本发明公开一种膳食纤维益生菌固体饮料,包括以下几种原料:复合益生菌、麦芽糊精粉、膳食纤维、果蔬酵素、全脂乳粉、食品添加剂;所述复合益生菌包括植物乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、乳酸片球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、发酵乳杆菌;通过在固体饮料中添加多种益生菌,使多种益生菌之间发生了有益的相互作用,有效增加了肠道菌群的多样性;通过在固体饮料中添加膳食纤维,有利于对人体内的益生菌起到良好的调节作用;通过在固体饮料中添加果蔬酵素,具有调节人体肠道微生态、通便、减肥的效果;通过在固体饮料中添加全脂乳粉与食品添加剂不仅能够提高固体饮料的营养价值,同时有效地改善固体饮料的口感。

技术领域
本发明涉及固体饮料技术领域,具体涉及一种膳食纤维益生菌固体饮料。
背景技术
益生菌是通过定殖在人体内,改变宿主某一部位菌群组成的一类对宿主有益的活性微生物。通过调节宿主黏膜与系统免疫功能或通过调节肠道内菌群平衡,促进营养吸收保持肠道健康的作用,从而产生有利于健康作用的单微生物或组成明确的混合微生物。
但在日常生活中,环境的恶化、不健康的生活方式,同时伴随着生活压力的加大,越来越多的人因过重的精神压力而产生焦虑、抑郁等情绪,导致神经内分泌系统功能失调,以及如今的社会长期大量使用广谱抗生素后,可使大多数敏感菌和正常菌群被抑制或杀死,而耐药菌则由于抗生素的选择作用得以大量繁殖,以上这些因素都会造成肠道生理功能紊乱,使肠道内微生态环境失去平衡,进而造成肠道老化。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于解决上述问题,而提供一种膳食纤维益生菌固体饮料。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的,一种膳食纤维益生菌固体饮料,包括以下几种原料:复合益生菌、麦芽糊精粉、膳食纤维、果蔬酵素、全脂乳粉、食品添加剂;
其中,各种原料的质量百分比为膳食纤维30%-45%、复合益生菌20%-35%、麦芽糊精粉10%-15%、果蔬酵素10%-15%、全脂乳粉10%-15%、食品添加剂1%-8%;
所述复合益生菌包括植物乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、乳酸片球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、发酵乳杆菌。
优选的,所述固体饮料中复合益生菌为干燥粉末状。
优选的,所述膳食纤维为不可溶性膳食纤维,且所述不可溶性膳食纤维为干燥粉末状。
优选的,所述食品添加剂包括维生素、食用色素、甜味剂、酸味剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)通过在固体饮料中添加多种益生菌,使多种益生菌之间发生了有益的相互作用,有效增加了肠道菌群的多样性;
(2)通过在固体饮料中添加膳食纤维,有利于对人体内的益生菌起到良好的调节作用;
(3)通过在固体饮料中添加果蔬酵素,具有调节人体肠道微生态、通便、减肥的效果;
(4)通过在固体饮料中添加全脂乳粉与食品添加剂不仅能够提高固体饮料的价值,同时也能够有效地改善固体饮料的口感。

其中,各种原料的质量百分比为膳食纤维30%-45%、复合益生菌20%-35%、麦芽糊精粉10%-15%、果蔬酵素10%-15%、全脂乳粉10%-15%、食品添加剂1%-8%;
其中,所述复合益生菌包括植物乳杆菌、长双歧杆菌、乳酸片球菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、短双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、发酵乳杆菌。
