本发明目的在于提供一种含有虫草菌粉的饮品。本发明的饮品具有提高机体的免疫能力和抗病能力的作用。本发明的饮品,由发酵虫草菌粉和辅料加工制成:取发酵虫草菌粉,用高浓度乙醇提取,过滤,合并提取液,减压浓缩成浸膏;药渣加水,煎煮提取,过滤,合并煎液,减压浓缩成浸膏;合并以上两种浸膏,加水,胶体磨混匀,加纯化水定容,加入适量矫味剂、防腐剂,灌装,即得。

技术领域
本发明属于功能饮料领域,涉及一种含有虫草菌粉的饮品。
背景技术
为了开拓金水宝新的经济增长点,开发金水宝健康饮品饮料,饮料突出金水宝特色,同时引进健康元素,走功能性饮品饮料研究方向,安全、有效、健康作为其主要宗旨。
东鹏特饮中主要的功效成份包括:牛磺酸125mg、赖氨酸50mg、肌醇50mg、咖啡因50mg、维生素PP 10mg、维生素B6 1mg、维生素B12 3ug其功效,提神醒脑、补充体力和抗疲劳。卫食健字(1998)第580号
随着疫情流行,功能性饮品饮料更加符合市场特点,我们采用功能性低聚糖不能被机体吸收,符合益生元的定义,促进双歧杆菌的增殖,提高机体的免疫能力和抗病能力,菌粉与其搭配达到协同作用,提高人体免疫作用,目前市场上饮品饮料无此效果。
由于菌粉采取醇提取与水提取,并采用胶体磨分散技术,部分物质以纳米形式存在,在功能上可达到意想不到的效果。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种含有虫草菌粉的饮品。本发明的饮品具有提高机体的免疫能力和抗病能力的作用。
本发明的饮品,由发酵虫草菌粉和辅料加工制成:
取1-5g发酵虫草菌粉,用浓度为70-95%的10倍的乙醇提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,过滤,合并提取液,减压浓缩成浸膏;药渣加20倍的水,煎煮1-3小时,过滤,合并煎液,减压浓缩成浸膏;合并以上两种浸膏,加水,胶体磨混匀,加纯化水定容至1000ml,加入适量矫味剂、防腐剂,煮沸30min,灌装,即得。
其中所述矫味剂选自:低聚果糖、蔗糖、三氯蔗糖中的一种或以上,防腐剂为山梨酸钾。
优选的,本发明的饮品,由发酵虫草菌粉和辅料加工制成:
取发酵虫草菌粉3.4g,用10倍的85%乙醇提取2次,每次2小时,过滤,合并提取液,减压浓缩成浸膏;药渣加20倍的水,煎煮2小时,过滤,合并煎液,减压浓缩成浸膏。合并以上两种浸膏,加水,胶体磨混匀,加纯化水定容至1000ml,加入适量矫味剂、防腐剂,煮沸30min,灌装,即得。
其中,发酵虫草菌粉为从新鲜冬虫夏草中分离得到的麦角菌科真菌冬虫夏草的无性世代-中华束丝孢菌种经液体发酵培养所得菌丝体的干燥粉末。
发酵虫草菌粉可以在市场上购买到。
本发明饮品的规格、用量:310ml/瓶
本发明的辅料均采用药典已收录辅料具体筛选过程如下:
评价指标的建立:
采取志愿者口尝评分法,12名健康志愿者同时品尝溶液,对其苦涩味程度、气味、甜味程度3个味觉指标来打分,并对口感进行描述。对12名志愿者的评分结果进行统计,得评分平均值,统计总评分,评分标准见下表:

辅料的选择:(防腐剂选用山梨酸钾)
发酵虫草菌粉味道微腥,故而需要选用一些健康无害的矫味剂掩盖其腥味。我们拟选用常用辅料蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、纽甜、阿司帕坦作为甜味剂进行研究,以气味、甜味程度等为考察指标进行打分,筛选最优甜味剂处方设计及实验结果见下表(根据蔗糖甜度折合量添加):

由上述试验结果可知:处方四纽甜甜味滞后,先尝到微苦味再尝到甜味,不符合要求;三氯蔗糖和蔗糖口感适中,均能被接受。故而考虑一款为有糖型饮品,一款为无糖型饮品。
现在许多功能性饮料含大量咖啡因、糖和草本植物。经常性的摄入含有咖啡因的功能饮料,会使中枢神经经常性处于激动状况,没有睡意,影响睡眠质量。功能饮料中带有的糖和酸主要成分是三聚磷酸钠和抗坏血酸,这二种酸性物质会腐蚀牙齿表面的门牙,并推动牙齿褪色。
本发明的饮料,采用发酵虫草菌粉为原料,发酵虫草菌粉主要功效为:1.能增强青少年的生长发育,促进智力和体力的发展,必需氨基酸齐全,是少年、儿童必备的营养滋补品;2、有促进代谢、改善心肌营养,增强肌体的免疫能力,是中老年十分理想的康复保健、滋补营养之上品;3、对顽固性的神经衰弱、食欲不振、营养不良等症状均有良好效果;4、有明显的抗心律失常功效。这是其他饮料所没有的功效。

Claims (4)

1.一种含有虫草菌粉的饮品,由以下成分加工制成:
取1-5g发酵虫草菌粉,用浓度为70-95%的10倍的乙醇提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,过滤,合并提取液,减压浓缩成浸膏;药渣加20倍的水,煎煮1-3小时,过滤,合并煎液,减压浓缩成浸膏;合并以上两种浸膏,加水,胶体磨混匀,加纯化水定容至1000ml,加入适量矫味剂、防腐剂,煮沸30min,灌装,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮品,其特征在于,其中所述矫味剂选自:低聚果糖、山梨酸钾、黄原胶、蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、巧克力香精中的一种或以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饮品,其特征在于,由以下成分加工制成:
取发酵虫草菌粉3.4g,用10倍的85%乙醇提取2次,每次2小时,过滤,合并提取液,减压浓缩成浸膏;药渣加20倍的水,煎煮2小时,过滤,合并煎液,减压浓缩成浸膏。合并以上两种浸膏,加水,胶体磨混匀,加纯化水定容至1000ml,加入适量矫味剂、防腐剂,煮沸30min,灌装,即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的饮品的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下成分加工制成:
