Description

Humidity compensation method and device, computer equipment and medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of humidity detection, and more particularly, to a humidity compensation method and apparatus, a computer device, and a medium.
Background
The humidifier is a household appliance for increasing the room humidity, and can humidify the room, so that the humidity in the room meets the humidity requirement of a user. In some humidifiers, the humidifier has a function of displaying the humidity in the space in which the humidifier is located, in addition to a basic humidifying function.
Currently, humidifiers generally display humidity according to the humidity detected by a humidity sensor inside the humidifier. Because the humidity sensor is arranged in the humidifying inner space, the air flowability in the humidifier inner space is poor, the difference between the measured humidity and the humidity of the space where the humidifier is located is large, the humidity of the space where the humidifier is located cannot be fed back well, and the accuracy is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a humidity compensation method and device, computer equipment and a medium, and aims to solve the technical problem that humidity in a space where a humidifier is located is measured inaccurately through a humidity sensor inside the humidifier.
In a first aspect, a humidity compensation method is provided, which is applied to a humidity adjustment device, where the humidity adjustment device includes a first humidity sensor, and the first humidity sensor is disposed inside the humidity adjustment device; wherein, the humidity adjusting device can be a humidifier; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a current capacitance value of the humidity adjusting device in a current fog-out direction, wherein the current capacitance value changes along with the current fog-out direction change of the humidity adjusting device;
acquiring a current working radius of the humidity adjusting device, wherein the current working radius is used for representing the size of an external space where the humidity adjusting device is located currently;
and according to the current working radius and the current capacitance value, performing humidity compensation on the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor to obtain target humidity, wherein the target humidity is used for representing the humidity of the external space.
In the technical scheme, the humidity value detected by the humidity sensor in the humidity adjusting device is compensated by acquiring the current capacitance value of the humidity adjusting device in the current fog outlet direction and the current working radius of the humidity adjusting device according to the current working radius and the current capacitance value, so that the humidity in the space where the humidity adjusting device is located is represented. Because the humidity that humidity transducer inside humidity control device detected can change because of the change of the direction of appearing fog, humidity in the space that humidity control device located can change because of the space size changes, consequently, through acquireing the capacitance value that can reflect fog direction change and the working radius that reflects the space size change, carry out humidity compensation to the humidity value that humidity transducer inside humidity control device surveyed according to capacitance value and working radius, can make the target humidity that the compensation obtained can accurately reflect the humidity in the space that humidity control device located.
With reference to the first aspect, in a possible implementation manner, the performing humidity compensation on the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor according to the current working radius and the current capacitance value to obtain a target humidity includes: determining a first compensation relation corresponding to the current working radius, wherein the first compensation relation is used for reflecting the relation between capacitance and a humidity compensation value; and determining a humidity compensation value corresponding to the current capacitance value according to the first compensation relationship, and summing the humidity compensation value and the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor to obtain the target humidity. Since the humidity in the space where the humidity control device is located is related to the size of the space where the humidity control device is located, the humidity compensation value corresponding to the current capacitance value can be determined by determining the first compensation relationship corresponding to the current working radius of the humidity control device.

The first compensation relations corresponding to different space radiuses can be determined by determining the difference between the humidity value measured by the external sensor and the humidity value measured by the internal sensor under the same condition, and the humidity compensation can be performed in the spaces with different sizes by pre-establishing the first compensation relations corresponding to the different space radiuses, so that the compensation precision is improved.
With reference to the first aspect, in a possible implementation manner, before performing humidity compensation on the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor according to the current working radius and the current capacitance value to obtain a target humidity, the method further includes: acquiring a working gear of the humidity adjusting device in the current fog outlet direction; the performing humidity compensation on the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor according to the current working radius and the current capacitance value to obtain the target humidity includes: and according to the current working radius, the current capacitance value and the working gear, carrying out humidity compensation on the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor to obtain target humidity. Because the humidity detected by the humidity sensor in the humidity adjusting device can also change due to the change of the working gear, when the humidity detected by the sensor in the humidity adjusting device is compensated, the influence generated by the working gear is considered, the target humidity obtained by compensation can be closer to the humidity in the space where the humidity adjusting device is located, and the compensation precision is further improved.
