Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of contaminated site remediation, and particularly relates to a contaminated soil solidification and stabilization treatment system and process.
Background
In recent years, with the deep advance of the adjustment of industrial structures in China, a large number of industrial enterprises are shut down and turned over, bankruptcy or relocation, the remaining polluted sites are developed and utilized again as urban construction sites, and the potential safety hazard of the environment is prominent. The state has been a great deal of policy and policy, and the organization is required to carry out the treatment and restoration work of the pollution site according to local conditions under the leadership of the local government, and the pollution site can be put into use after the treatment, restoration and monitoring reach the standard.
Solidification stabilization is a technique in which contaminated soil is mixed with a binder that coalesces into a solid, thereby capturing or immobilizing the contaminant within the solid structure. The solidification is that no chemical reaction occurs between the polluted soil and the DIAN caking agent, and only the pollutant is mechanically wrapped in a solidified body with a complete structure to isolate the connection between the polluted soil and the external environment, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the migration of the pollutant. The solidification technique involves encapsulating the contaminants to form a solidified body that prevents migration of the contaminants by reducing the surface area exposed to percolation or encapsulating the waste with a material having a low permeability coefficient for the purpose of isolating the waste from the environment. Solidification is achieved by mechanical processes or chemical reactions between the waste and solidifying agents like cement, furnace dust, lime and fly ash. Solidifying fine waste particles is a micro-encapsulation process, whereas solidifying large waste particles involves macro-encapsulation. Stabilization refers to the conversion of a contaminant into a less soluble, migratory or toxic form to render it harmless and reduce the risk of harm to the ecosystem. Stabilization involves a process involving a chemical reaction to reduce the leachability of the waste. Stabilization achieves immobilization by reacting chemically with hazardous waste or by reducing the solubility of the waste through a chemical reaction. During the stabilization process, the physical properties of the waste may change or not change during the process. Curing and stabilization are sometimes used independently and sometimes simultaneously.
