Technical Field
The invention relates to a pair of tightness-adjustable shoes and a processing method of the shoes.
Background
The pregnant women have the disadvantages that the pregnant women have high risk and have a plurality of contraindications in the pregnancy, particularly in the early pregnancy stage which is easy to be aborted, and in the late pregnancy stage which is rapid in weight increase and obvious in change of pregnant belly, walking and stress conditions of the pregnant women are changed to a certain extent due to the fact that the abdomen is raised, the body state and the body center of gravity are changed in a short time, and at the moment, shoe trees and shoes which are designed according to the normal body state are not suitable, and other women can have the symptom of foot edema in the pregnancy stage, so that most women can select loose shoes in the pregnancy stage.
In fact, the pregnant women have physiological changes of feet, such as edema, the edema changes in a period of time and even in a single day, for example, the edema degree is more severe in the early stage, and after a period of activity and movement, the edema can be partially or completely resolved, some studies show that the physiological changes of the feet of the pregnant women are more complex, the foot circumference (swelling) amount in a single day is generally considered to be 10-25mm, the foot length change amount is changed along with the weight, the average change amount of sitting posture and standing posture is about 4-7mm, the average change amount of standing posture and walking posture is about 3-6mm, and the change amount of the change amount far exceeds the tightness range which can be adjusted by the shoelaces.
The shoes in the prior art can only partially adjust through the shoelaces, loose shoes are selected, the size of the shoes is usually larger in the current market, when the size of the feet is not fit with the shoes, the feet easily slide in the shoe cavities, especially the weight of pregnant women changes, the balance capacity is affected, and the shoes are easy to fall down.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a shoe with adjustable tightness and a processing method of the shoe.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides a shoe with adjustable tightness, which comprises an upper surface and a sole, wherein the upper surface and the sole are combined to form a shoe cavity, and a foot upper connected with the upper surface and the sole is provided with a movable edge at least partially capable of moving relative to the sole.
Furthermore, the moving edge is fixed with a moving belt, and the moving belt is used for controlling the moving edge to move longitudinally relative to the sole.
Furthermore, the sole is provided with a hole for a moving belt to pass through and a rotary buckle arranged in the groove of the outsole, the rotary buckle comprises an upper shell, a lower shell and a rotary core fixed in the upper shell, the moving belt is fixed on the rotary core, and the upper shell and the lower shell are connected through threads.

Further, the sole includes an outsole and an insole embedded in the outsole, and the moving edge is provided in a lateral groove between the outsole and the insole.
Further, the mounting box is fixed in a groove between the inner bottom and the outer bottom, and the inner bottom and the outer bottom are fixed in an adhesive mode.
Furthermore, the upper foot comprises a fixed edge fixed with the sole and an elastic piece connected to the fixed edge.
Furthermore, the upper of the shoe is transversely connected with an elastic band, and the back upper of the shoe is provided with an adjusting part.
Furthermore, the counter comprises a first counter sheet and a second counter sheet, the first counter sheet and the second counter sheet are provided with a plurality of rows of matched buttons, and the first counter sheet and the second counter sheet are provided with concave edges separated from the sole.
The invention also discloses a processing method of the shoe, which comprises the following steps:
(1) fixing the moving belt in the moving edge, fixing the elastic piece with the fixed edge in a sewing or gluing mode, and combining the moving edge, the fixed edge and the elastic piece with other upper parts in a gluing or/and sewing mode to form an upper;
(2) forming an inner sole and an outer sole, respectively;
(3) fixing the fixing edge of the upper on the inner sole by gluing or sewing, fixing the moving belt with the rotary buckle through the hole on the outer sole, installing the rotary buckle in the groove of the outer sole, embedding the inner sole into the outer sole by gluing, and bonding the inner sole and the outer sole.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
the movable edge of the shoe upper foot is fixed with the movable belt, the length of the movable belt can be adjusted by rotating the rotary buckle arranged in the groove on the side edge of the outer sole, and the tightness of the upper surface in the width direction can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the movable belt;
the shoe cavity is also provided with a plurality of rows of buttons for adjusting the tightness of the back upper by connecting and fixing the elastic band on the middle upper, and the tightness of the shoe cavity in the length direction is adjusted by adapting the buttons in different rows.

Detailed Description
To further illustrate the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the predetermined objects, the following detailed description of the embodiments, structures, features and effects according to the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the tightness-adjustable shoe of the present invention comprises an upper 1 and a sole 2, the upper 1 and the sole 2 are combined to form a shoe cavity, the upper 1 comprises a front upper 101, a middle upper 102 and a rear upper 103, the part where the upper 1 is connected with the sole 2 is an upper 3, the upper 3 comprises a moving edge 301, the moving edge 301 can move longitudinally relative to the sole 2, so as to adjust the toe circumference and/or the tarsal circumference of the shoe, in this embodiment, in order to maintain the fitting property of the upper 1 and limit the excessive elastic deformation capability of the upper 1, and prevent the foot from sliding in the shoe cavity, the upper 3 further comprises a fixed edge 302, the fixed edge 302 can be arranged at an interval with the moving edge 301, the fixed edge 302 is fixed on the sole 2, and the moving edge 301 can be movably arranged in the sole 2.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the sole 2 comprises an insole 201 and an outsole 202, the insole 201 is embedded in the outsole 202, the fixing edge 302 is fixed on the insole 201 by means of gluing or sewing, the insole 201 and/or the outsole 202 can be provided with a side edge groove 203 for placing the moving edge 301, and the insole 201 and the outsole 202 are fixed by means of gluing or sewing.
