Abstract
A kiln oven comprises a base, an oven body, a gas supply assembly and a combustion device, wherein the base comprises a base body and a bearing piece, the base body is provided with a first space, and the bearing piece is detachably arranged on the base body; the furnace body is provided with an inlet and a second space and is combined with the base body; the gas supply assembly is arranged on the base body, and a part of the gas supply assembly is positioned in the first space; the combustion device is positioned in the second space; the bearing piece can be separated from the base body and moved out of the furnace body from the inlet, so that the first space is communicated with the second space. Therefore, the operation space inside the kiln and oven is increased, and a user can conveniently maintain the kiln and oven.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to heating devices; in particular to a kiln oven heated by gas.
Background
Traditional kiln ovens are built with stone, firewood is placed in the kiln ovens, after the firewood is ignited, flame is enabled to heat the interior of the ovens, and then food materials are placed in the kiln ovens to be baked. Although the traditional kiln oven can achieve the purpose of heating food materials, the firewood is used as a heat source, so that the heating efficiency is poor, and a large amount of smoke is generated to pollute air.
In order to solve the above problems, manufacturers developed a gas-burning oven, such as taiwan patent No. M56762, which includes a furnace body and a base, a base is disposed between the furnace body and the base, and the base is fixed on the base and used for placing an object to be heated. The burner is provided in the stove body, and the base is provided with a gas supply component such as a gas valve.
Although the existing kiln oven can improve the defects of the traditional kiln oven, because the base is positioned at the bottom of the oven body, when a user wants to maintain the combustion device in the oven body, the user needs to extend a tool into the oven cavity of the oven body, but the space of the oven cavity is limited, so that the operation space of the user is limited, and the maintenance is difficult. In addition, when the gas supply assembly in the base is to be maintained, the base is disassembled to access the gas supply assembly, which is not easy to maintain.
Therefore, the design of the existing kiln and oven is still not perfect and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a kiln, which can increase the working space for maintenance.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a kiln, comprising a base, a furnace body, a gas supply assembly and a combustion device, wherein the base comprises a base body and a supporting member, the base body has an upper opening and a first space inside the base body, the first space is communicated with the upper opening, and the supporting member is detachably disposed on the base body and covers the upper opening; the furnace body is provided with an inlet and a lower opening, a second space is arranged in the furnace body and is communicated with the inlet and the lower opening, and the furnace body is combined with the base body and the lower opening faces the bearing piece; the gas supply assembly is arranged on the base body, a part of the gas supply assembly is positioned in the first space, and the gas supply assembly is communicated with a gas source; the combustion device is positioned in the second space and is communicated with the gas supply assembly; the bearing piece can be separated from the base body and moved out of the furnace body from the inlet, so that the first space is communicated with the second space.
The invention has the advantages that after the bearing piece is moved out from the inlet, the operation space in the kiln and the oven can be increased without the obstruction of the bearing piece between the first space and the second space, and a user can conveniently maintain the gas supply assembly or the combustion device.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the present invention, a preferred embodiment will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to 14, a kiln according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a base 10, a furnace body 30, a gas supply assembly 42 and a burner 48, wherein:
the base 10 includes a base 12 and a supporting member 22, wherein the base 12 has an upper opening 12a and the base 12 has a first space 12b therein, and the upper opening 12a is located above the first space 12b and is communicated with the first space 12 b. In this embodiment, the housing 12 includes a front plate 14 and a bracket 16, the front plate 14 faces the front side (i.e. the position of the user) of the kiln, and the bracket 16 is located at the upper opening 12 a. The base 12 further includes two coupling portions 18, the two coupling portions 18 are located at two sides of the upper opening 12a, in other words, the upper opening 12a is located between the two coupling portions 18, at least one first coupling member 20 is disposed on each coupling portion 18, in this embodiment, a plurality of first coupling members 20 are taken as an example, more specifically, each coupling portion 18 has at least one coupling hole 182, in this embodiment, a plurality of coupling holes 182 are taken as an example, the coupling holes 182 of each coupling portion 18 are arranged along an axial direction, and each first coupling member 20 is detachably coupled to each coupling hole 182. More specifically, each of the coupling holes 182 is a screw hole, each of the first coupling members 20 has a head portion 202 and a threaded section 204, and each of the threaded sections 204 is coupled to each of the coupling holes 182.
The supporting member 22 is detachably disposed on the base 12 and covers the upper opening 12 a. In this embodiment, the supporting member 22 includes a supporting plate 24 and two supporting plates 26, the supporting plate 24 is detachably disposed on the base 12 and covers the upper opening 12a, more specifically, the supporting plate 24 is disposed on the bracket 16, the supporting plate 24 has an outer end 242, two handles 244 are connected to the outer end 242, and a user can fasten the two handles 244 with his/her fingers to lift or pull the supporting plate 24 from the bracket 16. The two carrier plates 26 are detachably disposed on the supporting plate 24. The support plate 24 is made of metal, and each of the support plates 26 may be a stone plate, but not limited thereto, and may also be a metal plate, a ceramic plate, or the like. The number of the carrier plates 26 may be at least one. The carrier 22 may further include an insulation pad 28, wherein the insulation pad 28 is located between the two carrier boards 26 and the supporting board 24 to block the heat energy of the two carrier boards 26 from being transferred downward to the first space 12 b.