With reference to the first aspect, in a possible implementation manner, the performing humidity compensation on the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor according to the current working radius, the current capacitance value, and the working gear to obtain a target humidity includes: determining a second compensation relation corresponding to the current working radius and the working gear, wherein the second compensation relation is used for reflecting the relation among a capacitor, a gear and a humidity compensation value; and determining a second humidity compensation value corresponding to the current capacitor and the working gear according to the second compensation relation, and summing the second humidity compensation value and the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor to obtain the target humidity. The humidity in the space where the humidity adjusting device is located is related to the size of the space where the humidity adjusting device is located, the humidity detected by the humidity sensor in the humidity adjusting device is related to the working gear of the humidity adjusting device, the humidity compensation value corresponding to the current capacitance value and the humidity compensation value corresponding to the working gear can be respectively determined by determining the second compensation relation corresponding to the current working radius and the working gear of the humidity adjusting device, and the final humidity compensation value is obtained by adding the humidity compensation value and the working gear.
With reference to the first aspect, in a possible implementation manner, before obtaining the current capacitance value of the humidity control device in the current fog outgoing direction, the method further includes: determining a plurality of space radiuses and a plurality of preset working gears corresponding to the humidity adjusting device; under the condition that the humidity adjusting device is in a target fog-out state, acquiring a capacitance value corresponding to the target fog-out state, a third humidity value measured by the first humidity sensor and a fourth humidity value measured by at least two second humidity sensors; the target fog-out state is a fog-out state when the humidity adjusting device is in a target working gear in any fog-out direction, the target working gear is any one of the preset working gears, the at least two second humidity sensors are arranged outside the humidity adjusting device, the distance between the at least two second humidity sensors and the humidity adjusting device is a target radius, and the target radius is any one of the preset radii; determining at least two humidity compensation values corresponding to the target fog-out state according to the third humidity value and the fourth humidity value; and according to the capacitance value corresponding to at least one fog state and at least two humidity compensation values, constructing a second compensation relation corresponding to the target radius and the target working gear to obtain second compensation relations corresponding to the preset radii and the preset working gears respectively. By determining the difference between the humidity value measured by the external sensor and the humidity value measured by the internal sensor under the same condition, the second compensation relations corresponding to different working gears with different space radiuses can be determined, so that the humidity compensation values under different conditions can be determined, and the compensation precision is improved.
With reference to the first aspect, in a possible implementation manner, the obtaining the current working radius of the humidity control device includes: acquiring a space size set by a user, and determining the current working radius of the humidity regulation according to the space size; or, the radius of the preset space is determined as the current working radius of the humidity control device.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The technical scheme of this application is applicable in the scene that utilizes humidity control device to carry out the humidification to the space. In this scenario, the humidity control device may not only humidify the space, but also display the humidity of the space where the humidity control device is located, so that the user can confirm whether the humidity in the space is appropriate. In some implementation scenarios, the humidity control device detects humidity by a humidity sensor inside the humidity control device for displaying, and the humidity of the external space may not be accurately displayed by the humidity control device due to a difference between the humidity of the internal space of the humidity control device and the humidity of the external space where the humidity control device is located.
In view of this, the present application provides a humidity compensation method, which compensates a humidity value measured by a humidity sensor inside a humidity control device, so that the compensated humidity can accurately feed back the humidity of an external space where the humidity control device is located.
For the sake of understanding, the humidity control device related to the present application will be first described, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a humidity control device provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in a of fig. 1, the humidity adjusting device 10 may include a mist outlet main body 101, a mist outlet cover 102 provided on the mist outlet main body 101, and a mist outlet part 103, wherein the mist outlet part 103 forms a mist outlet for the atomized mist to flow out. The humidity control device used in the present application is not limited, and includes but is not limited to a humidifying device for adding water up and adding water down. For example, the mist outlet main body 101 may include a water tank 1011 and a base 1012 detachably connected to the water tank 1011, the water tank 1011 is a water storage container, and water contained in the water tank 1011 may be atomized by the base 1012 and then flow out of the mist outlet part 103 through a mist outlet pipe provided in the water tank 1011, so as to humidify air in an external space. Optionally, an atomizing component is disposed in the base 1012, and the atomizing component in the base 1012 is used for atomizing water entering the base 1012 by ultrasonic oscillation or heating.
