Abstract
A self-defined residential unit comprises two self-defined bands, two united pass bands and a service band which are sequentially distributed in parallel from outside to inside; the self-defining belt is formed by connecting side walls, a roof plate and a floor plate on the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner; the communication band is formed by enclosing a roof plate and a floor plate between the service band and the self-defined bands at two sides; the service belt is formed by connecting side walls, internal walls, stairs, a roof plate and a floor plate of the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner, and comprises two functional rooms, two elevator rooms, two equipment rooms, a front room, a staircase room and two functional rooms which are sequentially arranged. The invention effectively solves the problem of limitation of the structure to space utilization when the traditional house is used for modification, and improves the scene adaptability of the house unit. The invention can also connect and combine the dwelling units in the row through the communication doors arranged at the tail ends of the two sides of the communication belt, thereby improving the expansion capability of the dwelling units.

Technical Field

Background
With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, a large number of young people rush into cities, the demand for apartments and office spaces is greatly increased, and in recent years, the residential buildings have the situation of modifying the use of offices, apartments and the like in the use process.
A self-defined residential unit is a residential unit which can be applied to both residential use and commercial use and can freely define the use purpose. Particularly, the invention provides a self-defined residential unit, which comprises two self-defined bands, two united pass bands and a service band, wherein the two self-defined bands, the two united pass bands and the service band are sequentially distributed in parallel from outside to inside;
the self-defining belt is formed by connecting side walls, a roof plate and a floor plate on the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner;
the communication band is formed by enclosing a roof plate and a floor plate between the service band and the self-defined bands at two sides;
the service belt is formed by connecting side walls, internal walls, stairs, a roof plate and a floor plate of the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner, and comprises two functional rooms, two elevator rooms, two equipment rooms, a front room, a staircase room and two functional rooms which are sequentially arranged.
Optionally, the custom dwelling unit comprises two separate dwellings, each having a custom zone, a coupling zone, an equipment room, two function rooms and an entrance door, the two dwellings sharing an elevator room, a front room and a stairwell.
Optionally, the length of one side of the custom residential unit, which is parallel to the service belt, the communication belt and the custom belt, is greater than or equal to 12 meters and less than or equal to 25 meters, the width of one side of the custom residential unit, which is perpendicular to the service belt, the communication belt and the custom belt, is greater than or equal to 15 meters and less than or equal to 25 meters, and one preferable floor space size of the custom residential unit is 12.5 meters in length and 16 meters in width;
the width of the service band is more than or equal to 4.5 meters and less than or equal to 7 meters, the width of the connection band is more than or equal to 1 meter and less than or equal to 1.5 meters, and the width of the custom band is more than or equal to 3.5 meters and less than or equal to 9 meters.
Optionally, the service belt of the customized residential unit comprises two function rooms, two elevator rooms, two equipment rooms, a front room, a staircase room and two function rooms which are arranged in sequence, the elevator rooms and the equipment rooms are arranged adjacently and parallelly, and the adjacent function rooms and the elevator rooms are arranged parallelly.
Optionally, the top and bottom surfaces of the elevator cab and stairways of the service belt of the customized dwelling unit are not provided with a ceiling and floor.
Optionally, the entrance door of each individual dwelling of the custom dwelling unit is connected to the doorway of that dwelling.
Optionally, the equipment rooms of each individual dwelling of the custom dwelling unit are connected to the aisles of that dwelling.
Optionally, the stairwell of the custom dwelling unit is located opposite the elevator well.
Optionally, the custom zone of each individual dwelling of the custom dwelling unit is adjacent to a street.
Optionally, the communication belt of the customized dwelling unit is located between the service belt and the customized belts on two sides, and the tail ends of two sides of the communication belt are provided with communication doors.
According to the invention, by arranging the service band, the two connection pass-bands and the two self-defining bands in the residential unit, integrating the service class space in the function space in the middle of the residential unit by arranging the service band, and setting the use of the self-defining band of the self-defining residential unit, the residential unit can be freely switched in various different use scenes, and the connection band of the self-defining residential unit is arranged between the self-defining band and the service band and is used for connecting various function spaces, thereby improving the scene adaptability of the residential unit. Detailed Description
FIG. 1 illustrates a plan view of a custom dwelling unit according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the house is composed of custom zones (1, 5), joint zones (2, 4), a service zone (3), and the unit of the custom house includes two separate houses located at the upper and lower sides of the plan view; the house on the upper side of the plan view comprises a passage (8), and kitchen dining rooms (6), a living room (7), a secondary bedroom (9), a main bedroom (11) and two functional rooms (13 and 29) which are distributed on two sides of the passage (8), and the house on the lower side of the plan view comprises a passage (20), and kitchen dining rooms (23), a living room (22), a secondary bedroom (19), a main bedroom (18) and two functional rooms (16 and 26) which are distributed on two sides of the passage (20). As shown in fig. 2: the structure of the customized dwelling unit comprises side walls (32, 33, 42, 44, 45, 46, 49, 50, 51, 53, 54, 55), inner walls (34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 47, 48, 56, 57), stairs (37), a roof plate (43) and a floor plate (52); the service belt (3) of the customized residential unit is formed by connecting and enclosing side walls (33, 50), internal walls (34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 40, 41, 47, 48, 56, 57), stairs (37), a roof plate (43) and a floor plate (52) of the top surface and the bottom surface; the coupling band (2) of the self-defined residential unit is formed by enclosing a roof plate (43) and a floor plate (52) at the top surface and the bottom surface between a service band (3) and a self-defined band (1), and the coupling band (4) of the self-defined residential unit is formed by enclosing the roof plate (43) and the floor plate (52) at the top surface and the bottom surface between the service band (3) and the self-defined band (5); the custom belt (1) of the custom residential unit is formed by enclosing and connecting side walls (42, 44, 45, 46 and 49) and a top floor plate (43) and a bottom floor plate (52) of the top surface and the bottom surface, and the custom belt (5) of the custom residential unit is formed by enclosing and connecting side walls (51, 53, 54, 55 and 32) and the top floor plate (43) and the bottom floor plate (52) of the top surface and the bottom surface; the self-defining residential unit is parallel to the self-defining bands (1 and 5), the combined passing bands (2 and 4) and the service band (3), the length of one side of the self-defining residential unit is greater than or equal to 12 meters and less than or equal to 25 meters, the width of one side of the self-defining bands (1 and 5), the combined passing bands (2 and 4) and the service band (3) is greater than or equal to 15 meters and less than or equal to 25 meters, and one preferable floor space size of the self-defining residential unit is 12.5 meters in length and 16 meters in width; the width of the service band (3) is more than or equal to 4.5 meters and less than or equal to 7 meters, the width of the coupling bands (2 and 4) is more than or equal to 1 meter and less than or equal to 1.5 meters, and the width of the custom bands (1 and 5) is more than or equal to 3.5 meters and less than or equal to 9 meters.
Fig. 3 and 4 are plan views showing how the house shown in fig. 1 is converted into an apartment shown in fig. 3 or an office shown in fig. 4.
In the invention, the user-defined bands (1, 5), the combined pass bands (2, 4) and the service band (3) are arranged in the user-defined residential unit, by providing a service belt (3), two function rooms (26, 29), two elevator rooms (27, 28) and two equipment rooms (25, 30), a front room (15), a staircase (14) and two function rooms (13, 16) of a service class space in the function space are integrated in the middle of the dwelling unit, thereby forming a user-defined band (1) and a communicating band (2) without structural barriers, a user-defined band (5) and a communicating band (4), wherein the communicating band (2) is arranged between the user-defined band (1) and a service band (3), the communication band (4) is arranged between the custom band (5) and the service band (3) and is used for communicating each functional space of the independent house at the lower side of the plan view. By modifying the service class spaces (13, 16) or service class spaces (26, 29) of the service zone (3) and the spaces (6, 7, 9, 11) or (18, 19, 22, 23) of the custom zones (1, 5), the custom residential units can be modified from the residence shown in fig. 1 to the apartment shown in fig. 3 or the office shown in fig. 4. The self-defined residential unit effectively solves the problem that the structure limits space utilization when the traditional house is transformed and used, and effectively improves the scene adaptability of the residential unit. The invention can also set communication doors (12, 17, 24, 31) at the two ends of the two communication belts, and communicate the independent houses of the house units in the row through the communication doors (12, 17, 24, 31), so that the two houses are combined for use, and the expansion capability of the house units is improved.

