The above analysis shows that the extraction device in the prior art is not provided with an automatic slag removal device, the production efficiency is low, and many extraction devices only rely on a crushing device without further grinding on the crushed materials, so that the extraction efficiency of active ingredients is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an extraction device and an extraction method which can automatically remove slag and fully extract active ingredients when the plant active ingredients are extracted, aiming at the problems of the extraction device for extracting the plant active ingredients in the prior art.
In one aspect, to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides an extraction apparatus for extracting plant active ingredients, which is capable of automatically removing slag, the extraction apparatus comprising a console and an apparatus main body, the apparatus main body further comprising a crushing apparatus, a rolling apparatus, an automatic slag removal apparatus, and a liquid receiving apparatus;
the crushing device is used for crushing or smashing selected plant raw materials, and the input end of the crushing device is connected with a discharge hopper;
the rolling device is used for further squeezing the crushed plant raw materials and comprises a first telescopic cylinder, a rolling head and a rolling hopper, wherein the first telescopic cylinder drives the rolling head to squeeze the crushed plant raw materials in the rolling hopper, and the bottom of the rolling hopper is provided with filter holes;
the automatic slag removing device comprises a slag removing platform arranged near the rolling compaction hopper, a filter cloth auxiliary device arranged on the slag removing platform, support rods arranged on two sides of the rolling compaction hopper respectively, filter cloth with one end arranged on the support rod, a second telescopic cylinder hinged with the slag removing platform and a slag outlet arranged on the device main body; the output end of the second telescopic cylinder is hinged with one end of a stay bar, the other end of the stay bar is hinged with the slag removing platform, and the other end of the filter cloth is fixed at the slag outlet;
the liquid receiving device comprises a liquid receiving tank arranged at the bottom of the rolling hopper, a first liquid inlet pipe used for injecting an extraction solvent into the liquid receiving tank, an ultrasonic vibrator contacted with the liquid receiving tank, a heating device contacted with the liquid receiving tank, a lifting plate provided with a metering pump, a hard liquid conveying pipe, a standing chamber and a liquid outlet pipe, wherein one end of the hard liquid conveying pipe is arranged in the liquid receiving tank, the other end of the hard liquid conveying pipe is connected with the metering pump, the standing chamber is arranged at the bottom of the device main body and is provided with a second liquid inlet pipe, and one end of the liquid conveying pipe is connected with the output end of the metering pump, and the other end of the liquid conveying pipe is inserted into the standing chamber.
In the extraction device, after the automatic slag removal device receives the instruction of the console, the second telescopic cylinder is started and drives the support rod, and the support rod drives the filter cloth, so that slag on the filter cloth is automatically fed into the slag outlet. The automatic slag removing process is completely automatic, does not need any manpower assistance, removes slag rapidly, does not influence the normal production process, and can greatly improve the production efficiency.
In the above-described extraction apparatus of the present invention, which is provided not only with the pulverizing apparatus but also with the rolling apparatus, the active ingredients of the plant material can be sufficiently extracted, since many plant active ingredients can be completely released and extracted only after the wall breaking of the molecules, it is difficult to achieve the wall breaking of the molecules simply by pulverizing.
Preferably, in the above extraction apparatus of the present invention, the rolling device further comprises a mounting plate for mounting the first telescopic cylinder, which is located at an upper portion of the apparatus main body. The output end of the first telescopic cylinder is connected to the rolling head. In addition, the position of the grinding hopper corresponds to the output end of the crushing device.
In the above extraction device of the present invention, the device body may further include a lifting device, an output end of the lifting device being connected to the lifting plate; the liquid receiving device may further comprise a detection device, such as a chromatograph, in contact with the liquid receiving tank.
In order to ensure better rolling effect, it is preferable that in the extraction device of the present invention, the rolling head and the rolling hopper are both hemispherical or nearly hemispherical in shape, and the size of the rolling hopper is matched with the rolling head.
In order to ensure the lifting stability of the lifting plate, in the extraction device of the present invention, the device body may further include a chute, and the lifting plate is slidably fitted to the chute.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the lifting position of the grinding head, in the extraction device of the present invention, the device body may further include an auxiliary plate, and the auxiliary plate is sleeved on the output end of the first telescopic cylinder.
Preferably, in the extraction device of the present invention, the crushing device includes a cavity with an inner portion in a frustum shape, an outlet disposed at the bottom of the cavity, and a crushing disk rotatably connected to the cavity. Wherein, the shape of crushing dish matches with the cavity. The main body of the device is provided with a motor, and the output end of the motor is connected with the power end of the crushing disc through a bevel gear. Due to the design, the crushing effect is good.