The humidity control device 10 is also provided with a humidity sensor. Typically, a humidity sensor is disposed in the base 1012 in an interior structure near the air inlet to detect the humidity of the air stream actually entering the humidifier. In practice, the mist outlet direction has an influence on the humidity detected by the humidity sensor, for example, the adjusted mist outlet direction causes the water mist to be scattered to a greater extent at a position close to the air inlet, and the influence on the value detected by the humidity sensor is greater; for another example, the adjusted mist outlet direction causes the water mist to be scattered to a large extent at a place far away from the air inlet, and the influence on the value detected by the humidity sensor is small. Therefore, the influence of the directions of the different mist outlets on the humidity is different, and the following scheme is provided in the application, so that the influence of the directions of the mist outlets on the humidity is reduced, and the accuracy of humidity detection is improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, the mist outlet part 103 is rotatably disposed on the mist outlet cover 102, which is equivalent to that the user can adjust the direction of the mist outlet part 103 relative to the mist outlet cover 102, so as to humidify the air in a certain direction around the humidity control device. The mist outlet cover 102 is non-rotatably disposed with respect to the mist outlet main body 10, which corresponds to that the user can adjust the mist outlet direction only by adjusting the direction of the mist outlet member 103.
The humidity control device 10 may further include a main control unit, a mist outlet direction sensing unit, and the like, which may cooperate with the atomizing unit to achieve humidity control and display. The mist outlet body 101 is provided with an air inlet (for example, disposed on the base 1012, which is not limited thereto), the mist outlet direction sensing component includes two opposite capacitor plates (c1, c2), and the capacitor plate c1 is fixedly disposed on the mist outlet cover 102; the capacitor plate c2 is disposed on the mist outlet 103, and the direction in which the capacitor plate c2 extends outward from the center with reference to the rotation is the same as the direction of the mist outlet, i.e., the mist outlet direction. The capacitor plate c2 can rotate with the rotation of the mist outlet member 103. When the capacitor plate c2 rotates, the area of the capacitor plate c2 opposite to the capacitor plate c1 changes, so the capacitance between the capacitor plate c2 and the capacitor plate c1 changes.
In one possible approach, when the directly opposing area between capacitor plate c2 and capacitor plate c1 is minimized, the center referenced by rotation of capacitor plate c2 points in the direction of the projection of mist exit cover 102 to a predetermined intake location in the intake area. .
Optionally, the preset air inlet position may be a preset position of the air inlet area in the projection area of the fog outlet cover 102, which is not limited in this application.
For example, a schematic diagram of the relative position of the humidity control device 10 may be shown as B in fig. 1, in which a solid line 104 represents a projection of the preset air inlet position on the fog outlet cover 102; the dashed line 105 indicates that the capacitive plate c2 is oriented (indicating the fog direction). In this example, capacitor plate c1 is circular, and the center S referred to by the rotation of capacitor plate c2 (corresponding to the intersection point of the central axis referred to by the rotation of mist outlet member 103 and mist outlet cover 102) is different from the center of capacitor plate c1, so that when capacitor plate c2 rotates, the facing area between capacitor plate c2 and capacitor plate c1 changes, and thus the capacitance between capacitor plate c2 and capacitor plate c1 changes.
For the humidity adjusting device working in the same gear or the same power state, along with the rotation of the fog outlet component 103, the capacitor plate c2 rotates, the angle between the fog outlet component 103 and the projection of the preset air inlet position changes, and the humidity value detected by the humidity sensor in the fog outlet main body 101 also changes. The smaller the included angle N between the capacitor plate c2 and the horizontal line (the connection line between the point S and the projection 104 of the preset air inlet position), the smaller the area of the capacitor plate c2 facing the capacitor plate c1, the smaller the capacitance between the capacitor plate c2 and the capacitor plate c2, the closer the mist outlet component 103 is to the air inlet, the greater the influence on the humidity around the air inlet, and the greater the humidity value detected by the humidity sensor in the mist outlet main body 101. When the included angle between the capacitor plate c2 and the horizontal line is 0 °, the area of the capacitor plate c2 facing the capacitor plate c1 is the smallest, and at this time, the capacitance between the capacitor plate c2 and the capacitor plate c1 is the smallest capacitance.
