Background
The electronic cigarette is mainly used for quitting and replacing cigarettes, can simulate the taste of the cigarettes, but can not release tar, nicotine and second-hand smoke harmful to human bodies when the electronic cigarette is smoked, and can improve the smoking quitting success rate of nicotine replacement therapy, so that the electronic cigarette is popular in the market and is valued by the nation soon. The electronic atomized cigarette has the principle that a smoke agent is heated and gasified on an electric heating element of an atomization system to form high-temperature steam and the high-temperature steam is sprayed out of an opening end, and the sprayed steam expands and condenses into smoke-shaped micro liquid drops in the atmosphere, so that smoke similar to the traditional cigarette is formed.
Traditional electron cigarette structure generally includes host computer and cigarette bullet, the host computer is used for power supply and control connection cigarette bullet, set up tobacco tar and atomization structure in the cigarette bullet, host computer control atomization structure realizes the atomizing of tobacco tar to the tobacco tar heating, need use the heating element to be used for heating the tobacco tar when the electron cigarette heats the atomizing to the tobacco tar, current atomization structure generally all is the ceramic atomization or the cotton core atomizing of adopting, ceramic atomization and cotton core atomizing life are short, the homogeneity of generating heat is poor, the influence is inhaled and is eaten the taste.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a heating sheet based on a honeycomb permeation structure and an electronic cigarette comprising the heating sheet, wherein the honeycomb permeation structure is adopted for tobacco tar permeation of the electronic cigarette, a heating line is matched to heat a heating sheet body, so that the tobacco tar in the honeycomb permeation structure is heated to form atomized gas, the temperature is heated, and the atomization is uniform.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a heating sheet based on a honeycomb permeation structure comprises a heating sheet body, wherein the heating sheet body is formed by processing a monocrystalline silicon wafer, and honeycomb permeation structures are uniformly distributed on the heating sheet body through etching or photoetching; the packaging film is coated on the outer surface of the heating sheet body, a first permeation region is formed in the packaging film corresponding to the upper surface of the heating sheet body, a second permeation region is formed in the packaging film corresponding to the lower surface of the heating sheet body, and the first permeation region and the second permeation region are both communicated to the honeycomb permeation structure; the heating circuit is arranged on the lower surface of the heating sheet body and is exposed out of the second penetration area; the first attaching sheet is attached to the upper surface of the heating sheet body, an oil guide groove is formed in the first attaching sheet and communicated with an oil storage groove, oil storage cotton is installed in the oil storage groove, and the oil storage cotton is attached to the honeycomb penetrating structure of the heating sheet body; the second laminating piece, the second laminating piece laminating is in the lower surface of piece body that generates heat, the second laminating piece is equipped with the atomizing chamber, the atomizing chamber corresponds heating circuit and second infiltration district.
The heating sheet body is provided with a temperature sensing element, the temperature sensing element is used for sensing the temperature of the heating sheet body, and the temperature sensing element comprises a temperature sensing circuit printed on the heating sheet body, an encapsulation cover covering the temperature sensing circuit, and an electric connection bonding pad arranged on the encapsulation cover and connected with the temperature sensing circuit.

40-60 parts of modified epoxy resin, 6-10 parts of polysilazane resin, 6-10 parts of low-melting-point glass powder, 6-10 parts of silicon carbide micro powder, 2-3 parts of silane coupling agent, 6-12 parts of solvent and 2 parts of auxiliary agent;
the second component is a polyamide curing agent;
the scheme is further improved in that the modified epoxy resin is organosilicon modified epoxy resin or fluorine-silicon modified epoxy resin.
The heating circuit is further improved by being provided with a heating pad, the heating pad is used for connecting the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the heating circuit, and the heating pad is connected with a pole column or a pin.
The further improvement to above-mentioned scheme does, first laminating piece deviates from the oil storage tank one side and is equipped with leads oily chute, lead oily chute towards leading the square slope of oil groove.
The scheme is further improved in that the oil storage cotton comprises a porous cotton cloth layer, a filter layer, a nanofiber oil absorption layer and a nanofiber oil containing layer; the nanofiber oil holding layer is arranged and combined in different orders, and the nanofiber oil holding layer or the nanofiber oil absorption layer is attached to the heating sheet body.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
compared with the traditional electronic cigarette heating sheet, the electronic cigarette heating sheet adopts a honeycomb-shaped permeation structure for the tobacco tar permeation of the electronic cigarette, the heating sheet body is heated in cooperation with a heating circuit to heat the tobacco tar in the honeycomb-shaped permeation structure to form atomized gas, the heating temperature is high, and the atomization is uniform; the heating sheet body is processed and formed by the monocrystalline silicon wafer, a porous penetration structure is formed on the heating sheet body through etching or photoetching and other processes, the tobacco tar penetrates into the heating circuit, and the heating circuit generates heat, so that the tobacco tar generates atomized gas, the atomization effect is better compared with that of an atomized cotton core and a ceramic heating body, the service life is longer, the heating atomization is more uniform and reliable, and the taste of electronic cigarette smoking is also guaranteed. As shown in fig. 1-2, a heating sheet based on a honeycomb permeable structure comprises a heating sheet body 1, wherein the heating sheet body 1 is formed by processing a monocrystalline silicon wafer, and the heating sheet body 1 is uniformly provided with honeycomb permeable structures 2 by etching or photoetching; the packaging film 3 is coated on the outer surface of the heating sheet body 1, a first permeation region 31 is formed on the packaging film 3 corresponding to the upper surface of the heating sheet body 1, a second permeation region 32 is formed on the packaging film 3 corresponding to the lower surface of the heating sheet body 1, and the first permeation region 31 and the second permeation region 32 are both communicated to the honeycomb permeation structure 2; the heating line 4 is arranged on the lower surface of the heating sheet body 1, and the heating line 4 is exposed out of the second penetration region 32; the first attaching sheet 5 is attached to the upper surface of the heating sheet body 1, the first attaching sheet 5 is provided with an oil guide groove 51, the oil guide groove 51 is communicated with an oil storage groove, oil storage cotton 52 is installed in the oil storage groove, and the oil storage cotton 52 is attached to the honeycomb penetrating structure 2 of the heating sheet body 1; the second laminating piece 6, the second laminating piece 6 is laminated in the lower surface of the heating piece body 1, the second laminating piece 6 is provided with an atomizing cavity 63, and the atomizing cavity 63 corresponds to the heating circuit 4 and the second penetration area 32.
