Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft maintenance, in particular to a supporting tool for reverse thrust of an aircraft engine and a traction method for an out-of-place engine.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, the engine 1 is frequently required to be detached during the scheduled inspection or special maintenance work of the airplane, and when the airplane maintenance station is in short supply, or when a garage position with a dock or a parking station used by an airline for special maintenance tasks is required, or when the airplane is parked at a parking station which blocks the towing of other airplane maintenance, the airplane with the engine out of position needs to be towed to other parking positions.
When the engine is in place, the reverse thrust 2 is in locking connection with the engine 1 and then drags the airplane, the vibration and the maneuvering force of the reverse thrust 2 are generally transmitted to the engine body through the V-shaped groove to be borne, and then are transmitted to an engine lifting point structure with enough mechanical strength at the position of an airplane hanger through the engine. If the engine drags the airplane when not in place, the vibration and the power of the reverse thrust 2 can be directly transmitted to the reverse thrust hinge on the hanger to be borne, and the design strength of the reverse thrust hinge can not bear the large acting force, so that the structural damage is very easy to cause.
Therefore, according to the existing airplane maintenance manual, the following two operation modes exist for dragging the airplane:
1. when the engine 1 is in place, the reverse thrust 2 is put down and locked, and the vibration and the power of the reverse thrust 2 can be transmitted to a force bearing structure by the engine;
2. when the engine 1 is not in place, the reverse thrust 2 needs to be detached to drag the airplane, so that the stress damage of the reverse thrust hinge is avoided.
However, when the engine 1 is not in place, the aircraft is dragged, the reverse thrust 2 is firstly detached, and then the reverse thrust is installed after the aircraft is moved to the target position, which is a complex assembly and disassembly process, and takes a long time, taking the reverse thrust assembly and disassembly of the airbus a330 aircraft as an example, the reverse thrust time for detaching and installing the left side and the right side of one engine is about 4 people × 16 hours, which is 64 hours, and the assembly and disassembly of the reverse thrust also increases the risk of maintenance of the aircraft.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a support tool for reverse thrust of an aircraft engine, and the other aim of the invention is to provide an aircraft traction method using the support tool when the engine is not in place, which can improve the working efficiency of aircraft traction and reduce the maintenance risk of the aircraft.
One of the objects of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solution,
a support tool for the thrust reversal of an aircraft engine, comprising:
the supporting assembly comprises a front supporting disc, a rear supporting disc and a supporting frame for connecting the front supporting disc and the rear supporting disc, a front lifting point support and a rear lifting point support which are used for being connected with an engine lifting point are arranged on the supporting frame, and the front supporting disc and the rear supporting disc can be connected with the thrust reverser in a matching manner;
the movable underframe comprises an underframe frame, the lower part of the underframe frame is provided with a jacking mechanism, and the bottom of the underframe frame is provided with trundles;
the lifting bracket comprises a bracket frame matched with the supporting frame of the supporting assembly, the bracket frame is provided with a concave part capable of nesting and placing the supporting frame, the lifting bracket is placed on the movable underframe, and the lifting and descending of the lifting bracket are controlled through the jacking mechanism.
Preferably, the movable underframe is further provided with a height adjusting supporting leg, and after the movable underframe is fixed, the height and the level of the movable underframe can be adjusted.
The upper end of the jacking mechanism of the movable underframe is provided with a lifting platform, and the bracket frame of the lifting bracket is placed on the lifting platform.
And a lifting auxiliary wheel is arranged between the movable underframe and the lifting bracket in the longitudinal direction, plays a role in guiding and side supporting in the process that the lifting bracket lifts up and down relative to the movable underframe, and can be respectively arranged on the lifting bracket and the movable underframe.
Preferably, the jacking mechanism is a scissor-type jacking mechanism driven by a hydraulic actuator cylinder.
And the front support disc and/or the rear support disc are/is connected with a front and rear adjusting screw rod.
The second technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the traction method with the out-of-place engine adopts the supporting tool for the reverse thrust of the aircraft engine, and comprises the following steps,
s1: opening an aircraft engine for reverse thrust;
s2: the lifting bracket is placed on the movable underframe, the supporting component is placed on the lifting bracket, and then the supporting component and the lifting bracket are moved together to the position below the reverse thrust;
s3: jacking the lifting bracket and the supporting assembly to a proper height through a jacking mechanism, so that a front lifting point support and a rear lifting point support of the supporting assembly are matched with the position of an engine lifting point;
s4: fixedly connecting the front hoisting point bracket and the rear hoisting point bracket to the engine hoisting point through a connecting screw rod;
s5: the supporting assembly is separated from the lifting bracket, and the jacking mechanism descends to enable the lifting bracket to descend to the original height;
s6: removing the lifting carriage and the movable chassis from under the reverse thrust;
s7: putting down the reverse thrust to enable the front supporting disc and the rear supporting disc of the supporting assembly to be connected with the reverse thrust in a matching mode, and closing the reverse thrust according to the maintenance requirement of the airplane;
s8: and after the supporting component is installed, the airplane is normally towed.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention provides a special supporting tool for reverse thrust of an engine, and under the condition that the aircraft needs to be dragged when the engine is detached, namely the engine is not in place, the vibration and the power of the reverse thrust can be transmitted to an engine lifting point through a supporting assembly, so that the condition of moving the aircraft is met, and the reverse thrust does not need to be detached. The expected working hours for dismounting the whole bracket are 4 multiplied by 2 to 8, and the working hours for dismounting and mounting the left and right sides of one engine to reversely push the wrapper are 4 multiplied by 16 to 64, so that the efficiency is improved by 7 times.
2. The invention greatly improves the flexibility of adjusting and allocating the airplane maintenance positions when the engines are not in place, so that the limited maintenance positions can be used for maintenance of more airplanes, and the benefit of airplane maintenance companies is improved.
3. The invention greatly reduces the safety risk brought by dismounting and reversely pushing. The function of the thrust reversal system on the aircraft is to reverse the thrust flow of the engine after the aircraft lands so that the aircraft can have sufficient deceleration on the runway. If the reverse thrust is lacked during landing, the landing distance of the airplane is greatly prolonged, and the airplane possibly rushes out of the runway. If the air is pushed back and accidentally discharged, the airplane can crash. The thrust reversal disassembly and assembly and the later adjustment test are complex work, and besides a large amount of manpower and time are consumed, the damage of parts and the errors of installation and adjustment are easily caused, so that the fault on the thrust reversal function is caused, and the safety of the operation of the airplane is influenced. Therefore, the design can enable the engine to tow the airplane without being in place, and meanwhile, the reverse thrust is not needed to be disassembled and assembled, so that the safety risk of the airplane is greatly reduced.
