As shown in fig. 3, a sealing core 51 is disposed in the center of the sealing gasket 5, a cylinder 511 is disposed in the center of the sealing core 51, the sealing gasket 5 and the sealing core 51 are connected by a connecting strip 52, three connecting strips 52 are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the sealing core 51, and the sealing core 51 can move up and down in a certain range relative to the sealing gasket 5 under the connection of the connecting strips 52 (the connecting strips 52 are used for achieving elastic connection between the sealing gasket 5 and the sealing core 51, so that deformation of the sealing core 51 relative to the sealing gasket 5 can be achieved). Specifically, the material selected for the gasket 5 is an elastomer material, and has the functions of elasticity and sealing. The connecting strip 52 is made of an elastomer material and has a certain elasticity, so that the elastic connection between the sealing gasket 5 and the sealing core 51 is realized.
As shown in fig. 3, a valve core 61 is disposed at the center of the sealing valve 6, twelve outer connecting ribs 62 are uniformly disposed around the valve core 61, and the outer connecting ribs 62 fix the valve core 61 to the sealing valve 6. The bottom center of the sealing valve 6 is provided with a filter element 63, three inner connecting ribs 64 are uniformly arranged around the filter element 63, and the inner connecting ribs 64 fix the filter element 63 on the sealing valve 6. Four vent holes 65 are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the upper end face of the sealing valve 6.
The internal thread 41 is matched with the external thread 111 in a screwing way, so that the sealing gasket 5 and the sealing valve core 6 are matched on the end faces of the shell bottle opening 11 and the liner bottle opening 21 in a pressing way, and the self-sealing quantity-control type liquid packaging bottle is formed. A liquid storage cavity 8 is formed among the bottle liner 2, the sealing valve 6 and the sealing core 51, and the liquid storage cavity 8 is a space for containing liquid. A transition cavity 9 is formed between the bottle cap matching buckle 44, the sealing valve 6 and the bottle body shell 1, the transition cavity 9 is a gas transition space, and the transition cavity 9 is communicated with the pressure cavity 7 through the air passing holes 112 on two sides. The transition chamber 9 is communicated with the outside through the vent hole 65 and the vent groove 43.
The working principle and the working process of the invention are as follows:
the buckle cover 3 is opened through the small handle 32, the space above the sealing core 51 is communicated with the outside through the material nozzle 42, and at the moment, the self-sealing quantity-control type liquid packaging bottle is in an open state. The sealing core 51 is tightly matched with the valve core 61 under the elastic action of the connecting strip 52, the liquid storage cavity 8 is in a sealing state, and liquid in the liquid storage cavity 8 cannot flow out of the bottle body by itself. When getting liquid for the first time, exert pressure to bottle shell 1, bottle shell 1 transmits pressure for bottle inner bag 2, and bottle inner bag 2 pressurized back, the liquid in the stock solution cavity 8 backs up sealed core 51, and stock solution cavity 8 is in the open mode, and inside liquid pours the bottle via sealed core 51, material mouth 42, and the liquid volume of pouring the bottle can be adjusted according to the size of exerting pressure, realizes that the liquid function is got to the controllable volume. After the pressure is removed, the sealing core 51 is restored to be in close fit with the valve core 61 under the elastic action of the connecting strip 52, the liquid storage cavity 8 is in a sealing state, the automatic sealing function of the bottle body is realized, and the liquid in the bottle is prevented from being polluted by the outside. The state of the liquid storage cavity 8 is relatively vacuum state (liquid is not considered), and the state of the inner container 2 of the bottle body is kept unchanged. The external air enters the transition cavity 9 through the vent groove 43 through the vent hole 65 and then enters the pressure cavity 7 through the vent hole 112, and the bottle body case 1 is restored to the original state. After the liquid is taken out, the buckle cover 3 is closed through the small handle 32, the conical cylinder 31 presses the cylinder 511 after the buckle cover 3 is closed, the sealing core 51 is in a real sealing state, and the liquid in the bottle body cannot flow out even under certain external pressure. When liquid is got to the secondary, exert pressure to bottle shell 1, gas pocket 112 is sealed by bottle inner bag 2 under the internal pressure effect, pressure cavity 7 is in encapsulated situation, transmit pressure for bottle inner bag 2 through the air in the pressure cavity 7, liquid in the liquid storage cavity 8 backs down sealed core 51, liquid storage cavity 8 is in the open mode, inside liquid pours the bottle via sealed core 51, material mouth 42, the liquid volume of pouring the bottle can be adjusted according to the size of exerting pressure, realize that the liquid function is got to the accuse volume. And repeating the liquid taking step for the second time when the liquid is taken again until the liquid in the bottle is taken out completely.
