(I) Basic construction of semen collector 1:
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing one embodiment of the semen collector 1 according to the present invention, fig. 2 is a view showing a state in which the lid 3, the housing 2, and the rotary handle portion 4 are divided in the longitudinal direction in fig. 1 and the interior of the housing 2 and the like is shown, and fig. 3 is a view showing a state in which the built-in part 5 is divided in the longitudinal direction in fig. 2 and the interior of the built-in part 5 is shown. Here, "1" indicates a semen collector, "2" indicates a housing, "21" indicates one opening, "22" indicates the other opening, "26" indicates a housing, "3" indicates a cover, "4" indicates a turning handle portion, "41" indicates a connector, "5" indicates a built-in component, "51" indicates an insertion port, "52" indicates an insertion portion, "53" indicates a handle connection portion, "54" indicates a fixing hole, "55" indicates a slit, "7" indicates a flange.
The semen collector 1 according to the present embodiment can be used as a device for collecting sperm (semen) (semen collection device), and includes, as a basic structure, as shown in fig. 1 to 3: the housing 2 is formed with openings (one opening 21 and the other opening 22) that are open at both ends in the longitudinal direction (see fig. 1 and the like, and the same applies to the "longitudinal direction" hereinafter), and is formed in a tubular shape that can be held by hand; a removable cover 3 for opening and closing one opening 21 of the housing 2; a turning handle 4 attached to close the other opening 22 of the housing 2 and rotatable about the axial direction of the housing 2; and a tubular built-in member 5 which is accommodated in an accommodating portion 26 formed in the housing 2, an insertion port 51 is arranged in one opening portion 21, and an insertion portion 52 is formed, and the insertion portion 52 has a space extending from the insertion port 51 to the inside.
(II) housing 2:
In the semen collector 1, the housing 2 is a cylindrical body, and has a housing portion 26 that serves as a space for housing the internal component 5 therein, and both ends in the longitudinal direction are opened (one opening 21 and the other opening 22). In the present invention, the term "opening" includes an opening and a portion of each member (the housing 2, the cover 3, and the rotary handle 4) where the opening is formed, that is, a peripheral edge of the opening space and the vicinity thereof. In particular, in the relationship between the other opening 22 of the housing 2 and the opening 42 of the rotary handle 4, the opening includes a step 22a (see fig. 7 and the like described later) formed of a plurality of steps, and a step 42a (see fig. 8 and the like described later), and the step 22a and the step 42a are present at the peripheral edge (the peripheral edge of the other opening 22 of the housing 2 is referred to as a peripheral edge 22r in fig. 7 described later, and the peripheral edge of the space 42 of the rotary handle 4 is referred to as a peripheral edge 42r in fig. 8 described later) and the vicinity thereof, and serve as a contact portion between (the opening 22 of) the housing 2 and (the opening 42 of) the rotary handle 4.
One opening 21 of the housing 2 is opened and closed by a cover 3 detachably formed on the housing 2. Fig. 1 to 3 show a state in which the opening 21 of the housing 2 is closed by the cover 3. The other opening 22 of the housing 2 is attached with a rotation handle portion 4, and the rotation handle portion 4 is attached so as to close the other opening 22 and is rotatable about the axial direction of the housing 2.
The shape of the housing 2 is not particularly limited as long as it is a cylindrical shape that can be held by a hand of a user not shown, etc., and in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, etc., a small diameter portion 23 that is gently mountain-shaped in a plan view is formed at a substantially center in a longitudinal direction, and two large diameter portions 24, 25 that have a diameter larger than that of the small diameter portion 23 are formed across the small diameter portion 23, and the two large diameter portions 24, 25 are formed symmetrically with respect to the center of the small diameter portion 23. The user can grasp the boundary B between the large diameter portions 24, 25 and the small diameter portion 23 with the thumb and index finger of the hand, so that the shape of the housing 2 is a shape that is easy for the user to grasp.
In the present invention, the rotation handle portion 4 (and the lid 3) rotates about the axial direction of the housing 2 (see fig. 1, etc. hereinafter, the same applies to the "axial direction", and the rotation directions of the rotation handle portion 4 and the lid 3 are indicated by the broken line arrows in fig. 1), but the axial direction of the housing 2, etc. and the axial direction of the insertion portion 52 of the built-in part 5 are also common, including the case where the built-in part 5 is housed in the housing 2. Therefore, the rotation of the housing 2 about the axial direction of the housing 2 is common to the rotation about the axial direction of the built-in member 5.
