Abstract
The invention relates to a waterproof coiled material coating device capable of adjusting the size of a waterproof coiled material, which comprises a support frame, wherein the coating device is arranged above the support frame; the coating device comprises two brackets which are arranged oppositely, each bracket comprises an upper cross beam, a lower cross beam, a connecting longitudinal beam and a material baffle plate, the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam are arranged in parallel, and two ends of the connecting longitudinal beam are respectively connected with the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam; the material baffle plate is vertically and fixedly connected with the upper cross beam, a gap for conveying a base layer is reserved between the material baffle plate and the lower cross beam, and each bracket is connected with the support frame through a support mechanism; through holes for the compression roller to pass through are formed in the striker plate and the connecting longitudinal beam of each bracket, and the compression roller passes through the through holes in the two brackets to be connected with the two brackets; and two limiting plates are fixedly connected to two ends of the compression roller respectively. When the base layer with the waterproof slurry is conveyed to the position of the compression roller, the waterproof slurry is spread by the compression roller, and the waterproof slurry is uniformly coated on the base layer.

The coating mode has the following technical defects in the using process: firstly, the lower surface of a base layer is coated, so that the situation of feed liquid dripping is easily caused in the process of conveying the base layer, the production environment of a workshop is polluted, and meanwhile, the situation of uneven coating exists in a dipping coating mode; secondly, the coating equipment can only be used for coating a base layer with one size and cannot meet the coating requirements of coiled materials with different widths.

Preferably, a liquid supply pipe is arranged behind the pressing roller along the conveying direction of the base layer, the liquid supply pipe is arranged along the width direction of the base layer, a plurality of liquid outlet pipes are uniformly distributed on the liquid supply pipe along the axial direction of the liquid supply pipe, and a valve switch is mounted on each liquid outlet pipe.
Preferably, the liquid supply pipe is connected with the conveying pipe, the conveying pipe is connected with the material pump, and the material pump is connected with the material liquid storage barrel.

Detailed Description

The coating device comprises two brackets which are oppositely arranged, each bracket comprises an upper cross beam 7, a lower cross beam 10, a connecting longitudinal beam 9 and a material baffle plate 8, the upper cross beams 7 and the lower cross beams 10 are arranged in parallel, and two ends of the connecting longitudinal beam 9 are respectively connected with the upper cross beams 7 and the lower cross beams 10. The striker plate 8 is vertically and fixedly connected with the upper cross beam 7, a gap for transmitting the base layer 14 is reserved between the striker plate 8 and the lower cross beam 10, and the lower cross beam 10 supports the base layer and plays a role in blocking waterproof slurry through the striker plate 8. Each bracket is connected with the support frame 1 through a support mechanism.
Through holes for the compression roller 15 to pass through are formed in the striker plate 8 and the connecting longitudinal beam 9 of each bracket, and the compression roller 15 passes through the through holes in the two brackets to be connected with the two brackets. And two limiting plates 18 are fixedly connected to two ends of the press roll 15 respectively.
The liquid supply pipe 5 is arranged behind the press roller 15 along the transmission direction of the base layer, and the base layer is firstly sprayed with waterproof slurry in the transmission process and then is flattened by the press roller 15. The liquid supply pipe 5 is arranged along the width direction of the base layer 14, a plurality of liquid outlet pipes 6 are uniformly distributed on the liquid supply pipe 5 along the axial direction of the liquid supply pipe, and a valve switch is arranged on each liquid outlet pipe 6. The number of openings of the valve switch may be adjusted according to the width of the substrate. The liquid supply pipe 5 is connected with the conveying pipe 4, the conveying pipe 4 is connected with the material pump 3, and the material pump 3 is connected with the material liquid storage barrel 2. In this embodiment, the supply tube 5 is fixedly connected to the upper cross member 7.