The invention provides a liquid packaging bottle capable of being automatically sealed, which can solve the problems that the inner part of a bottle body is not tightly sealed after a bottle cap is opened in the prior art and the like. Meanwhile, the invention also provides a double-layer bottle body structure in a matching way, so that the liquid in the bottle body can be taken out and used in a controllable quantity manner.
The invention provides a self-sealing quantity-control type liquid packaging bottle which comprises a bottle body shell, a bottle body liner, a buckle cover, a bottle cover, a sealing gasket and a sealing valve, wherein the sealing gasket and a sealing valve core are tightly pressed at a bottle mouth at the upper end of a lower bottle body shell by the bottle cover.
In the self-sealing quantity-controlled liquid packaging bottle, a shell bottleneck is arranged at the upper end of a bottle body shell, external threads are arranged at the outer edge of the side part of the shell bottleneck, and air passing holes are formed in the two sides of the shell bottleneck. The bottle body shell is made of plastic materials which can rebound at present. The upper end of the bottle body liner is provided with a liner bottle mouth, and the outer surface of the liner bottle mouth is bonded with the inner surface of the shell bottle mouth by a heat seal process. The inner container of the bottle body is made of flexible film material. After the outer surface of the bottle mouth of the inner container and the inner surface of the bottle mouth of the outer container are bonded together by adopting a heat sealing process, a cavity is formed between the outer container of the bottle body and the inner container of the bottle body.
The buckle cover structure is as follows: the central position of buckle closure is provided with the circular cone cylinder, and buckle closure top surface outside edge is provided with the small handle, and buckle closure bottom surface inboard is provided with the cooperation buckle.
The bottle cap has the following structure: the inner side of the bottle cap is provided with internal threads, the center of the top surface of the bottle cap is provided with a material nozzle (the material nozzle is of a protruding structure), the inner side of the top surface of the bottle cap is provided with a vent groove, the inner edge of the bottom surface of the bottle cap is provided with a matching buckle, and the inner side of the top surface of the bottle cap is provided with a matching buckle. The center of the sealing gasket is provided with a sealing core, the center of the sealing core is provided with a cylinder, the sealing gasket is connected with the sealing core by virtue of a connecting strip, and the material selected for use by the sealing gasket is an elastomer material and has elasticity and a sealing function. The center of the sealing valve is provided with a valve core, twelve connecting ribs are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the valve core, and the valve core is fixed on the sealing valve by the connecting ribs. The center of the bottom surface of the sealing valve is provided with a filter element, three connecting ribs are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the filter element, and the filter element is fixed on the sealing valve by the connecting ribs. Four vent holes are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the edge of the upper end face of the sealing valve.
The invention provides a self-sealing quantity-control liquid packaging bottle, which comprises: the bottle body shell has elasticity and can be deformed and reset; the bottle body liner is used for containing liquid and is of a flexible structure; the sealing valve is used for being arranged on the bottle mouth of the inner container; a gasket fitted on the sealing valve; the bottle cap is used for being buckled on the outer side face of the shell bottle mouth, a vent groove is formed in the bottle cap and communicated with the vent hole, a transition cavity for air circulation is formed between the inner side face of the bottle cap and the outer side face of the shell bottle mouth, the vent hole is communicated with the transition cavity, and a material nozzle which is opposite to the valve core channel and communicated with the valve core channel is formed in the top face of the bottle cap. Through the structural design, the bottle body adopts the double-layer structure, the bottle body liner is arranged in the bottle body shell, the bottle body shell deforms after being pressed, pressure can be applied to the bottle body liner, and the bottle body liner is filled with liquid, so that the liquid can flow out of the bottle body liner. After the sealing gasket and the sealing valve are assembled, a one-way valve structure can be formed, so that liquid in the bottle body liner is allowed to flow out, and meanwhile, outside air can be blocked from entering the bottle body liner. The self-sealing quantity-control liquid packaging bottle provided by the invention can realize the complete separation of the inner container of the bottle body from the outside, and the invention solves the problem of poor sealing performance after being opened in the existing liquid packaging bottle.