The technical solution of the present application is described next.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a humidity compensation method applied to a humidity control apparatus, where the humidity control apparatus includes a first humidity sensor, and the first humidity sensor is disposed inside the humidity control apparatus, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s201, acquiring a current capacitance value of the humidity adjusting device in the current fog outlet direction.
For example, the humidity adjustment device may be as shown in fig. 1. The current fog outlet direction may refer to a fog outlet direction of the humidity control device when the fog outlet of the humidity control device rotates to any one position. Wherein, as can be seen from B in fig. 1, the current capacitance value of the humidity control device in the current fog-out direction refers to the capacitance value between the capacitor plate c2 and the capacitor plate c1, and the capacitance value between the capacitor plate c2 and the capacitor plate c1 changes with the change of the fog-out direction. In a specific implementation, the current capacitance value of the humidity control device in the current fog outlet direction can be obtained by detecting the capacitance value between the capacitor plate c2 and the capacitor plate c 1.
S202, acquiring the current working radius of the humidity adjusting device.
Here, the current working radius is used to represent the size of the external space where the humidity control device is currently located, and the size of the external space can be understood as the size of a space to be humidified when the humidity control device is placed in the space to be humidified.
In some possible scenarios, in the case that the humidity control device is a humidity control device capable of setting a working space size, the space size set by a user may be obtained, and a current working radius of the humidity control may be determined according to the space size. For example, the space volume V1 set by the user is obtained through the humidity adjusting device or the intelligent terminal connected with the humidity adjusting device, and then the calculation can be performed
Figure BDA0003222731430000081
Thereby obtaining the working radius of the humidity control device.
Alternatively, in other possible scenarios, in the case that the humidity control device is a humidity control device that cannot set the working dimension of the space, the radius of the preset space may be determined as the current working radius of the humidity control device. The preset space may be a space suitable for the humidity control device. For example, if the humidity control device is applied to a space having a volume not exceeding V2, it can be calculated
Figure BDA0003222731430000082
To obtain the working radius of the humidity control device.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned method, and in other scenarios, there may be other methods for determining the working radius of the humidity control device.
And S203, according to the current working radius and the current capacitance value, performing humidity compensation on the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor to obtain target humidity, wherein the target humidity is used for representing the humidity of the external space where the humidity adjusting device is located currently.
In the embodiment of the present application, referring to the foregoing description of fig. 1, a humidity value measured by a humidity sensor (i.e., a first humidity sensor) in the humidity adjustment apparatus may change along with a change of a direction of the mist outlet, and a humidity in the external space may be affected by a size of the external space, so that the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor is compensated, that is, an error between the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor and the humidity in the external space under the current working radius and the current capacitance value is determined, and the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor is compensated based on the error, so that a target humidity obtained by compensation can be close to a true humidity in the external space, thereby being used for representing the humidity in the external space.
In a possible implementation manner, a first compensation relation corresponding to the current working radius can be determined, and the first compensation relation is used for reflecting the relation between the capacitance and the humidity compensation value; and determining a humidity compensation value corresponding to the current capacitance value according to a first compensation relation corresponding to the current working radius, and summing the humidity compensation value and the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor to obtain the target humidity.
Because the humidity in the external spaces can be different when the same humidity adjusting device works in the external spaces with different sizes, a plurality of first compensation relations of the humidity adjusting device under a plurality of working radiuses can be obtained by predetermining the first compensation relations of the humidity adjusting device under different working radiuses, and therefore the first compensation relation corresponding to the current work can be determined from the plurality of first compensation relations which are set for the humidity adjusting device in advance. Specifically, determining the plurality of first compensation relationships may include the following steps a1-a 4.
a1, determining a plurality of space radiuses corresponding to the humidity adjusting device.
