Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a comfortable leisure chair with high bearing capacity, which improves the bearing capacity of a waist support and improves the comfort of a user.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme.
A high-bearing comfortable leisure chair comprises chair legs, a chair frame, a chair seat, a backrest and a waist supporting mechanism; the chair frame extends from front to back to form a transverse part of the chair frame and then extends upwards to form a longitudinal part of the chair frame; the chair legs and the chair seat are fixedly connected to the transverse part of the chair frame; the backrest is fixedly connected to the longitudinal part of the chair frame; the waist support mechanism comprises at least one waist bracket connected with the cross part of the chair frame and extending forwards, a bearing plate connected with the front end of the waist bracket and extending leftwards and rightwards, and a waist support positioned between the rear end of the chair seat and the bottom end of the backrest; hinges enabling the left and right waist support side parts to turn back and forth around the center line are arranged at the center line of the waist support, and sliding connection assemblies are hinged to the back surfaces of the waist support side parts and can slide left and right on the bearing plate; an elastic reset component is arranged between the waist bracket and the waist support, and applies elastic force for driving the sliding connection component to reset when the sliding connection component leaves the initial position.
As a further improvement of the invention, the elastic reset assembly comprises a fixed seat arranged between the bearing plate and the waist support, and at least one restoring spring fixed on the fixed seat and extending out towards the sliding connection assembly; the slide-on assembly compresses the return spring as it moves away from the home position.
As a further improvement of the invention, the left end and the right end of the bearing plate are respectively provided with a blocking piece for blocking the sliding connection assembly from being separated from the bearing plate and limiting the initial position of the sliding connection assembly.
As a further improvement of the invention, the elastic reset assembly further comprises an adjusting plate fixedly connected to the bearing plate, and the adjusting plate is provided with a transverse adjusting groove which penetrates through the bearing plate up and down and extends left and right; the fixing seat is provided with a longitudinal adjusting rod extending up and down, one end of the longitudinal adjusting rod penetrates through the transverse adjusting groove and can slide along the length direction of the transverse adjusting groove to adjust the position; the end part of the longitudinal adjusting rod penetrating through the transverse adjusting groove is provided with a first locking structure used for locking the longitudinal adjusting rod at the transverse adjusting groove.
As a further improvement of the invention, the sliding connection assembly comprises a connecting seat capable of sliding left and right on the bearing plate, a rotating shaft extending left and right and penetrating through the connecting seat, and a hinge seat sleeved on the rotating shaft and hinged with the front end and the two waist support side parts; one end of the rotating shaft is provided with a second locking structure for locking the rotating shaft on the connecting seat to enable the rotating shaft not to rotate around the shaft.
As a further improvement of the invention, the connecting seat is provided with two lugs which are spaced from each other left and right, and the hinged seat is sleeved on the part of the rotating shaft between the two lugs; the connecting seat is connected with a fixing block positioned between the two lugs; the part that the pivot is located between two lugs still overlaps and is equipped with the answer torsional spring, the one end of answer torsional spring is connected in the pivot, and the other end passes articulated seat to be connected on the fixed block.
As a further improvement of the invention, the lug is provided with a longitudinal adjusting groove which penetrates through the left and the right and extends up and down; the fixed block is provided with a transverse adjusting rod extending left and right, and two ends of the transverse adjusting rod penetrate through the corresponding longitudinal adjusting grooves and can slide along the length direction of the longitudinal adjusting grooves to adjust the position; and one end of the transverse adjusting rod is provided with a third locking structure for locking the transverse adjusting rod at the longitudinal adjusting groove.
As a further improvement of the invention, the longitudinal part of the chair frame is provided with a transverse beam extending left and right; the rear end of the waist bracket is provided with a sleeve joint structure which is rotatably sleeved on the cross beam, and the sleeve joint structure is provided with a fourth locking structure for locking the sleeve joint structure on the cross beam.
As a further improvement of the invention, the cross beam is provided with a limiting structure for limiting the left and right positions of the sleeving structure on the cross beam.
