Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of refrigerants, in particular to a ternary environment-friendly refrigerant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Refrigerants, also known as refrigerants, and snow species, are medium substances in various heat engines for accomplishing energy conversion, and these substances generally increase power by reversible phase changes (e.g., gas-liquid phase changes), such as steam in a steam engine, snow species in a refrigerator, etc., and when a general steam engine works, the heat energy of the steam is released and converted into mechanical energy to generate motive power; and the snow seeds of the refrigerator are used for transmitting heat at a low temperature to a high temperature.
With the continuous enhancement of the environmental protection concept, people continuously develop and select a more environmental-friendly refrigerant, the refrigerant commonly used at present is R410A, which is a novel environmental-friendly refrigerant, and consists of 50% of R32 and R125 respectively, the ozone layer is not destroyed, the working pressure is about 1.6 times of that of a common R22 air conditioner, the refrigerating (heating) effect is high, the refrigerating (heating) effect is stable, non-toxic, the performance is excellent, and the like, and the refrigerant does not react with ozone, namely does not destroy the ozone layer because of no chlorine element, and R410A is the most suitable refrigerant used for replacing R22 internationally so far, has better application prospect, but the R410A has higher greenhouse effect in the use process, has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 1730, and has higher cost.
Therefore, developing an environment-friendly refrigerant that can reduce the greenhouse effect generated during use, and can save costs, and can effectively replace R410A refrigerant, is an urgent problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a ternary environment-friendly refrigerant which can reduce the greenhouse effect generated in the using process and save the cost.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme: a ternary environment-friendly refrigerant is named AHC-1, and comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
R744 CO 2 :45%-55%;
r32 difluoromethane: 29-33%;
r170 ethane: 17-22%.
Preferably, the refrigerant comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
R744 CO 2 :49%-52%;
r32 difluoromethane: 29-31%;
r170 ethane: 19-21%.
Preferably, R744CO 2 The mass percentage of (2) is 50%.
Preferably, the mass percentage of R32 difluoromethane is 30%.
Preferably, the mass percentage of R170 ethane is 20%.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the ternary environment-friendly refrigerant, which comprises the following steps: and adding the raw materials into a mixing device according to the required mass ratio, and pressurizing and uniformly mixing to obtain the ternary environment-friendly refrigerant AHC-1.
Preferably, the mixing temperature in the mixing device is set to 20-29 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
CO 2 is a natural refrigerant, commonly referred to as R744 refrigerant, having a minimum GWP of only 1. R744 is nontoxic and does not decompose irritant substances, and has no damage to the atmospheric ozone layer. R32 is a halogenated hydrocarbon, in particular difluoromethane, of formula CH 2 F 2 The refrigerant is gas at normal temperature, is colorless transparent liquid under self pressure, is easy to dissolve in oil and difficult to dissolve in water, and has zero ozone depletion potential. R170 is hydrocarbon refrigerant, specifically ethane, chemical formula C 2 H 6 It has no damage to ozone layer and very low greenhouse effect. Because R170 is inflammable, the lubricant is usually only used in low-temperature refrigeration equipment with smaller liquid filling amount, or used as a component of low-temperature mixed refrigerant, and R170 is compatible with traditional lubricant.
The R744, R32 and R170 are used as raw materials to be mixed to prepare the ternary refrigerant, the refrigerant can effectively replace the R410A refrigerant to be used, and in the use process, the GWP value generated is obviously reduced compared with that of the R410A refrigerant, so that the influence on the environment can be reduced, and the ternary refrigerant is an environment-friendly refrigerant.
Meanwhile, the raw materials R744, R32 and R170 used in the ternary environment-friendly refrigerant can be purchased directly from the market, the cost is low, and the ternary environment-friendly refrigerant can be used only by directly and uniformly mixing the raw materials with professional equipment according to a proper proportion under proper pressure, and has a wide application prospect.
