The invention relates to a quick disassembly and assembly structure for a furniture hinge.
Background
Chinese patent document No. CN2780937Y discloses a furniture door hidden hinge capable of three-dimensionally adjusting in 2006, 5/17, which comprises a movable base fixed on a door body, an adjustable base fixed on a door frame, and a rotating arm connected therebetween, wherein the adjustable base comprises a bottom plate fixed on the door frame, a middle plate sliding up and down on the bottom plate, and an upper adjusting plate sliding back and forth on the middle plate, i.e., the base on the door frame is of a three-layer plate structure, wherein the plate is formed by casting an alloy and then is riveted with the lower adjusting plate by secondary extrusion. Although the hinge production process of the structure is simple, the adjustable base of the hinge production process is fixed on the door frame through the screws, a user firstly connects the door body and the hinge when assembling, then fixes the door body and the hinge on the cabinet body through the screws together, and can only detach the whole door body and the hinge by loosening the screws when detaching, so that the detachment operation is extremely inconvenient, the detachment of the user is difficult, and the use requirement of the user cannot be met. Therefore, further improvements are necessary.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a quick disassembly and assembly structure for a furniture hinge, which overcomes the defects in the prior art.
The quick disassembly and assembly structure for the furniture hinge comprises a hinge device and a fixed base; the hinge device at least comprises a connecting arm; the method is characterized in that: the connecting arm is provided with an assembling part and a buckling part; the fixed base is provided with an assembly matching part and a buckling piece; the connecting arm is linearly assembled and disassembled on the assembling matching part in a sliding way through the assembling part; the buckling piece elastically slides on the fixed base and is buckled or separated with the buckling part when sliding; the hinge device and the fixed base are fixedly connected through the sliding assembly of the assembly part and the assembly matching part and the sliding buckling of the buckling piece and the buckling part.
An elastic piece is arranged between the buckling piece and the fixed base; the buckling piece slides on the fixed base through the elastic piece in a linear elastic mode, and the linear elastic sliding direction of the buckling piece is different from that of the connecting arm.
The fixed base is provided with an extending part towards the opposite direction of the hinge device; a positioning part is arranged between the buckling piece and the extending part; the elastic piece is arranged on the positioning part, and two ends of the elastic piece respectively act on the buckling piece and the extending part in an elastic manner.
A guide part is arranged between the positioning part and/or the fastener and the extension part; the fastener slides on the extension part through the matching elastic guide of the elastic piece and the guide part.
A limiting part is arranged between the buckling piece and the extending part; the buckling piece elastically slides on the extending part towards the direction of the buckling part all the time through the elastic piece, and is limited on the extending part through the limiting part when elastically sliding.
The buckling piece is provided with a buckling matching part, and a buckling guiding part is arranged between the buckling matching part and the buckling part; the linking arm passes through the linear sliding assembly of assembly portion on assembly cooperation portion, and buckling part overcomes the elastic force of elastic component through the guide of lock joint guide portion and drive lock joint cooperation portion when the linking arm slides to a certain position, and slides on unable adjustment base, and lock joint cooperation portion dodges each other with buckling part when sliding to resume to reset through elastic component elasticity when sliding again, and with the mutual lock joint of buckling part, in order to realize the fixed connection around between linking arm and the unable adjustment base.
The connecting arm is provided with an intermediate piece; the buckling part is arranged on the connecting arm or the middle piece.
The assembling parts are at least two and are respectively a front assembling part and a rear assembling part, the front assembling part and the rear assembling part are arranged on the left side and the right side of the connecting arm or the middle piece at intervals in the front-back mode, and assembling gaps are formed between the front assembling part and the rear assembling part.
The assembly matching parts are at least two and are respectively a front assembly matching part and a rear assembly matching part, and the front assembly matching part and the rear assembly matching part are arranged on the left side and the right side of the fixed base at intervals in a front-rear mode and form assembly matching gaps with each other.
The connecting arm or the intermediate piece is placed on the fixed base through the matching prepositioning of the assembling gap and the assembling matching gap, and then is linearly assembled on the front assembling matching part and the rear assembling matching part through the front assembling part and the rear assembling part in a sliding mode respectively.
The assembly notch and/or the assembly matching notch are/is provided with an assembly guide part; and translation guide parts are respectively arranged between the front assembling part and between the rear assembling part and the rear assembling part.