(III) cover 3:
the cover 3 and the opening/closing of the cover 3 to the opening 21 of one of the cases 2 will be described. Fig. 4 is a view showing a state in which the lid 3 is displaced downward in fig. 3 and removed, and fig. 5 is a perspective view showing the inside of the lid 3.
In the present embodiment, the lid 3 is a member having an opening (having an opening 32) formed in a cup shape (bowl shape), and as shown in fig. 5, the lid includes a circular top surface portion 31 corresponding to the circular opening 21 of the housing 2, and a side surface portion 33 formed to extend outward from the top surface portion 31, and the opening 32 is formed by the continuous side surface portion 33.
When the cover 3 is attached to the opening 21 of the housing 2, the side surface 33 of the cover 3 is connected along the large diameter portion 25 of the housing 2 so as not to feel a stepped portion, and the shape that is easy for the user to grasp is maintained.
Preferably, the cover 3 is openable and closable by rotating about the axial direction of the housing 2. This makes it possible to easily attach and detach the cover 3 to and from the housing 2.
For example, a screw thread, not shown, that can be screwed to each other may be formed on the inside of the side surface portion 33 of the cover 3 and the outside of one opening portion 21 of the housing 2, and the cover 3 and the opening portion 21 of the housing 2 may be screwed to each other to open and close the opening portion 21 of the housing 2.
In order to open and close one opening 21 of the housing 2 by the cover 3, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a convex portion receiving portion 27 (see fig. 7 described later) formed of a concave shape capable of receiving the convex portion 34 is formed on the outer side of the one opening 21, and the operation is performed as described below, in which the convex portion 34 is formed in the peripheral edge 32r of the opening 32 of the cover 3 shown in fig. 5.
That is, in order to close one of the openings 21 with the cover 3, the protrusion 34 is placed in the protrusion accommodating portion 27 of the housing 2, the cover 3 is gently rotated centering on the axial direction of the housing 2, and the protrusion 34 is moved along the protrusion accommodating portion 27, whereby the cover 3 can be fixed to the opening 21 and the opening 21 can be closed.
On the other hand, from this state, the lid 3 is gently rotated in the direction opposite to the above direction, and the convex portion 34 is separated from the convex portion accommodating portion 27, whereby the lid 3 can be removed from the opening 21 of the housing 2, and one of the openings 21 is opened.
In this way, the lid 3 is attached to or detached from the one opening 21 of the housing 2 of the semen collector 1, and the one opening 21 can be opened and closed by the lid 3.
(IV) turning the handle portion 4, etc.:
The rotation (torsion) of the rotation handle portion 4 and the built-in member 5 generated by the rotation handle portion 4 will be described. Fig. 6 is a view showing a state in which the turning handle portion 4 is displaced upward in fig. 3, fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a state in which the turning handle portion 4 and the cover 3 are removed in fig. 6, fig. 8 is a perspective view showing an inside of the turning handle portion 4, and fig. 9 is a schematic view showing a state in which the turning handle portion 4 and the housing 2 are attached (a state in which the turning handle portion 4 is displaced slightly upward).
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, 6, 9, etc., a cup-shaped (bowl-shaped) rotation handle portion 4 is attached to the other opening 22 of the housing 2 of the semen collector 1 so as to close the other opening 22, and the rotation handle portion 4 is rotatable about the axial direction of the housing 2. In the semen collector 1, the rotation handle portion 4 and the built-in part 5 (detailed structure of the built-in part 5 will be described later) are fixedly integrated with a handle connecting portion 53 of the built-in part 5, and the handle connecting portion 53 is a portion of the built-in part 5 opposite to the insertion port 51 (the other opening portion 22 side, the side facing the rotation handle portion 4) when viewed from the longitudinal direction.
The cup-shaped turning handle portion 4 is formed with a rod-shaped connector 41 inside. When the rotary handle portion 4 is attached to the other opening 22 of the housing 2, the connector 41 is located at a position extending toward the inside of the housing 2. In the present embodiment, one rod-shaped connector 41 is disposed in each of symmetrical positions in the cup-shaped turning handle portion 4, and two rod-shaped connectors 41 are disposed in total.