In this embodiment, a detachable stopper 62 is further disposed above the front side plate 14 of the seat body 12, and the stopper 62 is located outside the outer end 242 of the supporting plate 24 and is configured to abut against the outer end 242 of the supporting plate 24, so as to prevent the supporting plate 24 from moving. More specifically, an extending plate 142 is disposed on the top of the front side plate 14, two screw holes 142a are formed on the extending plate 142, the stopper 62 is a frame and has an inner side 622 and an outer side 624, the inner side 622 faces the outer end 242 of the supporting plate 24, two through holes 624a are formed on the outer side 624, and two locking bolts 66 pass through the two through holes 624a and are locked into the two screw holes 142a, so as to fix the stopper 62 above the front side plate 14 of the seat body 12. The inner side surface 622 is recessed to form two openings 622a (refer to fig. 12), and the two handles 244 respectively extend into the two openings 622a to accommodate the two handles 244, so that the inner side surface 622 can be abutted against the outer end 242 of the supporting plate.
The furnace body 30 has an inlet 30a and a lower opening 30b, the furnace body 30 has a second space 30c therein, the second space 30c communicates with the inlet 30a and the lower opening 30b, wherein the furnace body 30 includes a front panel 32, two side walls 34 and an outer cover, the front panel 32 has the inlet 30a, and the lower opening 30b is provided between the bottoms of the two side walls 34. The bottoms of the two side walls 34 are respectively disposed on the two combining portions 18 of the seat body 12, and the bottom of each side wall 34 is provided with at least one second combining member 40, in this embodiment, taking a plurality of second combining members 40 as an example, each second combining member 40 is detachably combined with each first combining member 20, so that the furnace body 30 is combined with the seat body 12, the lower opening 30b of the furnace body 30 faces the upper surface of the carrier plate 26 of the carrier 22, and the stopper 62 is located at the bottom of the inlet 30 a.
In this embodiment, a combination frame 36 is disposed at the bottom of each sidewall 34, the two combination frames 36 are elongated and extend along the same direction, each combination frame 36 has at least one through hole 362, and in this embodiment, a plurality of through holes 362 are taken as an example. The through holes 362 of the coupling frames 36 constitute the second coupling members 40. Each of the first coupling members 20 passes through each of the through holes 362 and the threaded section 204 is coupled in each of the coupling holes 182, and the head of each of the first coupling members 20 presses against the periphery of each of the through holes 362 of each of the coupling frames 36 to fix the two sidewalls 34 to the coupling portion 18 of the base 12. The outer cover 38 covers the two sidewalls 34.
Each of the through holes 362 includes a first through hole section 362a and a second through hole section 362b communicating with each other in the longitudinal direction of each of the coupling frames 36, and each of the first through hole sections 362a is closer to the inlet 30a than each of the second through hole sections 362 b. The aperture of each of the first perforated sections 362a is larger than the aperture of each of the second perforated sections 362 b; the outer diameter of the head portion 202 of each of the first coupling members 20 is smaller than the diameter of each of the first perforated sections 362a and larger than the diameter of each of the second perforated sections 362 b. The head 202 of each first connecting member 20 passes through each second penetrating section 362b and is forced downward against the periphery of each second penetrating section 362 b.
In addition, in this embodiment, a plurality of elastic gaskets 68 are further disposed on each of the combining frames 36, each of the elastic gaskets 68 includes a fixed section 70 and an elastic section, each of the fixed sections 70 is combined with each of the combining frames 36 and located around each of the first perforated sections 362a, each of the elastic sections 72 is located between the head 202 of each of the first combining members 20 and each of the second perforated sections 362b, each of the elastic gaskets 68 has a through hole 682, the through hole 682 includes a first through hole section 682a and a second through hole section 682b which are communicated with each other, and an outer diameter of the head 202 of each of the first combining members 20 is smaller than an aperture of each of the first through hole sections 682a and larger than an aperture of each of the second through hole sections 682 b; each of the first through hole segments 682a is located at the fixed segment 70 and corresponds to each of the first through hole segments 362a, and each of the second through hole segments 682b is located at the elastic segment 72 and corresponds to each of the second through hole segments 362 b.
Referring to fig. 9, during assembly, the furnace body 30 can be moved to the seat body 12, the two combining frames 36 face the two combining portions 18, the first combining members 20 pass through the second through-hole segments 682b and the second through-hole segments 362b, and the head 202 of the first combining members 20 is pressed against the periphery of the second through-hole segments 362b by the elastic segments 72. The elastic section 72 of the elastic washer 68 can increase the pressing force to prevent the threaded section 204 of the first engaging member 20 from being released from the engaging hole 182.
In practice, the elastic gasket 68 may be optionally omitted, so that the head of each first connecting element 20 directly abuts against the periphery of each second through hole section 362 b.