Claims (10)
1. A self-defined residential unit comprises two self-defined bands, two united pass bands and a service band which are sequentially distributed in parallel from outside to inside;
the self-defining belt is formed by connecting side walls, a roof plate and a floor plate on the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner;
the communication band is formed by enclosing a roof plate and a floor plate between the service band and the self-defined bands at two sides;
the service belt is formed by connecting side walls, internal walls, stairs, a roof plate and a floor plate of the top surface and the bottom surface in a surrounding manner, and comprises two functional rooms, two elevator rooms, two equipment rooms, a front room, a staircase room and two functional rooms which are sequentially arranged.
2. The custom dwelling unit of claim 1, wherein each custom dwelling unit comprises two separate dwellings, each separate dwelling having a custom belt, a coupling belt, an equipment room, two function rooms and an entrance door, the two dwellings sharing an elevator room, a front room and a stairwell.
3. The custom dwelling unit of claim 2, wherein the custom dwelling unit has a length parallel to the service belt, the communication belt, and the custom belt side of 12 meters or more and 25 meters or less, a width perpendicular to the service belt, the communication belt, and the custom belt side of 15 meters or more and 25 meters or less, and a preferred footprint size of the custom dwelling unit is a length of 12.5 meters and a width of 16 meters;
the width of the service band is more than or equal to 4.5 meters and less than or equal to 7 meters, the width of the connection band is more than or equal to 1 meter and less than or equal to 1.5 meters, and the width of the custom band is more than or equal to 3.5 meters and less than or equal to 9 meters.

The customized dwelling unit of claim 3, wherein two functional compartments, two elevator compartments and two equipment compartments, a front room, a stairwell and two functional compartments are sequentially provided, the elevator compartments and the equipment compartments are adjacently and parallelly arranged, and the adjacent functional compartments and the elevator compartments are parallelly arranged.
5. The custom residential unit of claim 4, wherein the top and bottom surfaces of the elevator cab and stairways of the service zone of the custom residential unit are free of a ceiling and floor.
6. The custom dwelling unit of claim 5, wherein the entrance door of each individual dwelling of the custom dwelling unit is connected to the doorway of that dwelling.
7. The custom dwelling unit of claim 6, wherein the equipment room of each individual dwelling of the custom dwelling unit is connected to a passageway of that dwelling.
8. The custom residential unit of claim 7, wherein the stairwell of the custom residential unit is located opposite the elevator well.
9. The custom dwelling unit of claim 8, wherein the custom zone of each individual dwelling of the custom dwelling unit is adjacent to a street.
10. The custom dwelling unit of claim 9, wherein the communication strip of the custom dwelling unit is located between the service strip and the custom strips on either side, and the communication doors are provided at the ends of either side of the communication strip.