The fixing hole 54 is formed in a portion of the built-in part 5 (described later) opposite to the insertion port 51, that is, the handle connecting portion 53, and the rod-shaped connector 41 is inserted into the fixing hole 54, whereby the handle portion 4 and the portion of the built-in part 5 (the handle connecting portion 53) are fixed and integrated.
In the present embodiment, the handle connecting portion 53 has two fixing holes 54 formed therein, one for each position where the connecting body 41 is disposed. In the present embodiment, the fixation and integration of the rotation handle portion 4 and the built-in member 5 are achieved by the above-described structure, and the rotation handle portion 4 and the handle connecting portion 53 of the built-in member 5 can be simply and reliably fixed and integrated.
In the state where the rotation handle portion 4 and the built-in member 5 are integrated in this way, the built-in member 5 accommodated in the housing 2 rotates around the axial direction of the housing 2 (the built-in member 5) and rotates together with the rotation handle portion 4, and rotates around the axial direction of the housing 2 (the axial direction of the insertion portion 52 of the built-in member 5) in the same direction as the rotation of the rotation handle portion 4, thereby twisting the rotation handle portion 4.
By the twisting, the insertion portion 52 formed inside the inner member 5 is also twisted, and the binding force can be increased compared with a state in which the rotation handle portion 4 is not rotated (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as a "normal state").
In this way, the cup-shaped turning handle portion 4 attached to the other opening portion 22 of the housing 2 is turned around the axial direction of the housing 2, whereby the binding force is adjusted.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the other opening 22 of the housing 2 and the opening 42 of the rotation handle 4 of the present embodiment are formed with a step portion (a step portion 22a formed in the other opening 22 and a step portion 42a formed in the opening 42) composed of a plurality of steps as contact portions thereof, and the rotation handle 4 is attached to (the other opening 22 of) the housing 2 in a state in which the rotation handle 4 can be rotated by fitting the fitting portion 22b formed in the step portion 22a of the other opening 22 of the housing 2 into the fitting portion 42b formed in the step portion 42a of the opening 42 of the rotation handle 4 (fitting portion 22b into the inside of the fitting portion 42 b).
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the stepped portions 22a and 42a of the opening 22 of the other side and the opening 42 of the rotation handle portion 4 of the housing 2 according to the present embodiment are formed with a saw-tooth shape Z. In the present embodiment, the step portion 22a of the other opening portion 22 of the housing 2 and the step portion 42a of the opening portion 42 of the turning handle portion 4 are each formed with a zigzag shape Z throughout the entire circumference.
Fig. 10 is a schematic view showing an example of the occlusion of two saw tooth shapes Z. As shown in fig. 6 to 9 and 10, in the present embodiment, the two saw tooth shapes Z are engaged with each other, and the turning handle portion 4 is attached to the other opening 22 of the housing 2. In a state where the saw tooth shape Z of the stepped portions 22a, 42a, which are the contact portions of the housing 2 and the turning handle portion 4, is engaged in this way, the turning handle portion 4 is turned to engage, so that the binding state can be reliably fixed, and the operation of further enhancing the binding or the operation of relaxing the binding can be smoothly and reliably performed along the saw tooth shape Z.
In order to smoothly perform operations such as further rotation from a state where the two saw tooth shapes Z are engaged with each other, the saw tooth shape Z formed in the step portion 22a is preferably common to the saw tooth shape Z formed in the step portion 42a, as shown in fig. 10. It is preferable that the shape of the mountain and the shape of the valley of the saw tooth shape Z be common, and fig. 10 and the like show a substantially trapezoidal form in which the top of the substantially isosceles triangle is flattened.
The case 2, the cover 3, and the rotary handle portion 4 described above may be made of, for example, conventionally known synthetic resin, metal material, or the like, and are preferably made of synthetic resin from the viewpoints of lightweight, workability, cost, and the like.
(V) built-in part 5:
Next, the built-in component 5 housed in the housing portion 26 as the internal space of the case 2 will be described. Fig. 11 is a perspective view showing one embodiment of the built-in part 5, and fig. 12 is a view showing the built-in part 5 viewed from a direction having the insertion port 51.
The built-in member 5 constituting the semen collector 1 of the present embodiment and being a so-called core member is a cylindrical member, and is accommodated in an accommodating portion 26 which is a space formed in the housing 2, and one end thereof is disposed in the opening 21 of one of the housings 2 and the other end thereof is disposed in the opening 22 of the other.