Fig. 2 and 3 show a control mode of the moving belt 4, in this embodiment 1, the moving belt 4 is fixed in the moving edge 301, the outsole 202 is provided with a hole for passing the moving belt 4 and a groove 204 for installing the rotating buckle 5, the rotating buckle 5 comprises an upper shell 501 and a lower shell 502 and a rotating core fixed in the upper shell 501, the moving belt 4 is fixed on the rotating core, the upper shell 501 and the lower shell 502 are connected by screw threads, in this embodiment 1, the rotating core is driven to rotate by rotating the upper shell 501, the moving belt 4 fixed on the rotating core is wound on the rotating core one by one or loosened one by one, so that the moving belt 4 tightens or loosens the moving edge 301, thereby adjusting the toe circumference or the tarsal circumference of the shoe, and after the adjustment, the upper shell 502 is fixed by screw threads to limit the rotation of the rotating core.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the fixed edge 302 is fixed with an elastic member, which is generally an elastic band 6, by sewing, the other end of the elastic band 6 is connected with the cloth cover or the leather cover, and the elastic band 6 is used for making the foot fit with the shoe cavity when the movable edge 301 adjusts the toe circumference and the tarsal circumference of the shoe cavity.
In the above embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the upper is transversely connected with an elastic band 6, the elastic band 6 is arranged on the upper 102, the counter 103 is provided with an adjusting part capable of adjusting the tightness of the counter 103 within a certain transverse length range, the counter 103 comprises a first counter plate 1031 and a second counter plate 1032, the first counter plate 1031 and the second counter plate 1032 are provided with a plurality of rows of matched buttons 7, the first counter plate 1031 and the second counter plate 1032 have a concave edge 1033 with a length of about 1-3 cm, the concave edge 1033 is not fixed with the sole 2, and the first counter plate 1031 is fixed on the second counter plate 1032 through the buttons 7.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, embodiment 2 of the present invention is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that a groove is formed between an insole 201 and an outsole 202, a mounting case 8 is fixed in the groove, a partition 801 is formed in the mounting case 8, a through hole 802 is formed in the partition 801, a screw pipe 803 passes through the through hole 802 to enter a cavity 804, the screw pipe 803 is parallel to the length direction of the mounting case 8, a control knob 9 and a shaft 10 fixed to the control knob 9 are installed in an outsole groove 204, the shaft 10 is screwed to the screw pipe 803 through the groove formed in the sole 2 parallel to the mounting case 8, the moving belt 4 is fixed to the screw pipe 803 or a turntable wall of the screw pipe 803 through a hole formed in the mounting case 8, in this embodiment, the mounting case 8 may be a flat rigid case having a height of about 1cm and a length smaller than the width of the sole 2 corresponding to the mounting case 8, the mounting case 8 plays a role of preventing torsion, the sole 2 is limited to overturn when the softer sole is sprained or turned on one side at the foot, meanwhile, the shaft 10 is driven to rotate through the rotary control button 9, the shaft 10 rotates to enable the threaded pipe 803 which is in threaded fit with the shaft 10 to rotate and move or withdraw into the placement box 8, at the moment, the upper surface 1 is tightened or loosened by moving the movable belt 4 fixed on the threaded pipe 803 along with the shaft, in the embodiment, the tightness of the shoe can be adjusted by moving the movable belt 4 through displacement of the shaft 10, the movable belt 4 can also be wound on the wall of a rotary disc or loosened, and one end of the threaded pipe 803 can be provided with a limiting bump 805 to prevent the threaded pipe 803 from integrally penetrating through the partition plate through hole 802.
The invention also comprises a processing method of the tightness-adjustable shoe, which comprises the following steps:
(1) the upper making comprises the steps that the movable belt 4 is fixed in the movable edge 301, the elastic piece is fixed with the fixed edge 302 in a sewing or gluing mode, and the movable edge 301, the fixed edge 302 and the elastic piece are combined with other upper 1 parts in a gluing or/and sewing mode to form the upper 1;
(2) respectively forming an insole 201 and an outsole 202;
(3) fixing the fixed edge 302 of the upper 1 on the inner sole 201 by gluing or sewing, placing the moving edge 301 in the lateral groove 203, fixing the moving belt 4 with the rotating buckle 5 through the hole on the outer sole 202, installing the rotating buckle 5 in the groove 204 in the outer sole, embedding the inner sole 201 in the outer sole 202 by gluing and gluing, and completing the formation of the upper of the shoe through the processes of heat setting, cold setting, cleaning and the like of the traditional shoe manufacturing process.