Here, the plurality of space radii may refer to space radii of a plurality of spaces to which the humidity control device is applied, and may specifically be in a range of 0.5 to 5 meters. Wherein, the model of humidity control device is different, then a plurality of space radiuses that humidity control device corresponds can be different. In specific implementation, according to the humidity performance difference condition of the humidity adjusting device in the spaces with different sizes, a plurality of values can be taken from the space radius range supported by the humidity adjusting device in a mode of taking the radius at equal intervals as a plurality of space radii corresponding to the humidity adjusting device. For example, if the maximum space radius supported by the humidity control device is 3 meters, the space radius supported by the humidity control device is in the range of [0, 3 meters ]. If the difference between the space radiuses of the two spaces is greater than or equal to 0.5 m, and the difference between the humidity expression conditions of the humidity control device in the two spaces is large, 0.5 m can be used as a value interval, and 0.5 m, 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m and 3 m are taken as a plurality of space radiuses corresponding to the humidity control device from [0, 3 m ].
a2, under the condition that the humidity adjusting device is in the target fog-out direction, acquiring a capacitance value corresponding to the target fog-out direction, a first humidity value measured by the first humidity sensor and a second humidity value measured by at least one second humidity sensor.
The second humidity sensor is a humidity sensor arranged outside the humidity adjusting device, the second humidity sensor can be a high-precision humidity sensor, the distance between the second humidity sensor and the humidity adjusting device is a target radius, the target radius is used for indicating the size of an external space where the humidity adjusting device works, the target radius can be any space radius in a plurality of space radii corresponding to the humidity adjusting device, and when a second humidity value measured by the second humidity sensor is used for reflecting the humidity of the humidity adjusting device in the space corresponding to the target radius, the humidity in the space corresponding to the target radius. The target mist outlet direction may be any mist outlet direction of the humidity adjusting device, and reference may be made to the foregoing description regarding the concept of the mist outlet direction.
a3, determining a humidity compensation value corresponding to the target fog direction according to the first humidity value and the second humidity value.
The humidity compensation value is equal to the difference between the second humidity value and the first humidity value, and the humidity compensation value is calculated by a formula Dz-D2-D1, wherein Dz is the humidity compensation value, D2 is the second humidity value, and D1 is the first humidity value. It should be understood that the number of the humidity compensation values corresponding to the target fog-out direction at the target radius is equal to the number of the second humidity sensors, for example, if the number of the second humidity sensors is 2, the humidity compensation value is 2.
a4, constructing a first compensation relation corresponding to the target radius according to the capacitance value and the humidity compensation value corresponding to at least one fog-out direction, so as to obtain a first compensation relation corresponding to each of the plurality of space radii.
Because the change of the capacitance value detected by the humidity adjusting device reflects the change of the fog outlet direction, and the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor changes along with the change of the fog outlet direction, the humidity compensation value and the capacitance value have a correlation relationship. In some possible scenarios, under the condition that the correlation between the humidity compensation value and the capacitance value cannot satisfy the variable relationship, capacitance values of the humidity adjusting device in each fog-out direction may be obtained, the humidity compensation values in each fog-out direction are obtained according to the above-mentioned manner of steps a 2-a 3, and the capacitance values and the humidity compensation values corresponding to the same fog-out direction are associated with each other, so that a first compensation relationship corresponding to the target radius may be obtained. And then, the distance between the second humidity sensor and the humidity adjusting device is changed to change the space radius, and according to the same mode, the first compensation relationship corresponding to other space radii corresponding to the humidity adjusting device can be obtained, so that the first compensation relationship corresponding to each of the space radii can be obtained.