A disk-shaped flange 7 is formed at one end (one end on the side of one opening 21 of the housing 2) of the inner member 5 in the longitudinal direction, and as shown in fig. 12, an insertion opening 51 is formed at the substantially center of the flange 7. The built-in part 5 is internally formed with an insertion portion 52 connected to the insertion port 51.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and the like, the built-in part 5 includes: a main body 6 having an insertion portion 52 provided with an internal space; a disk-shaped flange 7 formed at one end of the main body 6; and a handle connecting portion 53 formed at the other end of the main body portion 6 and serving as a portion opposite to the insertion port 51. The body portion 6, the flange 7 and the handle connecting portion 53 are formed as one body.
In the built-in part 5, the flange 7 and the handle connecting portion 53 are disposed at both ends of the main body portion 6 formed in a shape matching the shape of the housing portion 26 of the case 2, respectively, and in the present embodiment, a plurality of slits 55 extending in the longitudinal direction are formed in the outer surface of the main body portion 6 (in addition, in each figure, no reference numeral "55" is given to all slits).
The built-in part 5 of the present embodiment is formed with the slit 55 on the outer surface, whereby the built-in part 5 can be made flexible, and when the rotation handle portion 4 is rotated around the axial direction of the housing 2 or the built-in part 5, the built-in part 5 can be easily twisted in the rotation direction, and the binding force can be easily transmitted to the insertion portion 52 formed in the built-in part 5. In addition, the formation of the slit 55 can reduce the amount of resin constituting the built-in member 5.
In general, the space between the housing 2 and the built-in member 5 is often filled with inclusions (cushioning material) not shown, such as sponge, in the housing portion 26. On the other hand, as described above, in order to smoothly perform the torsion of the built-in member 5 or the insertion portion 52 caused by the rotation of the rotating handle portion 4, and to reduce the feeling of pressure, it is preferable that the plurality of slits are formed in the body portion 6 of the built-in member 5 so as to extend in the longitudinal direction, in order to reduce the feeling of pressure, without the inclusion.
The shape and the number of slits 55 are not particularly limited, and may be any desired shape and number (a plurality of slits in the present embodiment).
In order to rotate the rotation handle portion 4 about the axial direction of the housing 2, thereby twisting the built-in member 5 and the internal insertion portion 52 accommodated in the accommodating portion 26 as the internal space of the housing 2 in conjunction with the rotation, it is preferable not to fix the internal wall surface of the housing 2 to the built-in member 5 as described above.
Here, when the inner wall surface of the housing 2 and the built-in member 5 are fixed, even if the rotation handle portion 4 is rotated, the built-in member 5 is difficult to operate in conjunction with the rotation, and therefore, the rotation (torsion) of the built-in member 5 may not be smoothly performed, and it is difficult to obtain a desired binding force.
In the present embodiment, the built-in member 5 includes a disk-shaped flange 7 having an insertion opening 51 formed in a substantially center thereof. In order to house the built-in part 5 in the case 2, the handle connecting portion 53 of the built-in part 5 is inserted from one opening 21 of the case 2 to house the main body 6, and then the built-in part 5 is housed in the case 2 so that the flange 7 is in a state of being outside from the one opening 21 of the case 2 (the flange 7 is not put into the case 2 (the housing portion 26), but the flange 7 is protruded from the one opening 21 of the case 2 to the outside). If the built-in part 5 is stored in the case 2 in this way, the built-in part 5 is stored in the case 2 without any fixation with respect to the inner wall surface of the case 2.
As shown in fig. 3,4, 6, and the like, the insertion portion 52 is formed in the longitudinal direction so as to be connected from the insertion port 51 formed in the substantially center of the flange 7, and the protrusion S is formed on the inner wall of the insertion portion 52 with respect to the built-in member 5.
Examples of the shape of the protruding portion S include a protrusion, a fold shape, a wart (pimple) shape, a wave shape, and the like, and these protruding portions S can be formed in a predetermined arrangement. Fig. 3 and the like show a mode in which wart (pimple) shapes, which are an example of the protruding portions S, are formed in a predetermined arrangement.
Preferably, the protruding portion S is formed and arranged in a different shape from the insertion opening 51 and the insertion portion 52. In this way, different kinds of touch feeling can be given to different portions.