The heating plate body 1 is provided with a temperature sensing element 11, the temperature sensing element 11 is used for sensing the temperature of the heating plate body 1, the temperature sensing element 11 comprises a temperature sensing circuit 111 printed on the heating plate body 1, an encapsulation cover 112 covering the temperature sensing circuit 111, and an electric connection pad 113 arranged on the encapsulation cover 112 and connected with the temperature sensing circuit 111, and the temperature sensing circuit is used for sensing the temperature of the heating plate body 1, so that the phenomenon of overhigh dry burning temperature under the condition of lacking of tobacco tar is prevented. The thickness of the heating plate body 1 is 0.15 mm-5.0 mm; the heating sheet body 1 is thin in size and compact in structure, the size of the electronic cigarette can be further reduced, and the tobacco tar heating and atomizing effect is good.
The honeycomb permeation structure 2 is formed by honeycomb micropores which are regularly arranged in a honeycomb shape, the pore size of the micropores is 80-1600 micrometers, and photoetching or etching forming is adopted, so that the micropores are formed for permeation of tobacco tar, heating atomization is convenient in permeation, and the structure heating atomization is stable.
The packaging film 3 is a high-temperature resistant coating; the packaging film 3 consists of a first component and a second component, and the ratio of the first component to the second component is 4-6: 1; the first component consists of the following parts by weight; 40-60 parts of modified epoxy resin, 6-10 parts of polysilazane resin, 6-10 parts of low-melting-point glass powder, 6-10 parts of silicon carbide micro powder, 2-3 parts of silane coupling agent, 6-12 parts of solvent and 2 parts of auxiliary agent; the second component is polyamide curing agent; the modified epoxy resin is organic silicon modified epoxy resin or fluorine silicon modified epoxy resin; the high-temperature-resistant coating formed by the components has good high-temperature-resistant effect and strong practicability.
The heating circuit 4 is provided with a heating pad 41, the heating pad 41 connects the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the heating circuit 4, the heating pad 41 is connected with an electrode post or a pin, the electrode post or the pin is connected with the heating pad 41 for power connection, and the stability is good during power connection.
First laminating piece 5 deviates from the oil storage tank one side and is equipped with leads oily chute 53, lead oily chute 53 towards leading the square slope of oil groove 51, be used for leading-in to leading oil groove 51 with the tobacco tar through leading oily chute 53, lead oily effectual.
The oil storage cotton 52 comprises a porous cotton cloth layer 521, a filter layer 522, a nanofiber oil absorption layer 523 and a nanofiber oil containing layer 524; the nanofiber oil containing layer 524 is arranged and combined in different orders, the nanofiber oil containing layer 524 or the nanofiber oil absorption layer 523 is attached to the heating sheet body 1, tobacco tar is guided in through the porous cotton cloth layer 521, the tobacco tar is adsorbed by the nanofiber oil absorption layer 523 and then guided into the nanofiber oil containing layer 524 to be stored, and the tobacco tar is guided into the heating sheet body 1. The corrugated structure is adopted, so that the contact area is larger, the oil absorption and storage cotton is larger in 52 volumes, and the effect is better.
A sealing groove 61 is formed in the outer edge of the second attaching sheet 6, a sealing element 62 is sleeved in the sealing groove 61, and a sealing outer lip 621 is arranged on the sealing element 62; the inner wall of atomizing chamber 63 is equipped with the expansion inclined plane, the expansion inclined plane is with atomizing chamber 63 orientation expansion, sets up sealing member 62 on through the sealing washer for the structure seals, and the weeping phenomenon appears in the prevention structure.
The electronic cigarette adopts a honeycomb-shaped permeation structure for the tobacco tar permeation of the electronic cigarette, the heating sheet body 1 is heated in cooperation with the heating line 4 to heat the tobacco tar in the honeycomb-shaped permeation structure 2 to form atomized gas, and the atomized gas is heated at a temperature and is uniformly atomized; the heating sheet body 1 is formed by processing monocrystalline silicon wafers, a porous penetration structure is formed on the heating sheet body 1 through etching or photoetching and other processes, the tobacco tar penetrates into the heating circuit 4, and the heating circuit 4 generates heat, so that the tobacco tar generates atomized gas, the atomization effect is better compared with that of an atomization cotton core and a ceramic heating body, the service life is longer, the heating atomization is more uniform and reliable, and the taste of electronic cigarette smoking is also guaranteed.
