Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical blood refrigerating box equipment, relates to a cleaning method for an environment in a blood refrigerating box, and particularly relates to a self-cleaning, bacterium-removing and mould-removing device and method for the blood refrigerating box.
Background
The blood product refers to any therapeutic substance extracted from human blood, including whole blood, blood components and plasma-derived medicinal products, and is a bioactive preparation prepared from healthy human blood as a raw material by adopting a biological process or a separation and purification technology. Blood products currently have important applications in medical procedures. Blood is a scarce resource, the blood product resource is limited, and unreasonable phenomena still exist in the clinical application process of the blood products at present although strict examination is carried out. China strictly stipulates that the preservation temperature of whole blood and red blood cells is (4 +/-2) DEG C, and internationally stipulates that the preservation temperature is 2-8 ℃.
The blood refrigerator belongs to the refrigerator series and is mainly used for storing blood, and the blood is stored in the blood refrigerator in the form of blood bags. The internal structure of the refrigerating box can clearly distinguish the stored blood bags from four types of A type, B type, AB type and O type, each blood type is stored in a subarea, and a labeling clip is arranged in each area, so that a user can conveniently label the blood types; the internal structure of the refrigerating box can make the stored blood easy to be accessed; the storage plane has sufficient stability that it does not deform even when the bags are placed on only one side of the plane, and at the same time ensures this function when the refrigerator is moved. The use temperature of the blood refrigerator is 4 ℃, which provides a proper storage temperature for blood. However, due to the use environment of 4 ℃, bacteria are easy to breed, and mold, peculiar smell and the like are generated. If blood and blood products are stored in an inappropriate environment, their therapeutic effect can be affected to varying degrees. However, in actual work, the work of sterilizing and sanitation management of medical refrigerators is not put into place. Research shows that many refrigerators have problems in cleanliness and labeling mode, resulting in improper storage of drugs, blood and blood products. Hospitals analyze the working conditions of the existing medical refrigerators, but on the basis of the analysis, the research on reasonable improvement measures is far from enough.
At present, in the prior art, ultraviolet light is generally used for disinfecting and sterilizing the interior of a refrigerator, or a bamboo charcoal bag is used for absorbing peculiar smell in the refrigerator; although the method has the advantages of small volume, capability of being directly placed at any position of the refrigerator and no occupation of too much space, the method is excessively complicated in practical application, lacks of standard operation and has the risk of causing unexpected damage to the blood products stored in the refrigerator.
Japanese patent laid-open No. [ kokai ]2001-170514 describes that charged fine particulate water generated by applying an electric charge to water is used as an effective dust particle collecting agent because the charged fine particulate water has a high adsorption performance in the air. On the other hand, it is known that radicals are active chemical substances, and due to their high chemical activity, they are excellent in decomposing/deodorizing malodor components. However, since the free radicals are unstable in air, they have a short life span and often disappear before reacting with the malodor components. Therefore, it is difficult to sufficiently obtain the effect of the radical. Further, Japanese patent laid-open No. kokai 53-141167 or 2001-96190 describes cleaning air by means of radical-containing fine particulate water. However, since the charged fine particulate water has a micron-sized particle size, it is difficult to disperse the charged fine particulate water in space. Therefore, the effect of decomposing/deodorizing the bad-smelling components/bacteria adhered to the inside of the case in the blood refrigerator is still insufficient.
In view of the above problems in the prior art, it is necessary to design a self-cleaning, sterilizing and mold-removing method for a blood refrigerator to overcome the problems in the prior art.
