Abstract
The invention discloses an ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage box, and belongs to the technical field of nondestructive testing instruments. The flaw detector comprises a flaw detector body and a storage box arranged at the bottom of the flaw detector body; the storage box comprises a shell and a sealing cover, the shell is connected with the flaw detector body, a closed cavity is formed inside the shell and the sealing cover, and the shell and the sealing cover can be opened and closed through a locking mechanism; the cavity is internally provided with a plurality of probe fixing devices, a plurality of connecting wire joint fixing devices and a plurality of winding fixing devices. The invention is convenient for carrying the ultrasonic flaw detector probe and the connecting wire, avoids the loss of the ultrasonic flaw detector probe and the breakage of the connecting wire, and improves the convenience of operation.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of nondestructive testing instruments, and relates to an ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage box.
Background
The ultrasonic flaw detector is a device for detecting the flaw of a part by utilizing the characteristic that ultrasonic energy penetrates into the deep part of a metal material and is reflected at the edge of an interface when the ultrasonic energy enters another section from the section, and probes in different forms are often adopted for different shapes, materials, flaw detection purposes and flaw detection conditions of workpieces, wherein the most common probes are inclined probes and straight probes in different types.
When carrying out high-altitude flaw detection operation, flaw detection personnel are inconvenient to return to a flaw detector storage box for multiple times to replace different probes, and often need to carry a plurality of probes to carry out flaw detection on workpieces, so that the probes are often lost; at ordinary times, the connecting wires of the probes are randomly placed in a flaw detector storage box, and the connecting wires are easy to break.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the ultrasonic flaw detector with the storage box, so that the probe and the connecting wire of the ultrasonic flaw detector can be conveniently carried, the probe of the ultrasonic flaw detector is prevented from being lost and the connecting wire is prevented from being damaged, and the convenience in operation is improved.

Preferably, one end of the shell is hinged to the sealing cover, a U-shaped elastic sheet buckle is arranged at the other end of the shell, and a fastening groove matched with the U-shaped elastic sheet buckle is arranged at the corresponding position of the sealing cover.