Claims (10)
1. A self-sealing volume-controlled liquid packaging bottle is characterized by comprising:
the bottle body shell is elastic and can be deformed and reset and is used for automatically resetting when being deformed, and the bottle body shell is provided with a shell bottleneck which extends downwards to form a transition section;
the bottle body liner is of a flexible structure and is provided with a liner bottle opening, the liner bottle opening is connected and fixed with the shell bottle opening in an airtight mode, a pressure cavity is formed between the bottle body liner and the bottle body shell, a gap is formed between the outer side face of the bottle body liner and the transition section and used for air flow to pass through, an air passing hole is formed in the transition section and communicated with the gap;
the sealing valve comprises a sealing valve body with a cylindrical structure, the sealing valve body is clamped on the inner container bottle mouth and is in airtight connection with the inner container bottle mouth, an annular platform is arranged at the top end of the sealing valve body and can abut against the end face of the inner container bottle mouth, a vent hole is formed in the outer edge of the annular platform, a valve core for liquid to flow out is arranged in the sealing valve body, and the valve core is provided with a valve core channel for liquid to flow out;
the sealing gasket comprises a sealing gasket main body with a cylindrical structure, the sealing gasket main body is clamped in the sealing valve body, a sealing core capable of plugging the valve core channel is elastically connected in the sealing gasket main body, and the sealing core can be ejected out of the valve core channel under the action of pressure and can be sucked into the valve core channel under the action of negative pressure;
the bottle cap is used for being buckled on the outer side face of the shell bottle mouth, a vent groove is formed in the bottle cap and communicated with the vent hole, a transition cavity for gas circulation is formed between the inner side face of the bottle cap and the outer side face of the shell bottle mouth, the vent hole is communicated with the transition cavity, and a material nozzle which is opposite to the valve core channel and communicated with the valve core channel is formed in the top face of the bottle cap.
2. The self-sealing, controlled volume liquid packaging bottle of claim 1,
the device also comprises a buckle cover;
the vent groove is formed in the position, close to the edge, of the top surface of the bottle cap;
the buckle cover can be buckled on the top surface of the bottle cover and used for closing the vent groove.
3. The self-sealing, controlled volume liquid packaging bottle of claim 2,
the bottom surface of the buckle cover is provided with a conical cylinder which can penetrate through the material nozzle to be abutted against the sealing core and is used for jacking the sealing core into the valve core.
4. The self-sealing, controlled volume liquid packaging bottle of claim 1,
the outer side surface of the shell bottle opening is provided with an external thread, the bottle cap is provided with an internal thread, and the bottle cap is in threaded connection with the shell bottle opening;
a groove is formed in the outer side face of the shell bottle opening, and the transition cavity is formed by the inner side face of the bottle cap and the groove after the bottle cap is buckled on the shell bottle opening;
the air passing hole is formed in the bottom of the groove.
5. The self-sealing, controlled volume liquid packaging bottle of claim 1,
an annular sealing groove is formed in the bottom surface of the bottle cap and opposite to the sealing gasket main body, the bottle cap is buckled on the opening of the shell, and the top end of the sealing gasket main body can be inserted into the annular sealing groove.
6. The self-sealing, controlled volume liquid packaging bottle of claim 1,
and the outer side of the sealing gasket main body is provided with a sealing gasket outer edge, and the sealing gasket outer edge can be abutted against the annular platform in an air-tight manner.
7. The self-sealing, controlled volume liquid packaging bottle of claim 1,
the sealing core is of an inverted round table-shaped structure, an inwards concave sealing core groove is formed in the upper side face of the sealing core, and a cylinder is arranged in the sealing core groove.
8. The self-sealing, controlled volume liquid packaging bottle of claim 1,
the valve core is of a cylindrical structure and is coaxially arranged with the sealing valve body;
a filter element is arranged in the valve core.
9. The self-sealing, controlled volume liquid packaging bottle of claim 1,
the sealing gasket is of an integrated structure;
the sealing gasket is an elastic sealing gasket.
10. The self-sealing, controlled-volume liquid packaging bottle of any one of claims 1 to 9,
the bottle body shell is a plastic bottle body shell, and the bottle body shell is of a conical bottle structure.