Referring to fig. 10, when the furnace body 30 is to be detached from the base 12, after the first connecting members 20 are unscrewed from the connecting holes 182, the furnace body 30 can be pushed forward and backward without detaching the first connecting members 20 from the connecting holes 182, so that the furnace body 30 can move relative to the base 12 along the long axis direction relative to the connecting frames 36, and the head 202 of each first connecting member 20 is located in each first through hole section 362a, so that the furnace body 30 can be moved away from the base 12. On the contrary, in the state of fig. 10, the furnace body 30 is pushed from the back to the front, the head 202 of each first connecting member 20 is located in each second through hole section 362b, and the furnace body 30 can be fixed on the base body 12 by locking the first connecting members 20.
In addition, during assembly, before the furnace body 30 is placed on the seat 12, the first connecting members 20 may be pre-locked into the connecting holes 182, then the furnace body is placed on the seat 12 (as shown in fig. 10), and then the furnace body 30 is pushed from the back to the front, so that the head 202 of each first connecting member 20 is located in each second through-hole section 362b, and then the first connecting members 20 are locked (see fig. 9).
The gas supply assembly 42 is disposed on the base 12 and a part of the gas supply assembly 42 is located in the first space 12b, and the gas supply assembly 42 is connected to a gas source. In this embodiment, the gas supply assembly 42 includes a gas regulating valve 44 and a gas pipe 46, the gas regulating valve 44 is disposed on the front plate 14 and the knob 442 thereof is located outside the front plate 14.
The combustion device 48 is located in the second space 30c, in this embodiment, the combustion device 48 includes a fixing frame 50, a plurality of burners 52 and an infrared generating assembly 54, the fixing frame 50 is mounted on the seat body 12 away from the front side plate 14, the plurality of burners 52 are combined with the fixing frame 50 and are communicated with the gas pipeline 46 of the gas supply assembly 42, and the number of burners 52 may be at least one. The infrared generating assembly 54 is coupled to the fixing frame 50 and located above the plurality of burners 52. The combustion device 48 also includes an igniter 56, the igniter 56 being located to one side of the plurality of burners 52.
The front plate 14 of the housing 12 is further provided with an ignition switch 58, and the ignition switch 58 is connected to the igniter 56 through a wire 60. When the user presses the ignition switch 58 and rotates the knob of the gas adjusting valve 44 to open the gas, the gas is output to the burner 52 through the gas pipe 46, and the spark generated by the igniter 56 is guided from the gas output from the burner 52 to generate a flame, which heats the infrared ray generating assembly 54 to generate infrared rays to be emitted toward the upper surface of the carrier plate 26. Thus, the heat energy generated by the combustion device 48 acts on the second space 30c to heat the object to be heated in the second space 30 c.
Referring to fig. 12 to 13, after the stopper 62 is detached from the base 12, the two handles 244 are exposed, and a user pulls the two handles 244 outward with fingers, so that the bearing member 22 is separated from the base 12 and moves out of the furnace body 30 from the inlet 30 a. Referring to fig. 14, at this time, the first space 12b of the base 12 can be communicated with the second space 30c of the furnace body 30, so that there is no separation of the bearing member 22 between the first space 12b and the second space 30c, and the working space inside the kiln can be increased, thereby facilitating the maintenance of the gas supply assembly 42 or the burner 48 by the user. It should be noted that, when the user needs a larger operation space, the furnace body 30 can be detached from the seat body 12, which is beneficial to the operation.

Claims (11)
1. A kiln oven, comprising:
the base comprises a base body and a bearing piece, wherein the base body is provided with an upper opening, a first space is arranged in the base body, the first space is communicated with the upper opening, and the bearing piece is detachably arranged on the base body and covers the upper opening;
the furnace body is provided with an inlet and a lower opening, a second space is arranged in the furnace body and is communicated with the inlet and the lower opening, and the furnace body is combined with the base body and the lower opening faces the bearing piece;
the gas supply assembly is arranged on the base body, part of the gas supply assembly is positioned in the first space, and the gas supply assembly is communicated with a gas source;

the bearing piece can be separated from the base body and moved out of the furnace body from the inlet, so that the first space is communicated with the second space.

The kiln oven of claim 1, wherein the top portion of the housing has two joining portions with the upper opening therebetween, each joining portion having a first joining feature; the furnace body comprises two side walls, the lower opening is formed between the bottoms of the two side walls, the bottom of each side wall is arranged in each combination part, a second combination part is arranged at the bottom of each side wall, and each second combination part is detachably combined with each first combination part.

The kiln oven of claim 6, wherein each of the coupling portions has a coupling aperture, each of the first coupling members being coupled in each of the coupling apertures, each of the first coupling members having a head portion; the bottom of each side wall is provided with a combination frame, each combination frame is provided with a through hole, and each through hole forms each second combination piece; each first combining piece penetrates through each through hole and is combined with each combining hole, and the head of each first combining piece exerts force downwards to press the periphery of each through hole of each combining frame.