When the connecting arm is assembled with the fixed base, the front assembling portion is placed on the assembling matching notch through the assembling guide portion pre-positioning guide, and/or the rear assembling matching portion is placed on the assembling notch through the assembling guide portion pre-positioning guide, and the front assembling portion and the rear assembling portion are respectively assembled on the front assembling matching portion and the rear assembling matching portion through the translation guide portion in a linear guide sliding mode, so that left and right and up and down fixed connection between the connecting arm and the fixed base is achieved.
The left side and the right side of the connecting arm are bent with connecting arm flanges; the middle piece is arranged in the left and right connecting arm flanges, and the left and right sides of the middle piece are bent to form limiting flanges; the front assembling part and the rear assembling part are arranged on the left and right connecting arm flanging edges or the left and right limiting flanging edges at intervals.
The hinge device also comprises a movable cup seat and a hinge arm.
The hinged arm and the connecting arm are arranged in a split mode, a first adjusting piece is arranged between the hinged arm and the connecting arm, and the hinged arm and the connecting arm are connected in an adjustable matching mode through the first adjusting piece; alternatively, the hinge arm is integrally provided with the connecting arm.
The connecting arm and/or the hinged arm are hinged with the movable cup seat to be matched with the movable cup seat in an opening and closing way.
Still be provided with the intermediate member on the linking arm, still be provided with the second regulating part between intermediate member and the linking arm, and the two is connected through the cooperation of second regulating part adjustable.
Through the improvement of the structure, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. have the linking arm turn-ups of buckling respectively in the left and right sides of linking arm and middleware, spacing turn-ups, the middleware can realize interference fit through between the linking arm turn-ups of spacing turn-ups and linking arm when the assembly, thereby improve the assembly compactness between linking arm and the middleware, simultaneously can also be connected through the cooperation of second regulating part adjustable between linking arm and the middleware, because interference fit between linking arm and the middleware, consequently the two only can move about each other towards one direction when adjusting, thereby avoid the virtual position that linking arm and middleware appear in accommodation process or adjust the inefficacy problem, with the regulation accuracy that improves the two.
2. When in use, a user can assemble the fixed base and the hinge device on the furniture cabinet body and the furniture door body in advance respectively.
When the hinge device is assembled, the front assembling portion is placed on the assembling matching notch through the pre-positioning guide of the assembling guide portion, the rear assembling matching portion can also be placed on the assembling notch through the pre-positioning guide of the assembling guide portion, the hinge device is assembled on the front assembling matching portion in a linear sliding mode before recycling, the rear assembling portion is assembled on the rear assembling matching portion in a linear sliding mode, the buckling portion and the buckling portion of the buckling piece are buckled with each other, the buckling portion at the moment can also be buckled with the fastening portion through the mutual guide between the buckling guide portion and the buckling matching portion, left-right, up-down and front-back omnibearing fixed connection between the hinge device and the fixed base can be achieved, and finally quick assembly and disassembly between the furniture cabinet body and the furniture door body are achieved, so that assembly and disassembly between the furniture cabinet body and the furniture door body are more convenient and quick, and the assembly is more stable and firm after assembly.

Meanwhile, the fastening part and the fastening matching part can be guided to be fastened, so that a user can apply less linear sliding acting force to realize fastening between the fastening part and the fastening matching part, and the assembling convenience of the user is further improved.
Hinge means is when dismantling, only need press the fastener, make its buckling parts and buckling cooperation mutually break away from, assemble cooperation portion before the linear slip of preceding assembly portion breaks away from respectively again, assemble cooperation portion after the linear slip of back assembly portion breaks away from, can realize hinge means and unable adjustment base's dismantlement, in whole process, preceding assembly portion can limiting displacement on the assembly cooperation portion of back when sliding to a certain position, not only suggestion user has accomplished hinge means's dismantlement, can also avoid excessive slip of hinge means to break away from simultaneously, lead to the problem that the user is injured or the furniture door body drops from the user hand, user's safety in utilization improves. Moreover, the pressing operation of the fastener is convenient and quick, and compared with the swinging or rotating of the fastener in the prior art (users need to apply the swinging or rotating acting force besides the pressing acting force), the user only needs to apply a single pressing acting force, and the application is easier.
3. The disassembly and assembly between the hinge device and the fixed base are operated through linear sliding, so that the user can conveniently disassemble and assemble the hinge device and the fixed base, and the use experience of the user is improved.
