An easy-to-wear type bi-directional germicidal gas mask in accordance with the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings of fig. 1-3.
Example 1
An easy-to-wear bi-directional antiseptic gas mask comprising: a transparent mask shell 1, a silica gel sealing body 2, a reducer union 3, a sterilization air inlet pipe 4, a sterilization air outlet pipe 5, an elastic wearing cap 6, a mini air supply fan 10, a bent pipe 15, a replaceable filtering device, a sterilization device and a power supply, the transparent mask shell 1 is detachably connected with the silica gel sealing body 2, the silica gel sealing body 2 is detachably connected with the elastic wearing cap 6, one side of the silica gel sealing body 2 is sequentially detachably connected with a bent pipe 15, a reducing pipe joint 3 and a sterilizing air outlet pipe 5, the other side of the silica gel sealing body 2 is sequentially detachably connected with a bent pipe 15, a reducer pipe joint 3 and a sterilizing air inlet pipe 4, the interior of the elbow 15 is provided with a replaceable filtering device, the interior of the sterilizing air inlet pipe 4 and/or the sterilizing air outlet pipe 5 is provided with a mini air supply fan 10 and/or a sterilizing device, and the mini air supply fan 10 is connected with the power supply.
Preferably, the mini air feeding fan 10 is provided in the reducer union 3; the replaceable filter device is a replaceable filter screen 9, the replaceable filter screen 9 comprises a spray-melting cloth 901, a filter screen support male head 902 and a filter screen support female head 903, and the spray-melting cloth 901 is arranged between the filter screen support male head 902 and the filter screen support female head 903; the power supply includes: USB data line 7 and portable power source 8, portable power source 8 is connected with mini air supply fan 10 through USB data line 7.
Preferably, the sterilization device adopts a medical sterilization purple light lamp strip 11, the medical sterilization purple light lamp strip 11 is connected with the power supply, and the medical sterilization purple light lamp strip 11 is spiral; the silica gel sealing body 2 is provided with a long hole 101, and the transparent mask shell 1 is connected with the elastic wearing cap 6 through the long hole 101.
The object of the present invention is to provide a germicidal gas mask which improves at least three of the drawbacks of the prior art.
The mask is suitable for being worn at the mouth and nose parts of a human body and comprises a transparent mask shell 1, a silica gel sealing body 2, a reducer pipe joint 3, a sterilization air inlet pipe 4, a sterilization air outlet pipe 5, an elastic wearing sleeve cap 6, a replaceable filter screen 9 and a USB power supply interface. The reducer union joint 3 is shown in fig. 4, the front end of the reducer union joint is connected with the transparent mask shell 1 through pipe threads, and the rear end of the reducer union joint is connected with the sterilization air inlet pipe 4 or the sterilization air outlet pipe 5 in an interference fit manner. The space at the front end is used for installing the replaceable filter net 9 and the mini air supply fan 10.
According to the mask, the nose and mouth of a wearer can be seen through the transparent mask shell 1 of the mask, and the facial expression of the wearer is not shielded. Alternatively, the material of the see-through mask shell 1 may be PET (polyethylene terephthalate), PP (polypropylene), PC (polycarbonate), or the like.
According to the mask, the silica gel sealing body 2 is bonded on the transparent mask shell 1, so that the mask can be tightly attached to the face of a person, no gap can be formed between the mask and the face of the person, and viruses are prevented from entering the transparent mask shell 1.
According to the mask, the two sides of the transparent mask shell 1 of the mask are made into the shape of the bent pipes, and the replaceable filter screens 9 are arranged in the bent pipes 15 on the two sides, so that viruses and dust can be prevented from entering the mask shell. According to the mask, the sterilization inlet pipe 4 can be sterilized and disinfected through the medical sterilization purple light lamp strip 11, and 99.9% of non-toxicity of gas entering the shell can be guaranteed.