Taking the target radius of 0.5 m as an example, the second humidity sensor may be placed at a distance of 0.5 m from the humidity adjustment device. Firstly, determining a capacitance value 1 between a capacitance plate b and a capacitance plate a measured by a humidity adjusting device in a fog outlet direction 1, determining a humidity compensation value 1 between a humidity value measured by a first humidity sensor and a humidity value measured by a second humidity sensor in the fog outlet direction 1, and establishing a corresponding relation between the capacitance value 1 and the humidity compensation value 1; determining a capacitance value 2 between a capacitance plate b and a capacitance plate a measured when the humidity adjusting device is in the fog outlet direction 2, determining a humidity compensation value 2 between a humidity value measured by a first humidity sensor and a humidity value measured by a second humidity sensor in the fog outlet direction 2, and establishing a corresponding relation between the capacitance value 1 and the humidity compensation value 2; by analogy, until the corresponding relation in each fog-out direction is obtained, the first compensation relation corresponding to 0.5 m can be obtained, namely the first compensation relation of the humidity adjusting device in the space corresponding to 0.5 m is obtained.
In other possible scenarios, under the condition that the correlation between the humidity compensation value and the capacitance value can satisfy the variable relationship, a first variable relationship formula may be constructed in which the capacitance value is used as an independent variable and the humidity compensation value is used as a dependent variable, and then at least one group of capacitance value and humidity compensation value required for solving a constant in the first variable relationship formula (a group of capacitance value and humidity compensation value refers to a capacitance value and a humidity compensation value corresponding to the same fog-out direction) is determined, and the at least one group of capacitance value and humidity compensation value is substituted into the first variable relationship formula to solve to obtain the constant in the first variable relationship formula, so that the first compensation relationship corresponding to the target radius may be determined. And then, changing the distance between the second humidity sensor and the humidity adjusting device to change the space radius, and obtaining the first compensation relationship corresponding to the other space radii corresponding to the humidity adjusting device according to the same mode, so as to obtain the first compensation relationship corresponding to each of the plurality of space radii.
In one specific implementation, the variable relationship between the capacitance value and the humidity compensation value may be a linear relationship, and the first variable relationship may be constructed as follows:
dz ═ k1 ═ Cx/C0+ m (relation 1)
Wherein Dz is the humidity compensation value, k1 and m are constants in the first variable relation, Cx is the capacitance value in a certain fog-out direction, C0 is the minimum capacitance described above, and Cx/C0 reflects the capacitance change rate in the change process of the fog-out direction, i.e. the change degree of the capacitance. Along with the increase of the capacitance value, the fact that the fog outlet component is far away from the air inlet is shown, the influence on the first humidity sensor is reduced, the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor is closer to the humidity in the external space, the influence on the first humidity sensor can be reflected by constructing a linear variable relation, and therefore the linear variable relation can be used for expressing a humidity compensation value reflecting the influence.
After the relation 1 is obtained through construction, by determining two groups of Dz and Cx, specific values of constants k1 and m can be obtained through solving, and then the specific values of constants k1 and m are substituted into the relation 1, so that a first compensation relation corresponding to the working radius can be obtained. For a plurality of spatial radii, the constants k1 and m corresponding to the plurality of spatial radii can be solved and stored.
Through the steps a1-a4, the influence of the space size and the mist outlet direction on the humidity compensation value is considered, the first compensation relations corresponding to different space radiuses are determined, and the first compensation relations corresponding to different space radiuses are established in advance, so that the humidity compensation can be performed in the spaces with different sizes, and the compensation accuracy is improved.
Specifically, in the case that the capacitance value and the humidity compensation value satisfy the above relation 1, after the current working radius is determined, k1 and m corresponding to the current working radius may be determined, and then k1 and m corresponding to the current working radius and the current capacitance value are substituted into the above relation 1, so that the humidity compensation value corresponding to the current working radius and the current capacitance value may be obtained.
In the above technical scheme, by acquiring the current capacitance value of the humidity adjusting device in the current fog-out direction and the current working radius of the humidity adjusting device, the humidity value detected by the humidity sensor inside the humidity adjusting device is compensated according to the current working radius and the current capacitance value, and the humidity in the space where the humidity adjusting device is located is represented.