As a further improvement of the invention, the waist support comprises two waist support plates which are connected to the hinge in a bilateral symmetry mode, and a waist support cushion fixed on the front face of the waist support plate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the left waist support side part and the right waist support side part can be overturned around a hinge of a central line and can be overturned around a rotating shaft extending left and right, so that the bearing performance of the waist support is improved, the waist support is suitable for being used by a user with heavy weight, the waist support is better and uniform in support effect and better in three-dimensional effect, and the comfort degree of the user is improved.

The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like as referred to or as may be referred to in this specification are defined with respect to the configuration shown in the drawings, and the terms "inner" and "outer" refer to directions toward and away from the geometric center of a particular component and are relative terms, and thus may be changed accordingly depending on the position and the state of use of the particular component. Therefore, these and other directional terms should not be construed as limiting terms.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a high-bearing comfortable leisure chair comprises chair legs 6, a chair frame 1, a chair seat 7, a backrest 8, armrests 9 and a lumbar support mechanism, wherein the chair legs 6 can be five-star leg plates, the supporting stability is better compared with other types of chassis, walking wheels arranged on the chair legs are provided with universal joints, the movement is more convenient, and the five-star leg plates can be connected with air rods for adjusting the height.
The chair frame 1 extends from front to back to form a chair frame transverse part 11 and then extends upwards to form a chair frame longitudinal part 12, and the chair frame transverse part 11 is of a branched structure and gradually folds at the joint with the chair frame longitudinal part 12. Chair foot 6 with the equal fixed connection of seat support 7 is on chair frame lateral part 11, 8 fixed connection of back are on chair frame vertical part 12 to certain space has been reserved between 8 bottoms of back and the 7 rear ends of seat support and has been used for the installation to set up back supporting mechanism, back supporting mechanism also is connecting on chair frame vertical part 12. The frame 1 is preferably made of a material having a high strength, such as stainless steel, as a main body support structure of the leisure chair, so as to improve the strength of the connection between the seat 7, the armrest 9, the backrest 8, and the lumbar support mechanism and the load performance of the frame itself.
The lumbar support mechanism comprises at least one waist bracket 21, a bearing plate 22 and a waist support 3, wherein the waist bracket 21 is of a structure extending front and back, the number of the waist brackets is preferably two and is arranged in bilateral symmetry, the rear end of the waist bracket 21 is connected to the longitudinal portion 12 of the chair frame, the front end of the waist bracket 21 is fixedly connected with the bearing plate 22, and the bearing plate 22 extends in the left and right directions and is flat in structure. The lumbar support 3 is located between the bottom end of the backrest 8 and the rear end of the seat 7 and is located slightly forward of the backrest 8, and the lumbar support 3 is used to support the waist of a user. The middle line of the waist support 3 is provided with a hinge 3-1, so that the left and right waist support side parts 3-2 of the waist support 3 can turn over forwards or backwards around the hinge 3-1, the back surfaces of the two waist support side parts 3-2 are respectively hinged with a sliding connection assembly, the sliding connection assemblies can slide left and right on the bearing plate 22, the bearing plate 22 can be provided with a sliding rail 221 extending left and right, and the sliding connection assemblies are assembled on the sliding rails 221 in a sliding manner.