According to the mask, the medical sterilizing purple light lamp strip 11 is arranged in the sterilizing air outlet pipe 5. According to the mask, the bent pipes 15 manufactured on two sides of the transparent mask shell 1 are also connected with the sterilizing air outlet pipe 5 through the reducing pipe joint 3, the bent pipes 15 manufactured on two sides of the transparent mask shell 1 are in threaded connection with the reducing pipe joint 3 through the sealing pipes, and the sterilizing air outlet pipe 5 is in interference fit connection with the reducing pipe joint 3.

Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the easy-to-wear bi-directional germicidal gas mask of the present invention. The periphery of the transparent mask shell 1 is provided with a silica gel sealing body 2, and the left side and the right side of the transparent mask shell 1 are connected with a sterilization air inlet pipe 4 and a sterilization air outlet pipe 5 through reducing pipe joints 3.
The transparent mask shell is connected with the elastic wearing cap 6 through the long hole 101 by thread gluing.
The replaceable filter screen 9 is arranged at the left and right bent pipes 15 of the transparent mask shell 1, and can prevent the inhalation and exhalation of harmful substances such as dust, bacteria, viruses and the like.
The replaceable filter screen 9 is assembled by 3 parts such as spray-melting cloth 901, a filter screen support male head 902, a filter screen support female head 903 and the like, wherein the structural design of the filter screen support male head 902 has radial elasticity, and can be fixed at the corresponding positions of elbows at the left side and the right side of the transparent mask shell 1 without play.
Transparent gauze mask casing 1 and the intake pipe 4 that disinfects pass through reducing pipe joint 3 and connect, and wherein transparent gauze mask casing 1 and reducing pipe joint 3 adopt sealed tube threaded connection, and it is airtight when using to guarantee that the gauze mask wears, can freely dismantle during gauze mask cleaning and disinfecting. The sterilizing air inlet pipe 4 is connected with the reducer pipe joint 3 in an interference fit mode, and food-grade sealing silica gel is coated on the joint.
The transparent mask shell 1 and the sterilization air outlet pipe 5 are also connected through the reducer pipe joint 3, and the assembly form is the same as the connection form of the transparent mask shell 1 and the sterilization air inlet pipe 4 through the reducer pipe joint 3.
The sterilizing air inlet pipe 4 is provided with a USB charging interface adjacent to the reducer pipe joint, and the USB charging interface can be connected with a data line 7 to supply power to relevant parts of the mask through a mobile power supply 8. The sterilizing air outlet pipe 5 is also provided with a USB charging interface female seat adjacent to the reducer pipe joint for connecting data to supply power for relevant parts of the mask through the mobile power supply 8.
The mini air supply fan 10 and the medical sterilizing purple light lamp strip 11 are arranged in the sterilizing air inlet pipe 4.
The medical sterilizing purple light lamp strip 11 is arranged in the sterilizing air outlet pipe 5.
The sealing pipe thread can be unscrewed after the mask is worn, the thread gluing on the elastic wearing cap is opened to disassemble the transparent mask shell 1 of the mask from other parts, and the mask is cleaned or disinfected independently. After cleaning and disinfection, the threads of the sealing pipe are screwed down, and the thread gluing is buckled, so that the novel clothes can be worn and used.
In practical use, under the action of the mini air supply fan 10, outside air enters the sterilizing air inlet pipe 4, passes through the medical sterilizing purple light lamp strip 11 and then the replaceable filter screen 7 to ensure that the air entering the visual shell 1 of the inlet cover realizes non-toxicity and asepsis,
a positive pressure is created in the housing 1 due to the action of the fan. The gas exhaled by people passes through the sterilization air outlet pipe 5, and the disinfection and sterilization effects of the filter screen 9 and the purple light lamp strip 11 can be replaced, so that the gas exhaled to the air is nontoxic and sterile, and the probability of infection of other people is greatly reduced.
It is needless to say that the visual type bi-directional sterilizing gas mask according to the present invention can be changed or modified in many ways, and is not limited to the specific structure of the above embodiments, such as various changes in the structural shapes and installation positions of the visual shell and the sterilizing gas inlet and outlet portions. In conclusion, the scope of the present invention shall also include the exchange, substitution and modification that will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