Optionally, in some possible embodiments, a humidity value measured by a humidity sensor inside the humidity control device may be compensated by combining with a working gear of the humidity control device, because different working gears of the humidity control device cause different amounts of water mist emitted, and further, under the condition that the mist outlet directions are different, the influence on the humidity detected by the humidity sensor inside the humidity control device is also different, and in order to improve the accuracy of the humidity, the following embodiments are provided in the present application. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another humidity compensation method provided in an embodiment of the present application, the method is applied to a humidity control apparatus, the humidity control apparatus includes a first humidity sensor, the first humidity sensor is disposed inside the humidity control apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
s301, acquiring a current capacitance value of the humidity adjusting device in the current fog outlet direction.
S302, acquiring the current working radius of the humidity adjusting device.
Here, the detailed implementation manner of step S301 to step S302 can refer to the description of step S201 to step S202, and is not described herein again.
And S303, acquiring the working gear of the humidity adjusting device in the current fog outlet direction.
Here, the working position of the humidity control device in the current fog-out direction refers to a position set by a user for the humidity control device in the current fog-out direction, and the working position of the humidity control device is adjusted, that is, the fog-out amount of the humidity control device is adjusted, and the fog-out amount of the humidity control device is adjusted, so that the humidity control device can play a role in adjusting the humidity of the external space where the humidity control device is located.
In specific implementation, the setting of the user on an intelligent terminal (such as a mobile phone) having a connection relationship with the humidity adjusting device can be obtained to obtain the working gear of the humidity adjusting device in the current fog-out direction, for example, the user adjusts the working gear of the humidity adjusting device to 1 gear or 2 gears on the mobile phone; or, the setting of the user on the humidity adjustment device may also be directly obtained to obtain the working gear of the humidity adjustment device in the current fog-out direction, for example, a gear adjustment button is provided on the humidity adjustment device, and the working gear of the humidity adjustment device in the current fog-out direction may be obtained by obtaining the setting of the user on the gear adjustment button.
S304, according to the current working radius, the current capacitance value and the working gear, humidity compensation is carried out on the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor to obtain target humidity, and the target humidity is used for representing the humidity of the external space where the humidity adjusting device is located currently.
Here, with respect to the definition of performing humidity compensation on the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor, reference may be made to the description related to the foregoing step S203, and since the humidity in the external space may be affected by the operating range of the humidity adjusting device in addition to the size of the external space, the humidity compensation in the embodiment of the present application also takes the operating range into consideration.
In a possible implementation manner, a second compensation relationship corresponding to the current working radius and the working gear can be determined, the second compensation relationship is used for reflecting the relationship among the capacitor, the gear and the humidity compensation value, and a second humidity compensation value corresponding to the current working radius and the working gear is determined according to the second compensation relationship; and summing the second humidity compensation value and the humidity value detected by the first humidity sensor to obtain the target humidity.
Here, the second compensation relationships of the humidity control device under the plurality of operating radii and the plurality of operating gears may be obtained by predetermining the second compensation relationships of the humidity control device under the different operating radii and the different operating gears, so that the second compensation relationship corresponding to the current operating radius and the operating gear may be determined from the plurality of second compensation relationships previously set for the humidity control device. Specifically, determining the plurality of second compensation relationships may include the following steps b1-b 4.
b1, determining a plurality of space radiuses and a plurality of preset working gears corresponding to the humidity adjusting device.
Here, regarding the definition of the plurality of spatial radii, reference may be made to the description of step b1, and further description is omitted here. The preset working gears refer to a plurality of working gears supported by the humidity adjusting device, wherein the types of the humidity adjusting device are different, and the working gears supported by the humidity adjusting device are different. In some embodiments, in order to achieve quantization of the operating ranges, a plurality of operating ranges may be represented in a manner of 1, 2, and 3.
b2, under the condition that the humidity adjusting device is in the target fog state, acquiring a capacitance value corresponding to the target fog state, a third humidity value measured by the first humidity sensor, and a fourth humidity value measured by at least two second humidity sensors.
For the introduction of the second humidity sensor, reference may be made to the description of a2 above. The target fog-out state refers to a fog-out state of the humidity adjusting device when the humidity adjusting device is in a target working gear in any fog-out direction, and the target working gear is any preset working gear in a plurality of preset working gears.
b3, determining at least two humidity compensation values corresponding to the target fog-out state according to the third humidity value and the fourth humidity value.