When a user sits on the seat 7 and leans back and presses the waist support 3, the extrusion force of the waist to the waist support 3 is gradually decreased from the middle part to the left and right sides, so that the waist support 3 has the deformation tendency of the middle part sinking backwards, due to the hinge 3-1 at the center line of the waist support 3 and the rotatable connection relationship of the hinge 3-1 and the two waist support side parts 3-2, the position of the hinge 3-1 can move backwards, the left and right waist support side parts 3-2 turn forwards by taking the hinge 3-1 as the rotating shaft 52, and at the moment, the two sliding connection assemblies slide towards the middle position of the bearing plate 22 to match the turning of the waist support side parts 3-2. At the moment, the included angle between the two waist support side parts 3-2 is gradually reduced, so that the waist support 3 finally presents a shape wrapping the waist of the user. On one hand, after the waist support 3 is pressed, the middle position moves backwards, and the two sides overturn forwards, so that the extrusion force degree on the middle part of the waist support 3 is reduced, and the extrusion force degree on the two sides is increased, therefore, the stress of the waist support 3 has no obvious gradient change, the stress condition of each part of the waist support 3 is averaged, the phenomena of irreversible deformation, damage and the like caused by overlarge stress load on the middle part of the waist support 3 are reduced, the whole bearing performance of the waist support 3 can be improved by the averaging of the extrusion, the waist support is suitable for users with large weight, and otherwise, the supporting effect of the waist support 3 on the waist of the users is more even along the weft; on the other hand, the waist holds in the palm 3 and is changed into the three-dimensional supporting role of parcel waist to user's waist by single forward supporting role, and is better to the relaxation effect of user's waist muscle, has promoted user's comfort level.
The waist support 3 comprises two waist support plates 31 which are connected to the hinge 3-1 in a bilateral symmetry mode and a waist support cushion 32 fixed on the front face of the waist support plate 31, and the waist support plate 31 and the waist support cushion 32 can be arranged to be straight structures and can also be arranged to be structures with certain radian so as to be better attached to the waist.
An elastic reset component is arranged between the waist bracket 21 and the waist support 3, and when the sliding connection component leaves the initial position, elastic force for driving the sliding connection component to reset is applied, so that under the action of the elastic reset component, the waist support 3 can dynamically adjust and deform based on the backward leaning depth and force of a user, and the waist still obtains uniform supporting effect under the conditions that the user changes sitting posture, moves or twists the upper half of the body and the like.
For the elastic reset assembly, it includes fixing base 41 and at least one restoring spring 42, fixing base 41 is provided with two and bilateral symmetry, is located between loading board 22 and waist support 3 and between two sliding connection assembly, restoring spring 42 generally sets up two to three can, its one end fixed connection is on fixing base 41, the other end towards the corresponding sliding connection assembly, can directly support on sliding connection assembly, also can leave some clearances slightly. When the user presses the waist support 3 to turn it, the two slide connecting members slide toward the middle to compress the restoring spring 42 and receive the elastic force.
In order to prevent the sliding connection assembly from falling off from the left and right ends of the carrier plate 22, the left and right ends of the carrier plate 22 are respectively provided with a stopping member 222, the stopping member 222 can abut against the sliding connection assembly, and the stopping member 222 further defines the initial position of the sliding connection assembly, that is, the initial shape of the lumbar support 3 when not being squeezed by the waist of the user. Generally, in the initial configuration of the waist support 3, the included angle between the two waist support side parts 3-2 is 150-180 degrees.
Elasticity reset assembly has decided the elasticity degree that the user extrudeed waist and held in the palm 3 to sliding connection subassembly's elasticity size, and user-defined elasticity degree can promote user's experience and feel. Based on this, the elastic reset assembly further comprises an adjusting plate 43 fixedly connected to the bearing plate 22, the adjusting plate 43 is provided with a transverse adjusting slot 4-A which penetrates up and down and extends left and right, the fixing seat 41 is provided with a longitudinal adjusting rod 411 which extends up and down, and one end of the longitudinal adjusting rod 411 passes through the transverse adjusting slot 4-A and can slide along the length direction of the transverse adjusting slot 4-A to adjust the position. The elastic force of the restoring spring 42 on the sliding connection component can be changed by adjusting the left and right positions of the elastic reset component, so that the tightness degree of the extruded waist support 3 can be adjusted. The end of the longitudinal adjusting rod 411 passing through the transverse adjusting slot 4-A is provided with a first locking structure 44 for locking the longitudinal adjusting rod 411 at the position of the transverse adjusting slot 4-A, the first locking structure 44 can be set as a rotary handle or a rotary cover, and is in threaded connection with the end of the longitudinal adjusting rod 411, and the first locking structure 44 can be locked by screwing down and the position of the assembly can be elastically reset by unscrewing.