4. Due to the matching relation among the left and right front assembling parts, the left and right rear assembling parts and the buckling parts, the hinge device can not fall off the fixed base when being stressed in different directions after being assembled, so that the furniture hinge has higher structural strength and stronger bearing capacity, potential safety hazards such as breakage and deformation of the hinge device in the using process, falling of a furniture door body and the like are avoided, the assembling stability between the fixed base and the hinge device is further improved, the service life of the furniture hinge is longer, and the hinge can be widely applied to the furniture door bodies with larger volume and weight.
5. The buckling piece can slide on the fixed base in a linear elastic mode, the direction of the buckling piece is different from that of the connecting arm in sliding dismounting, the buckling piece can generate reaction forces in different directions compared with dismounting of the connecting arm after the hinge device and the fixed base are assembled, the hinge device can be stably assembled on the fixed base, a user can apply linear pressing action force to the buckling piece conveniently, and dismounting convenience of the hinge device and the fixed base is improved.
In summary, the novel combined type.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1-16, the quick assembly disassembly structure for furniture hinge comprises a furniture cabinet body X, a furniture door body Y, a hinge device and a fixed base 1; the hinge device is fixedly arranged on the furniture door body Y, and the fixed base 1 is fixedly arranged on the furniture cabinet body X.
The hinge device comprises at least a connecting arm 2; the connecting arm 2 is provided with an assembling part and a buckling part 3; the fixed base 1 is provided with an assembly matching part and a fastener 4; the connecting arm 2 is linearly assembled and disassembled on the assembly matching part in a sliding way through the assembly part; the buckling piece 4 elastically slides on the fixed base 1 and is buckled with or separated from the buckling part 3 when sliding; the hinge device and the fixed base 1 are fixedly connected through the sliding assembly of the assembly part and the assembly matching part and the sliding buckling of the buckling piece 4 and the buckling part 3, and the fixed assembly between the furniture cabinet body X and the furniture door body Y can be completed.
An elastic part 5 is arranged between the buckling part 4 and the fixed base 1; the fastener 4 slides on the fixed base 1 linearly and elastically through the elastic member 5, and the direction of the linear sliding of the fastener is different from the direction of the linear sliding of the connecting arm 2.
The fixed base 1 is provided with an extension part 6 towards the opposite direction of the hinge device; a positioning part 7 is arranged between the buckling piece 4 and the extending part 6; the elastic member 5 is provided on the positioning portion 7, and both ends thereof elastically act on the fastening member 4 and the extending portion 6, respectively.
A guide part 8 is arranged between the positioning part 7 and/or the fastener 4 and the extension part 6; the fastener 4 slides on the extension part 6 through the matching elastic guide of the elastic piece 5 and the guide part 8.
A limiting part 9 is arranged between the buckling piece 4 and the extending part 6; the fastener 4 is elastically slid on the extension portion 6 by the elastic member 5 toward the direction of the fastening portion 3 at all times, and is restrained by the stopper portion 9 on the extension portion 6 when elastically slid.
The fastening member 4 of the present embodiment is composed of an upper housing 41 and a lower housing 42, wherein the upper housing 41 is provided with a protruding buckle 43, the lower housing 42 is provided with a buckle hole 44, and the upper housing 41 is buckled on the buckle hole 44 of the lower housing 42 through the protruding buckle 43. Wherein, the upper housing 41 is provided with a positioning column, the positioning portion 7 is arranged on the positioning column, the extending portion 6 is provided with a positioning column hole portion corresponding to the positioning column, and the positioning column is arranged on the positioning column in a guiding manner. The lower shell 42 is provided with a guide post, the guide part 8 is arranged on the guide post, the extension part 6 is provided with a guide post hole part corresponding to the guide post, and the guide post is guided and arranged on the guide post hole part.
The buckling fitting part 10 is arranged on the buckling piece 4, and a buckling guide part 11 is arranged between the buckling fitting part 10 and the buckling part 3; the connecting arm 2 is assembled on the assembly matching portion through the linear sliding of the assembly portion, the buckling portion 3 is guided and driven by the buckling guide portion 11 to overcome the elastic acting force of the elastic piece 5 through the buckling connection matching portion 10 when the connecting arm 2 slides to a certain position and slides on the fixing base 1, the buckling connection matching portion 10 avoids the buckling portion 3 when sliding, and resets through the elasticity of the elastic piece 5 when sliding again, and buckles with the buckling portion 3 mutually, so that the front and back fixed connection between the connecting arm 2 and the fixing base 1 is realized.
