomeric alcohol ether surfactant is one of XP-50, XP-70, XP-90, XL-70 or XL-80.
Specifically, the organic acid ammonium surfactant is one of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate, ammonium lignosulfonate and ammonium n-caprylate.
The high-efficiency heavy metal catching agent has the beneficial effects that:
the invention adopts the combination of the flocculating agent and the specific surfactant, so that a microemulsion system is formed in the process of capturing heavy metals by the formula product; the heavy metal dissolving capacity of the system is increased, the flocculation and precipitation efficiency is improved, more kinds of heavy metal waste liquid can be handled, and the purpose that the international emission standard can be reached by one-time treatment is realized.
Detailed Description
The efficient heavy metal catching agent consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 5-20 wt% of sodium sulfide, 0.01-5 wt% of flocculant, 0.01-10 wt% of surfactant and the balance of deionized water, wherein the surfactant is an isomeric alcohol ether surfactant and an organic acid ammonium surfactant in a ratio of 1:9-9:1 mass ratio of the mixture.
The invention innovatively combines the flocculating agent with the specific surfactant, so that a microemulsion system is formed in the process of capturing heavy metals by the formula product; the heavy metal dissolving capacity of the system is increased, the flocculation and precipitation efficiency is improved, sodium sulfide can be uniformly dispersed in the wastewater, the contact area between the sodium sulfide and the wastewater can be increased, heavy metals can be better captured, and then the generated insoluble matters can be quickly flocculated by the flocculating agent to be precipitated.
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Examples 1 to 8:
the highly effective heavy metal scavengers of examples 1-8 were prepared by mixing according to the formulation of table 1:
table 1: unit: wt.%
Note:
the part of the content less than 100 wt% is made up by deionized water.
② XP-50, XP-70, XP-90, XL-70 and XL-80 isomeric alcohol ether surfactants mentioned in Table 1 are all provided by BASF corporation.
A comparative experiment was conducted with the heavy metal-capturing agents of examples 1 to 8, using the heavy metal-capturing agent disclosed in CN106986432B as a control example. The experimental method is that the heavy metal capture agents of the control example and the examples 1 to 8 are respectively added into the test solution of residual heavy metals in an excessive amount, and the residual content of the heavy metals is detected after the heavy metal capture agents are mixed for 10 minutes. The heavy metal content in the test solution is shown in row 2 of Table 2, and the treated heavy metal content is shown in rows 3 to 11 of Table 2.
Table 2:
as can be seen from Table 2, the heavy metal scavengers of examples 1 to 8 can remove not only mercury, cadmium, lead, nickel and silver relatively completely, but also chromium and arsenic very well. Therefore, the heavy metal catching agent can be used for dealing with more kinds of heavy metal waste liquid, and the aim of reaching the international discharge standard by one-time treatment is fulfilled.
What has been described above are merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept thereof, and these changes and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