The sliding connection assembly comprises a connection seat 51, a rotating shaft 52 and a hinged seat 53, the connection seat 51 is assembled on the sliding rail 221 in a sliding mode, the rotating shaft 52 extends in the left-right direction and penetrates through the connection seat 51, the hinged seat 53 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft 52, a pivot structure is arranged at the front end of the hinged seat and hinged with the back of the waist support side portion 3-2, the waist support 3 can turn forwards or backwards around a hinge 3-1, meanwhile, the waist support 3 can turn forwards or backwards around the rotating shaft 52 according to the bending degree of the waist of a user, the front-back inclination of the waist support 3 is adjusted, the supporting effect of the waist support 3 on the waist of the user is more even along the longitude lines, the comfort degree of the user is further improved, and the two turning actions are not interfered with each other. In addition, one end of the rotating shaft 52 is equipped with a second locking structure 54 for locking the rotating shaft 52 on the connecting seat 51 so that the rotating shaft cannot rotate around the shaft, and the second locking structure 54 is substantially the same as the first locking structure 44, and will not be described herein again. The user can lock the waist support 3 from turning back and forth around the rotating shaft 52 through the second locking structure 54, thereby assisting in correcting the degree of bowing of the waist.
More specifically, the connecting seat 51 has two lugs 511 spaced left and right, the hinge seat 53 is sleeved on the portion of the rotating shaft 52 between the two lugs 511, and the connecting seat 51 is connected with a fixing block 55 between the two lugs 511; the part of the rotating shaft 52 between the two lugs 511 is also sleeved with a restoring torsion spring 56, one end of the restoring torsion spring 56 is connected to the rotating shaft 52, and the other end of the restoring torsion spring 56 passes through the hinge seat 53 and is connected to the fixed block 55. After the user releases the second locking structure 54, the waist support 3 can be turned forward or backward around the rotating shaft 52, and at this time, the restoring torsion spring 56 and the elastic reset component have the same function and are also used for applying elastic force to the rotating shaft 52 to reset and rotate, and the function and effect are not described again.
Similarly, the initial degree of fore-aft tilt of the lumbar support 3 may be adjusted to achieve this goal based on further enhancing the user experience. The lug 511 has a longitudinal adjusting groove 5-A which penetrates left and right and extends up and down; the fixed block 55 is provided with a transverse adjusting rod 551 extending left and right, the transverse adjusting rod 551 passes through the corresponding longitudinal adjusting groove 5-A and can slide along the length direction of the longitudinal adjusting groove 5-A to adjust the position, and one end of the transverse adjusting rod 551 is provided with a third locking structure 57 for locking the position of the transverse adjusting rod 551 in the longitudinal adjusting groove 5-A. The longitudinal adjustment slot 5-A is similar in structural arrangement to the transverse adjustment slot 4-A, and the third locking structure 57 is substantially identical to the first locking structure 44 and will not be described in detail herein.
The chair frame longitudinal part 12 is provided with a transverse beam 121 extending left and right; the rear end of waist bracket 21 has rotatable cover and establishes the cup joint structure 211 on crossbeam 121, and cup joint structure 211 presents the lantern ring for having the breach, cup joint structure 211 is equipped with fourth locking structure 212, and fourth locking structure 212 uses and runs through the locking lever on cup joint structure 211 to the cover is equipped with the spring, and the pulling locking lever makes cup joint structure 211 rotate around crossbeam 121, thereby adjusts the high position that the waist held in the palm 3, loosens the locking lever and presses cup joint structure 211 under the reset action of spring, makes its interference cup joint on crossbeam 121, thereby dies cup joint structure 211 lock on crossbeam 121.
In addition, the cross beam 121 is provided with a limiting structure 122, the limiting structure 122 can be fixed on a collar on the cross beam 121 by sleeving, and can abut against the sleeving structure 211 so as to limit the left and right positions of the sleeving structure 211 on the cross beam 121 and avoid the waist support 3 from sliding left and right and deviating from the center position.