As a material constituting the built-in member 5 including the flange 7, a material having appropriate elasticity, stretchability, and flexibility is preferably used, and for example, it is preferably composed of a gel-like resin material such as various elastomers (styrene-based elastomer, thermoplastic elastomer, or the like), a gel-like rubber, various rubber materials, silicone-based resin, polystyrene-based resin, or the like.
(VI) method of using semen collector 1, etc.:
An example of a method of using the semen collector 1 according to the present embodiment will be described below. First, the lid 3 of the housing 2 of the semen collector 1 is removed, and the opening 21 of one of the housings 2 is opened. In this case, it is preferable that a lubricant (emulsion) (not shown) is injected from the insertion port 51 of the built-in part 5, which is opened by the opening 21, and applied, and the lubricant is applied to the insertion portion 52 of the built-in part 5.
In the case of using a lubricant as described above, when the semen collector 1 of the present invention is used as a semen collector (semen collection device) for collecting semen, it is preferable to use a lubricant which does not contain a spermicidal agent but uses only lubrication as a main purpose.
Further, the user grips the housing 2 of the semen collector 1, thereby transmitting the binding force from the built-in member 5 through the space of the housing portion 26 of the housing 2.
When the user wishes to increase the binding force (strongly binding), the user rotates the cup-shaped rotation handle portion 4 with respect to the housing 2 to twist the insertion portion 52, thereby binding the insertion portion. The present invention can easily adjust the binding force by the rotation of the rotating handle portion 4.
As described above, the binding force is adjusted by the rotation of the rotary handle portion 4. In this embodiment, since the rotation handle portion 4 is rotated in a state in which the saw tooth shape Z of the contact portion of the rotation handle portion 4 and the housing 2 is engaged, the restrained state can be reliably fixed as compared with a case in which the contact portion of the rotation handle portion 4 and the housing 2 is flat and not engaged. Further, an operation of further enhancing the binding (further rotation in the direction of having rotated) or an operation of relaxing the binding (rotation (return) in the direction opposite to the direction of having rotated) can also be performed relatively smoothly.
After use, a desired amount of sperm (semen) is collected from the insertion port 51, and the sperm (semen) and the like remaining in the insertion portion 52 and the like as the internal space of the built-in member 5 are washed. In addition, the cover 3 is also cleaned. Further, collection of the sperm (semen) may be performed by inserting a pipette or the like into the insertion port 51 and sucking the sperm.
In addition, in order to manufacture the semen collector 1, for example, the following method may be adopted for assembling and manufacturing the semen collector 1 shown in fig. 1 and the like. First, the housing 2, the cover 3, the rotation handle portion 4, and the built-in part 5, which are formed of the above-described materials and the like, are inserted from the one opening 21 of the housing 2 into the handle connecting portion 53 of the built-in part 5, and the flange 7 of the built-in part 5 is brought into a state of being brought out from the one opening 21 of the housing 2, and the built-in part 5 is housed in the housing 2.
Next, the lid 3 is attached to one opening 21 of the housing 2, the one opening 21 is closed, the rod-shaped connector 41 of the rotary handle 4 is inserted into the fixing hole 54 formed in the handle connecting portion 53 of the built-in member 5, and the rotary handle 4 and the handle connecting portion 53 of the built-in member 5 are fixed and integrated.
In this state, by fitting (the fitting portion 22b of) the step portion 22a formed in the other opening portion 22 of the housing 2 to (the fitting portion 42b of) the step portion 42a formed in the opening portion 42 of the rotation handle portion 4, the rotation handle portion 4 is attached to the other opening portion 22 of the housing 2, and the rotation handle portion 4 can be rotated about the axial direction of the housing 2, whereby the semen collector 1 can be easily assembled.
(VII) effects of the invention:
in the semen collector 1 of the present invention described above, the rotation handle portion 4 integrated with the built-in part 5 can rotate about the axial direction, and the built-in part 5 and the insertion portion 52 are twisted in the same direction as the rotation of the rotation handle portion 4 by the rotation of the rotation handle portion 4, so that the binding force or the like can be enhanced as compared with the normal state, and the adjustment of the binding force of the insertion portion 52 can be easily performed. In addition, since the adjustment operation is also a simple operation of rotating the rotary handle portion 4 in the axial direction, the operability is also good.
The semen collector 1 of the present invention can be used for medical purposes as a device for collecting sperm from a male (sperm collecting device). In addition, ejaculation can be promoted even in men with low ejaculation ability.