The invention has reasonable structural design, is convenient for flaw detection personnel to carry and operate in a complex flaw detection environment, and improves the convenience and the working efficiency of operation.
Further, the shell and the sealing cover are fixed through the U-shaped elastic sheet buckle and the buckling groove, the opening and closing are convenient, and the operation of flaw detection personnel is convenient.
Furthermore, the arrangement mode of the probe fixing device, the connecting wire joint fixing device and the winding fixing device can realize orderly storage of limited space in the cavity, and the space is fully utilized.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following figures and examples:
as shown in fig. 1, the ultrasonic flaw detector with the storage box of the invention comprises a flaw detector body 1 and a storage box 2 arranged at the bottom of the flaw detector body 1; the storage box 2 comprises a shell 3 and a sealing cover 5, the shell 3 is connected with the flaw detector body 1, a closed cavity 4 is formed inside the shell 3 and the sealing cover 5, and the shell 3 and the sealing cover 5 can be opened and closed through a locking mechanism; a plurality of probe fixing devices 6, a plurality of connecting wire joint fixing devices 7 and a plurality of winding fixing devices 8 are arranged in the cavity 4.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, one end of the housing 3 is hinged to the cover 5, and the other end is provided with a U-shaped elastic buckle 10, and a corresponding position of the cover 5 is provided with a buckle slot 11 matching with the U-shaped elastic buckle 10.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of probe holders 6 are distributed in the longitudinal direction within the chamber 4, the plurality of winding holders 8 are disposed around the plurality of probe holders 6, and the plurality of connector terminal holders 7 are disposed outside the connection lines of the plurality of winding holders 8.
Referring to fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the probe fixing device 6 and the connector cable fixing device 7 are spring clips, the spring clips are in the shape of a snap ring with a round upper opening and a round lower opening, the diameter of the round lower opening is the same as that of the probe 12 or the connector cable 14, and the opening has elasticity to facilitate the snap-in of the probe 12 or the connector cable 14.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the winding fixture 8 is a winding post with a bend, as shown in figure 4. Preferably, the ends of the winding post are provided with anti-slip hooks. Preferably, an anti-slip layer, such as a rubber layer or an anti-slip texture layer, is provided around the surface of the post.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the inner surface of the cover 5 is provided with an elastic buffer layer, such as a rubber layer, a sponge layer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flaw detector body 1 and the storage case 2 are detachable.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cover 5 is made of a transparent material.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, a plurality of probe holders 6 are disposed in the cavity 4 of the receiving case 2, one connector holder 7 is disposed on each side of the probe holder 6, and 4 winding holders 8 are disposed around the probe holder 6. The closing cap 5 passes through hinge 9 with shell 3 and is connected, is equipped with U type shell fragment buckle 10 on the closing cap 5, is equipped with catching groove 11 on the casing 3, and U type shell fragment buckle 10 can push into catching groove 11 and seal receiver 2. The plurality of probe holders 6 can receive and hold probes 12 of different sizes and types. The patch cord connector fixing device 7 can fix the patch cord connectors 14 at both ends of the patch cord 13. The lower ends of the 4 columnar winding fixing devices 8 are vertically fixed on the chamber 4, and the upper ends of the winding fixing devices are bent to four corners of the chamber 4 respectively.
When the invention is used:
step 1: the U-shaped elastic sheet buckle 10 on the sealing cover 5 is pressed down, and the storage box 2 is opened;
step 2: respectively clamping the joints of three K2.5\ K2\ K1 inclined probes with different specifications into the probe fixing device 6, and clamping the joint of a straight probe into the probe fixing device 6;
and step 3: connect a joint card of connecting wire 13 into one of them connecting wire joint fixing device 7, then wind connecting wire 13 on connecting wire joint fixing device 7 from bottom to top, connect another joint card of connecting wire 13 into another connecting wire joint fixing device 7 at last, can accomodate the ultrasonic flaw detector probe 12 and the connecting wire 13 of different models simultaneously like this, the connecting wire 13 of flaw detector is around probe 13 can practice thrift the space of accomodating, be convenient for ultrasonic flaw detector probe 12 and connecting wire 13's carry, ultrasonic flaw detector probe 12 has been avoided losing and connecting wire 13's breakage.

Claims (10)
1. An ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage box is characterized by comprising a flaw detector body (1) and the storage box (2) arranged at the bottom of the flaw detector body (1); the storage box (2) comprises a shell (3) and a sealing cover (5), the shell (3) is connected with the flaw detector body (1), a closed cavity (4) is formed inside the shell (3) and the sealing cover (5), and the shell (3) and the sealing cover (5) can be opened and closed through a locking mechanism; a plurality of probe fixing devices (6), a plurality of connecting wire joint fixing devices (7) and a plurality of winding fixing devices (8) are arranged in the cavity (4).

The ultrasonic flaw detector with the storage box according to claim 1, wherein one end of the housing (3) is hinged to the sealing cover (5), the other end of the housing is provided with a U-shaped elastic sheet buckle (10), and a buckle groove (11) matched with the U-shaped elastic sheet buckle (10) is formed in the corresponding position of the sealing cover (5).

The ultrasonic flaw detector with the storage box according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of probe fixing devices (6) are distributed in a length direction in the chamber (4), a plurality of wire winding fixing devices (8) are arranged around the plurality of probe fixing devices (6), and a plurality of connecting wire terminal fixing devices (7) are arranged outside connecting wires of the plurality of wire winding fixing devices (8).
4. The ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage box according to claim 1, wherein the probe fixing device (6) and the connecting wire terminal fixing device (7) are spring clips.
5. The ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage box according to claim 1, wherein the winding fixing device (8) is a winding post with a curvature.
6. The ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage box according to claim 5, wherein a slip-off preventing hook is provided around an end of the column.
7. The ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage box according to claim 5, wherein an anti-slip layer is provided around the surface of the post.
8. The ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage box according to claim 1, wherein an elastic buffer layer is provided on an inner surface of the cover (5).
9. The ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage case according to claim 1, wherein the flaw detector body (1) and the storage case (2) are detachably structured.
10. The ultrasonic flaw detector with a storage box according to claim 1, wherein the cover (5) is made of a transparent material.
