Abstract
The invention provides a high-strength primer for building exterior walls, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-50 parts of high-strength permeable acrylic emulsion, 0.3-0.5 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 2-3 parts of film-forming assistant, 3-8 parts of assistant and 20-30 parts of deionized water. In order to prolong the service life of the building outer wall and enhance the beauty of the building outer wall, paint, such as organic paint, is often required to be painted on the surface of the building outer wall. However, part of the organic paint is easy to peel off after long-term use due to low adhesion with concrete. According to the invention, the high-strength permeable acrylic emulsion and the hydroxyethyl cellulose are adopted, so that the building exterior wall surface can be effectively bonded, the bonding capacity with the finish paint is improved, and the adhesion of the finish paint on the building surface is further improved.

Background
The building is built by adopting concrete, the color of the concrete main body is gray, the building is not attractive enough, and if the concrete is in direct contact with the outside, the concrete is easy to damage due to the problems of rainwater soaking, wind blowing and the like, so that the service life of the building outer wall structure is seriously influenced. In order to prolong the service life of the building outer wall and enhance the beauty of the building outer wall, paint, such as organic paint, is often required to be painted on the surface of the building outer wall. However, part of the organic paint is easy to peel off after long-term use due to low adhesion with concrete.

Furthermore, the auxiliary agent comprises 0.2-0.3 part of wetting dispersant, 0.3-0.8 part of thickening agent, 0.2-0.3 part of flatting agent, 0.2-0.4 part of defoaming agent, 2-6 parts of antifreezing agent and 0.1-0.2 part of bactericide.
Further, the high-strength permeable acrylic emulsion is a dow 2133 emulsion.
Still further, the coalescent is a decaglycol ester, 1, 2-propanediol, or a combination of both; the leveling agent is a polyether modified leveling agent.
Further, the dispersant is one or more of 731A, 963, and 1124 available from Rohm and Haas.
Further, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing and stirring the high-strength permeable acrylic emulsion, hydroxyethyl cellulose, deionized water and an auxiliary agent uniformly;
s2, after the pH value of the S1 system is adjusted to 8.0-9.5, the film forming auxiliary agent is added under stirring;
s3, filtering the S2 system by using a 80-100 mesh screen to obtain a finished product.
Furthermore, the primer also comprises 5-10 parts of epoxy resin.
Still further, the primer also comprises 0.1-0.5 part of photoinitiator.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can effectively bond the surface of the building outer wall by adopting the high-strength permeable acrylic emulsion and the hydroxyethyl cellulose, improve the binding capacity with the finish paint and further improve the adhesive force of the finish paint on the building surface.

Example 2
The high-strength primer for the building exterior wall comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of high-strength permeable acrylic emulsion, 0.5 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 3 parts of a film-forming auxiliary agent, 3 parts of an auxiliary agent, 20 parts of deionized water, 5 parts of epoxy resin and 0.5 part of a photoinitiator.
Wherein the auxiliary agent comprises 0.2 part of wetting dispersant, 0.8 part of thickening agent, 0.2 part of flatting agent, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 6 parts of antifreezing agent and 0.2 part of bactericide. The photoinitiator is 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl acetone. The epoxy resin is alicyclic epoxy resin, glycerin epoxy resin and vinyl epoxy resin according to the weight ratio of 5: 1: 2, mixing the components.
The high-strength permeable acrylic emulsion is a Dow 2133 emulsion.
The film-forming assistant is 1, 2-propylene glycol; the leveling agent is a polyether modified leveling agent.

Wherein the auxiliary agent comprises 0.2 part of wetting dispersant, 0.8 part of thickening agent, 0.2 part of flatting agent, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 6 parts of antifreezing agent and 0.2 part of bactericide. The acrylic emulsion is pure acrylic emulsion.
The film-forming assistant is 1, 2-propylene glycol; the leveling agent is a polyether modified leveling agent.

s1, mixing and stirring the acrylic emulsion, the hydroxyethyl cellulose, the deionized water and the auxiliary agent uniformly;

s3, filtering the S2 system by using a 100-mesh screen to obtain a finished product.
The primers of the examples and the comparative examples of the present invention were sprayed on the concrete surface, cured to form a paint film, and the paint film was tested for physical properties as shown in the following table.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the high-strength permeable acrylic emulsion and the hydroxyethyl cellulose are adopted, so that the building exterior wall surface can be effectively bonded, the bonding capability with the building surface is improved, the adhesive force of the finish paint on the building surface is further improved, and the finish paint has good aging resistance and corrosion resistance. In addition, the effective adhesion to the building surface is further improved by adopting the epoxy resin in the embodiment 2 of the invention.

2. The primer for the high-strength building exterior wall according to claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent is at least one of a wetting dispersant, a thickener, a leveling agent, a defoaming agent, an antifreezing agent and a bactericide.

4. The primer for the high-strength building exterior wall as claimed in claim 2, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises 0.2-0.3 part of wetting dispersant, 0.3-0.8 part of thickener, 0.2-0.3 part of leveling agent, 0.2-0.4 part of defoamer, 2-6 parts of antifreeze and 0.1-0.2 part of bactericide.
5. The primer for high strength building exterior wall according to claim 1, wherein the high strength permeable acrylic emulsion is a dow 2133 emulsion.
6. The primer for high-strength building exterior walls according to claim 2, wherein the film forming aid is a decaglycol ester, 1, 2-propanediol or a combination of the two; the leveling agent is a polyether modified leveling agent.
7. The primer for high strength building exterior wall according to claim 2, wherein the dispersant is one or more of 731A, 963 and 1124 manufactured by Rohm and Haas company.
8. The primer for high-strength building exterior walls according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing and stirring the high-strength permeable acrylic emulsion, hydroxyethyl cellulose, deionized water and an auxiliary agent uniformly;
s2, after the pH value of the S1 system is adjusted to 8.0-9.5, the film forming auxiliary agent is added under stirring;
s3, filtering the S2 system by using a 80-100 mesh screen to obtain a finished product.
9. The primer for high-strength building exterior walls according to claim 2, wherein the primer further comprises 5-10 parts of epoxy resin.
10. The primer for high strength building exterior walls according to claim 9, wherein the primer further comprises 0.1-0.5 parts of photoinitiator.