In order to facilitate the separation of the fastening part 3 and the fastening matching part 10, a pressing action part is further arranged on the upper shell 41, a user can drive the fastening part 4 to overcome the elastic action force of the elastic part 5 and slide on the fixing base 1 through a tool or a manual action on the pressing action part, so that the separation of the fastening part 3 and the fastening matching part 10 is realized, and the connecting arm 2 at the moment can linearly slide towards the opposite direction of the fixing base 1 and can be detached from the fixing base 1.
The connecting arm 2 is provided with an intermediate piece 12; the clasp 3 is provided on the intermediate piece 12.
The assembling parts are at least two and are respectively a front assembling part 13 and a rear assembling part 14, the front assembling part 13 and the rear assembling part 14 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the connecting arm 2 at intervals in the front-rear direction, and assembling gaps 15 are formed between the front assembling part 13 and the rear assembling part 14.
The assembling matching parts are at least two and are respectively a front assembling matching part 16 and a rear assembling matching part 17, the front assembling matching part 16 and the rear assembling matching part 17 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the fixed base 1 in a front-rear interval mode, and assembling matching notches 18 are formed between the front assembling matching part 16 and the rear assembling matching part 17.
The connecting arm 2 is placed on the fixed base 1 through the matching prepositioning of the assembling notch 15 and the assembling matching notch 18, and then is linearly and slidably assembled on the front assembling matching part 16 and the rear assembling matching part 17 through the front assembling part 13 and the rear assembling part 14 respectively.
The assembly notch 15 and/or the assembly matching notch 18 are/is provided with an assembly guide part 19; translation guide portions 20 are respectively provided between the front fitting portion 13 and the front fitting engagement portion 16, and between the rear fitting portion 14 and the rear fitting engagement portion 17.
When the connecting arm 2 is assembled with the fixed base 1, the front assembling portion 13 is pre-positioned and guided to be placed on the assembling matching notch 18 through the assembling guide portion 19, and/or the rear assembling matching portion 17 is pre-positioned and guided to be placed on the assembling notch 15 through the assembling guide portion 19, and the front assembling portion 13 and the rear assembling portion 14 are linearly guided to be slidably assembled on the front assembling matching portion 16 and the rear assembling matching portion 17 through the translation guide portion 20 respectively, so that left-right and up-down fixed connection between the connecting arm 2 and the fixed base 1 is realized.
The left side and the right side of the connecting arm 2 are bent with connecting arm flanges 21; the middle piece 12 is arranged in the left and right connecting arm flanges 21, and the left and right sides of the middle piece are bent to form limiting flanges 22; the front assembling portion 13 and the rear assembling portion 14 are arranged on the left and right link flanges 21 at a front-rear interval.
The hinge assembly further comprises a movable cup holder 23 and a hinge arm 24.
The hinged arm 24 and the connecting arm 2 are arranged in a split mode, a first adjusting piece 25 is arranged between the hinged arm 24 and the connecting arm 2, and the hinged arm 24 and the connecting arm 2 are connected in an adjustable matching mode through the first adjusting piece 25.
The hinged arm 24 and the movable cup holder 23 are mutually hinged, opened and closed.
An intermediate piece 12 is further arranged on the connecting arm 2, a second adjusting piece 26 is further arranged between the intermediate piece 12 and the connecting arm 2, and the intermediate piece 12 and the connecting arm 2 are connected in an adjustable matching mode through the second adjusting piece 26.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, the present quick-release structure for furniture hinge is different from the first embodiment in that: the front assembling portion 13 and the rear assembling portion 14 are arranged on the left and right sides of the middle piece 12 in a front-rear spacing manner, and assembling gaps 15 are formed between the front assembling portion and the rear assembling portion.
The intermediate piece 12 is pre-positioned on the fixed base 1 through the matching of the assembling notch 15 and the assembling matching notch 18, and is linearly and slidably assembled on the front assembling matching part 16 and the rear assembling matching part 17 through the front assembling part 13 and the rear assembling part 14 respectively.
The front assembling part 13 and the rear assembling part 14 are arranged on the left and right limiting flanges 22 at intervals in the front-rear direction.
The hinge arm 24 is provided integrally with the link arm 2.
The other parts not described are the same as those of the first embodiment.
