Background

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be noted that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an unfolded state of an embodiment of a foldable electronic device of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a folded state of the electronic device in the embodiment of fig. 1; it should be noted that the electronic device in the present application may include an electronic device with a foldable flexible display screen, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and a wearable device. The electronic device 10 includes, but is not limited to, the following structures: the display device comprises a shell 100, a flexible display screen 200 and a press-fit assembly 300. It should be noted that the terms "comprises" and "comprising," and any variations thereof, in the embodiments of the present application, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or may alternatively include other steps or elements inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 together, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a partial structure of the electronic device in fig. 1 in a disassembled manner, the flexible display screen 200 is connected to the housing 100 and can be folded (in a state in fig. 2) or unfolded (in a state in fig. 1) along with the relative rotation of the housing 100, and the pressing components 300 are disposed on two opposite sides of a bending region of the flexible display screen 200 and are used for pressing and positioning the bending region of the flexible display screen 200 from a side position of the flexible display screen 200.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 3, the housing 100 includes a first housing 110, a second housing 120, and a rotating shaft assembly 130; the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are respectively connected to the rotating shaft assembly 130, and the first housing 110 and the second housing 120 are rotatable relative to the rotating shaft assembly 130; the detailed structure of the rotating shaft assembly is within the understanding of those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein.
Optionally, the first casing 110 further comprises a first support plate 111 and a first pressure plate 112; the first supporting plate 111 is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft assembly 130; the second housing 120 includes a second support plate 121 and a second pressing plate 122; the second support plate 121 is rotatably connected with the rotating shaft assembly 130; the flexible display screen 200 is disposed on the same side surface of the first support plate 111 and the second support plate 121, and the first pressing plate 112 and the second pressing plate 122 are respectively pressed on the flexible display screen 200 from the edges of the first support plate 111 and the second support plate 121.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a pressing assembly according to an embodiment of the present application, and optionally, the pressing assembly 300 includes a pressing element 310 and a connecting element 320. Wherein, the pressing piece 310 is made of flexible material; specifically, it may be rubber or the like. The pressing member 310 can be bent and has a certain resilience. The opposite ends of the pressing member are respectively used for being slidably connected with the housing 100 of the electronic device in the length extending direction (X direction in the figure) of the pressing member 310. Specifically, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is an enlarged schematic structural diagram of a position a in fig. 1, and two ends of the pressing member 310 are respectively inserted into the gap 101 between the first pressing plate 112 and the flexible display screen 200 and the gap 102 between the second pressing plate 122 and the flexible display screen 200. The first pressing plate 112 and the second pressing plate 122 provide a degree of freedom in the Z-direction for the end positions of the pair of pressing members 310, so as to prevent the pair of pressing members 310 from tilting in the Z-direction or being buckled by a user. It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the embodiments of the present application are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Referring to fig. 4, one end of the connecting element 320 is connected to the middle portion of the pressing element 310, and the other end is fixedly connected to the casing 100 of the electronic device. Specifically, the connecting member 320 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft assembly 130 of the housing 100. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an enlarged view of a partial structure of the pressing assembly and the rotating shaft assembly, a mounting groove 131 is formed at an end of the rotating shaft assembly 130, and the connecting member 320 of the pressing assembly 300 is inserted into the mounting groove 131 and fixedly connected to the rotating shaft assembly 130.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8 together, fig. 7 is a partial cross-sectional view of the electronic device in an unfolded state, and fig. 8 is a partial cross-sectional view of the electronic device in a folded state; the pressing part 310 is made of flexible materials and can be bent along with the folding of the shell, and the middle position of the pressing part 310 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft assembly 130 through the connecting piece 320, and two ends of the pressing part 310 can slide relative to the shell 100, so that the flexible display screen 200 can be pressed and positioned in a bending area to be sealed in a waterproof and dustproof mode at the position of a gap between the flexible display screen 200 and the rotating shaft assembly 130.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic view illustrating a disassembled structure of a press-fit assembly according to an embodiment of the present application, and optionally, the press-fit assembly 300 further includes auxiliary shape-fixing members 330 respectively embedded at two opposite ends of the press-fit member 310; the hardness of the material of the auxiliary shape-fixing member 330 is greater than that of the material of the pressing member 310. Alternatively, the auxiliary form 330 may be metal or hard plastic. Such as stainless steel or metal alloys, etc.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 9, the pressing element 310 includes a pressing portion 313, a first connecting portion 311, and a second connecting portion 312, which are integrally formed, specifically, the pressing portion 313, the first connecting portion 311, and the second connecting portion 312 may be integrally injection molded. Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of the pressing assembly of the present application, in which the pressing element 310 of the pressing assembly 300 further includes a pressing portion 314, the pressing portion 314 is integrally connected to an edge of the pressing portion 313, the pressing portion 314, the first connecting portion 311, and the second connecting portion 312 are respectively located at two sides of the pressing portion 313 in a width direction (Y direction in the figure), and the extending directions of the pressing portion 314, the first connecting portion 311, and the second connecting portion 312 are the same and both extend toward the same side of the pressing portion 313 in a thickness direction (Z direction in the figure). Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic diagram of a structure of the press-fit assembly and the flexible display screen, in which the pressing stop portion 314 is used for abutting against the flexible display screen 200, and the pressing stop portion 314 can appropriately reduce the gap 302 between the press-fit portion 313 and the flexible display screen 200, so as to enhance the appearance performance.