The humidity compensation value is equal to the difference between the fourth humidity value and the third humidity value, and the humidity compensation value is calculated according to the formula Dz-D4-D3, Dz is the humidity compensation value, D4 is the fourth humidity value, and D3 is the third humidity value. Since the number of the second humidity sensors is at least two, there are at least 2 humidity compensation values.
b4, constructing a second compensation relation corresponding to the target radius and the target working gear according to the capacitance value corresponding to the at least one fog state and the at least two humidity compensation values, so as to obtain a second compensation relation corresponding to each of the plurality of preset radii and the plurality of preset working gears.
Since the humidity measured by the second sensor also varies with the change of the gear of the humidity control device, the humidity compensation value is also related to the operating gear in addition to the capacitance value. In some possible scenarios, under the condition that the humidity compensation value, the capacitance value, and the working gear cannot satisfy the variable relationship, the humidity compensation value, the capacitance value, and the working gear at each working radius may be determined with reference to the manner introduced in step b4, and a second compensation relationship is established between the humidity compensation value, the capacitance value, and the working gear corresponding to the same fog state, so as to obtain a second compensation relationship corresponding to each of the plurality of preset radii and the plurality of preset working gears.
Under the condition that the humidity compensation value, the capacitance value and the working gear can satisfy the variable relation, a second variable relation with the capacitance value and the operating range as independent variables, the humidity compensation value as dependent variable, then at least two groups of capacitance values, humidity compensation values and working gears (one group of capacitance values, humidity compensation values and working gears refer to the capacitance values, the humidity compensation values and the working gears corresponding to the same fog state) required for solving the constants in the second variable relational expression are determined, the at least two groups of capacitance values, humidity compensation values and working gears are substituted into the second variable relational expression to obtain the constants in the second variable relational expression, therefore, a second compensation relation corresponding to the target working radius and the target working gear can be determined, and a second compensation relation corresponding to each of the preset radiuses and the preset working gears is obtained.
In a specific implementation manner, the variable relationship between the humidity compensation value and the capacitance value and the operating range may be a linear relationship, and the second variable relationship may be constructed as follows:
dz ═ k2 ═ Cx/C0+ dy (relation 2)
Wherein Dz is a humidity compensation value, k2 and d are constants in a second variable relation, Cx is a capacitance value, C0 is a minimum capacitance, Cx/C0 reflects a capacitance change rate in a fog-out direction change process, namely, a change degree of the capacitance, and y is a working gear.
After the relational expression 2 is obtained through construction, by fixing y and then determining two groups of Dz and Cx, k2 and d can be obtained through solving, and a second compensation relation corresponding to one working gear and one working radius can be obtained by substituting k2 and d into the relational expression 2. And then changing y and/or changing the spatial radius, so that second compensation relations corresponding to different radii and different working gears can be obtained.
Through the steps b1-b4, the influence of the space size, the working gear and the mist outlet direction on the humidity compensation value is considered, and the humidity compensation values under different conditions can be determined by determining the second compensation relations corresponding to different working gears with different space radiuses, so that the compensation precision is improved.
Specifically, in the case where the capacitance value, the range value, and the humidity compensation value satisfy the above relational expression 2, after the current operating radius and the operating range are determined, k2 and d corresponding to the current operating radius and the operating range are determined, and then k2 and d corresponding to the current operating radius and the operating range are substituted into the above relational expression 2 together with the current capacitance value and the operating range, so that the humidity compensation value can be obtained.
In the above technical scheme, by acquiring the current capacitance value of the humidity adjusting device in the current fog-out direction, the current working radius and the working gear of the humidity adjusting device, the humidity value detected by the humidity sensor inside the humidity adjusting device is compensated according to the current working radius and the current capacitance value, and the humidity in the space where the humidity adjusting device is located is represented. Because the humidity in the space that humidity control device was located still can change because of humidity control device's gear changes, consequently, still acquire the work gear that reflects the fog volume on the work radius basis that acquires the capacitance value that can reflect fog direction change, reflects space size change, carries out humidity compensation according to the humidity value that the three measured to the humidity transducer of humidity control device inside, can make the target humidity that the compensation obtained more accurate.