In order to ensure that the crushed plant materials can smoothly flow into the rolling hopper, in the extraction device, the output end of the crushing device can be connected with a flow guide plate.
In the extraction apparatus of the present invention, the settling chamber may be provided with an outlet pipe. Electric control valves are installed on the first liquid inlet pipe, the second liquid inlet pipe and the output pipe, and signals of the electric control valves are connected to the console and controlled by the console.
In addition, in the extraction device, the crushing device, the rolling device (a first telescopic cylinder), the automatic slag removal device (a second telescopic cylinder), the ultrasonic vibrator, the heating device, the detection device (such as a chromatograph), the metering pump, the lifting device and the like are controlled by a console, so that the whole production process can be completely and automatically controlled.
In another aspect, to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention also provides an extraction method for extracting a plant active ingredient using the above extraction apparatus, the method comprising the steps of:
step (1) - - -obtaining a slurry: adding water and lower alcohol into selected plant raw materials, putting the plant raw materials into a hopper, starting a crushing device for crushing, enabling the crushed materials to flow into a rolling hopper, starting a first telescopic cylinder to drive a rolling head to roll an outlet paddle, and dripping the outlet paddle into a liquid receiving tank to obtain slurry;
step (2) - -obtaining a supernatant: injecting an extraction solvent into the slurry in the liquid receiving tank through a first liquid inlet pipe, starting an ultrasonic vibrator, and oscillating and centrifuging by a heating device to obtain a supernatant;
step (3) - -automatic extraction of supernatant: the hard infusion tube is moved to the position of the supernatant, the metering pump is started to extract the supernatant, and the supernatant is discharged into the standing chamber;
step (4) - -obtaining the finished product: and (4) selecting whether to inject the detection liquid into the standing chamber through the second liquid inlet pipe for detection, and if the detection is not needed, standing for a period of time and then directly obtaining a finished product by using an output pipe arranged in the standing chamber.
In the above extraction method of the present invention, the plant material in step (1) may be one kind or a plurality of kinds; and suitable lower alcohol can be selected according to plant raw materials and active ingredients required to be extracted. Lower alcohols also include lower polyols such as propylene glycol, butylene glycol, and the like. For example, water in an amount of 0.5 to 2 times the amount of the plant material and butanediol in an amount of 0.5 to 2 times the amount of the plant material may be added during the pulverization.
In the above-described extraction method of the present invention, the extraction solvent to be injected in the step (2) may be selected depending on the plant material and the active ingredient to be extracted.
Preferably, in the step (1) of the extraction method, the descending speed of the rolling head is not more than 1cm/s, and the rolling times are not less than 10 times, so as to ensure the effect of rolling out the pulp.
Preferably, in the step (2) of the extraction method, the heating temperature is controlled to be 50-80 ℃. For example, the heating temperature of the heating device can be 70-80 ℃ to accelerate the mixing effect.
Preferably, in the step (3) of the extraction method, the position of the port of the hard infusion tube is always kept at the position 0.5-1 cm above the detection layering position of a detection device (chromatograph), so as to ensure the accurate extraction of the supernatant.
The extraction device and the extraction method of the invention at least have the following beneficial effects:
1. the full-automatic extraction of plant active ingredients can be realized, the manpower is saved, and the full-automatic extraction is beneficial to batch production;
2. the filter cloth is matched with the filter cloth auxiliary device, so that the residue after being rolled and discharged out of the paddle can be automatically discharged through a slag outlet, the subsequent normal rolling is ensured, the recycling can be carried out, the energy is saved, and the intelligence is strong;
3. the detection device (chromatograph) is matched with the lifting device to realize the automatic extraction of the supernatant, and the operation is convenient and fast.

Example 3
The extraction apparatus of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, except that the apparatus body 1 is further provided with an auxiliary plate 101, and the auxiliary plate 101 is sleeved on the output end of the first telescopic cylinder 5. Such a design helps to ensure the accuracy of the lifting position of the milling head 6. Of course, other measures or mechanisms for ensuring the accuracy of the elevation position of the milling head 6 can be considered and adopted, depending on the specific circumstances.
Example 4
The extraction apparatus of this embodiment is basically the same as that of embodiment 1 except that the apparatus body 1 is further provided with a chute 102, wherein the lifting plate 13 is slidably fitted to the chute 102. Such a design helps to ensure stable lifting of the lifting plate 13. Of course, other measures or mechanisms for ensuring stable lifting of the lifting plate 13 may be considered and used, depending on the circumstances.
Example 5
The extraction apparatus of this example is substantially the same as that of example 1 except that the output end of the crushing apparatus 2 is connected with a flow guide plate 205. Such a design helps to ensure that the crushed plants can flow into the grinding hopper 7. Of course, other measures or mechanisms to ensure that the crushed plants can flow into the grinding hopper 7 are contemplated and may be used as appropriate.
Example 6
The extraction apparatus of this example is substantially the same as that of example 1 except that the grinding head 6 and the grinding hopper 7 are hemispherical. By the design, the rolling effect is good. Of course, other configurations of the compactor head 6 and compactor hopper 7 are contemplated and may be used, as the case may be.
Example 7
The embodiment relates to an extraction method for extracting active ingredients from plants, which adopts the extraction device of the embodiment 1-6 and comprises the following steps:
s1: adding 1 time of water and 1 time of butanediol into the selected plant raw materials, putting the plant raw materials into a discharge hopper 3, starting a crushing device 2 for crushing, enabling the crushed plants to flow into a rolling hopper 7, starting a first telescopic cylinder 5 to drive a rolling head 6 to operate, rolling the crushed plants, discharging the crushed plants out of a paddle, and dripping the crushed plants into a liquid receiving tank 10;
s2: obtaining a supernatant, injecting an extraction solvent into the liquid receiving tank 10 through a first liquid inlet pipe 1001, starting an ultrasonic vibrator 11, and oscillating and centrifuging by a heating device 12 to obtain the supernatant;
s3: automatically extracting supernatant, starting a lifting device 17 by matching with a chromatograph 121, moving a hard infusion tube 15 to a supernatant position, starting a metering pump 14 to extract the supernatant, and discharging the supernatant into a standing chamber 18;
s4: and (5) obtaining a finished product, selecting whether to discharge detection liquid into the standing chamber 18 through the second liquid inlet pipe 181 for detection, and directly obtaining the finished product from the output pipe 19 after standing for a period of time without detection.
The working process of the embodiment is as follows: directly placing plants needing to be extracted with anti-allergy repairing components into a discharge hopper 3, starting a crushing device 2 to crush the plants entering from the discharge hopper 3, enabling the crushed plants to enter a rolling hopper 7, operating a first telescopic cylinder 5 to drive a rolling head 6 to descend, rolling the crushed plants in the rolling hopper 7 to form pulp, enabling the pulp to enter a liquid receiving tank 10 after passing through a filter cloth 812 and a filter hole 701, operating a second telescopic cylinder 813 after rolling, driving a support rod 811 to obliquely ascend, namely driving the filter cloth 812 to ascend from the rolling hopper 7, and discharging plant residues from a residue outlet 9 under the dead weight of the plant residues due to the inclination of the filter cloth 812, so that the plant residues are convenient to recycle, energy is saved, and the normal running of the next rolling can be ensured; after the slurry enters the liquid receiving tank 10, the extraction solvent is injected into the liquid receiving tank 10 through the first liquid inlet pipe 1001, then, the ultrasonic vibrator 11 is started to vibrate and mix, whether the heating device 12 operates or not is selected to increase the mixing efficiency, and after the vibration is finished, the chromatograph 121 operates to give a signal to the console, the console controls the lifting device 17 to operate to drive the lifting mounting plate 13 to ascend or descend until the hard infusion tube 15 reaches a proper height, i.e. the position of the supernatant in the liquid receiving tank 10, the metering pump 14 is operated to discharge the supernatant from the liquid outlet pipe 16 into the standing chamber 18 for standby, during which, the second liquid inlet pipe 181 can select whether to discharge the detection liquid into the standing chamber 18 through the second liquid inlet pipe 181 for detection, the detection is not needed, after standing for a period of time, finished products are directly obtained from the output pipe 19, so that full-automatic production is realized, convenience and rapidness are realized, and batch production is facilitated.
Preferably, in the step S1, the descending speed of the rolling head 6 is not more than 1cm/S, and the rolling times are not less than 10 times, so as to ensure the rolling effect. Of course, the lowering speed of the milling head 6 and the number of milling operations may also be considered as the case may be.
Preferably, in step S2, the heating temperature of the heating device 12 is 60 to 70 ℃, so as to accelerate the mixing effect. Of course, the heating temperature of the heating device 12 may also be considered as the case may be.
Preferably, in step S3, the port position of the hard infusion tube 15 is always kept at a position 0.5-1 cm above the layered position detected by the chromatograph 121, so as to ensure accurate extraction of the supernatant. Of course, the port location of the rigid infusion tube 15 may also be considered as the case may be.
