Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco, and particularly relates to an electromagnetic induction heating cigarette integrating a susceptor and an induction coil.
Background
The smoke generated in the combustion process of tobacco contains various cancerogenic substances such as tar, solid suspended particles and the like, so that the smoke can be extremely harmful to the health of human bodies, and the secondhand smoke diffused in the air can also be harmful to the health of surrounding people. Therefore, most public places are allowed to prohibit smoking, and then, in order to meet the demands of consumers, the heating of the non-burning cigarettes should be generated. The heating non-combustible cigarette is a smoking mode for heating tobacco substances through the electronic heating equipment, is a novel tobacco product for generating smokeable aerosol through heating the tobacco substances through the electronic heating equipment, and greatly reduces potential health risks through the product attribute of heating but not burning on the basis of providing the smoking feeling of the consumer burning smoking type cigarette, thereby providing a new consumption choice for the consumer.
At present, the research direction of a heating mode for heating the non-combustible cigarettes is mainly electromagnetic induction heating. The electromagnetic induction heating utilizes the high-frequency current heating principle to convert alternating current into high-frequency current so as to generate a high-frequency magnetic field, and when magnetic force lines in the magnetic field act on the heating element, the magnetic force lines are cut to generate a large number of small eddy currents, so that the heating element can generate heat rapidly, and the purpose of heating cigarettes is achieved.
The existing electromagnetic induction heating smoking set is formed by assembling parts such as an oscillating circuit, an induction coil, a susceptor, a shell and the like, when a cigarette is inserted into and pulled out of a heating cavity, the susceptor is easy to damage due to the existence of resistance, and the service life of the electromagnetic induction heating smoking set is greatly reduced. Second, during heating of the cigarette, particles generated by the wick segment may adhere to the surface of the susceptor, and the adhering particles and residues may hinder the operation of the susceptor; at the same time, when the consumer sucks on cigarettes of different flavors, these adhering particles and residues break down the different flavors to affect the consumer's experience. In addition, the existing electromagnetic induction heating smoking set combines the oscillating circuit, the induction coil, the receptor, the shell and other parts, so that the smoking set is difficult to clean, the heat distribution is uneven, and the like, consumers need to clean the receptor and the induction element regularly, and if the cleaning method is improper, the receptor is easy to damage.
The patent CN106255429a places the susceptor of the electromagnetic induction heating smoking set in the form of a strip on the core section of the cigarette, and the strip susceptor changes the susceptor as a component of the smoking set into a component of the cigarette. However, since the induction coil still exists in the smoking set, chemical residues volatilized from the tobacco core section during long-time suction can be attached to the induction coil, and the induction coil for cleaning the smoking set still has certain difficulty. Meanwhile, because the electromagnetic induction heating cigarette and the smoking set are manufactured in batches, the induction coil in the smoking set and the strip-shaped susceptor in the cigarette are possibly on different axes, so that the magnetic induction lines are askew and can not be completely acted on the susceptor, thereby reducing the heating efficiency of the smoking set. In addition, the induction coil is arranged in the smoking set, the heating working curve of the smoking set is fixed, but the chemical components of cigarettes of different brands or different tastes are different, the ideal heating working curve of the corresponding cigarettes is different, and the heating efficiency maximization of the cigarettes cannot be realized by changing the thickness of the coil lines and the density of the coil.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention completely moves the induction coil and the sensor which are components of the traditional electromagnetic induction heating device into the tobacco core section of the cigarette, and the cigarette is disposable; the cigarette is used as a combined smoking set, so that the heating efficiency of the smoking set and cigarettes is improved, and no residue exists in the smoking set.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
An electromagnetic induction heating cigarette integrating an induction coil and a susceptor, wherein the susceptor 2 and the induction coil 3 are embedded into a cigarette core section 1 of the cigarette; the susceptor 2 is in direct physical contact with the wick segment 1.
Preferably, susceptor 2 and induction coil 3 are coaxial and arranged along the axial direction of the core segment 1 of the cigarette.
Preferably, the susceptor 2 is hollow cylindrical or conical, and the induction coil 3 is arranged inside or outside the susceptor 2.
Preferably, said induction coil 3 is printed inside or outside the susceptor 2, ensuring that the susceptor 2 is in direct physical contact with said wick segment 1.
Preferably, the surface of the susceptor 2 is provided with a protective layer, such as grade 410, grade 420 or grade 430 stainless steel; the surface of the induction coil 3 is provided with an insulating layer. The protective and insulating layer induction coil 3 and the susceptor 2 do not short.
Preferably, the thickness of the lines of the induction coil 3 and the degree of the density of the induction coil 3 may be changed.
Preferably, the susceptor 2 is made of any material capable of being heated by electromagnetic induction to a temperature sufficient to release nicotine from the wick segment; preferably the susceptor 2 is a ferromagnetic material such as ferrite, ferromagnetic steel, etc., or a stainless steel material such as grade 410, grade 420 or grade 430 stainless steel, etc.
Preferably, the protective layer of the surface of the susceptor 2 is a glass, ceramic or inert metal coating.
Preferably, two ends of the induction coil 3 are exposed from the tobacco core section 1 to serve as two electrodes, and a susceptor can be matched with the smoking set to heat the tobacco core section 1; an insulating layer is arranged between the two ends of the induction coil 3.
Preferably, the whole body of the electromagnetic induction heating cigarette is wrapped by aluminum foil paper 9.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. Is convenient for cleaning the smoking set. The invention moves the induction coil and the receptor which are components of the traditional electromagnetic induction heating device into the tobacco core section of the cigarette, and the cigarette can not pollute the smoking set even if the induction coil and the receptor are attached with particles and compounds in the heating process because the cigarette is disposable.
2. The cigarette is heated more properly. The traditional electromagnetic induction heating smoking set can heat cigarettes with different brands or different tastes, and each cigarette corresponds to different optimal heating curves due to the differences of the tastes and brands of the cigarettes. According to the invention, the tobacco rod is matched with coils with different diameters and different degrees of density, so that the axial heating of the tobacco rod and the tobacco core section material of the tobacco rod are matched and suitable.
3. The miniaturization and simplification of the smoking set device. The arrangement of the induction coil and susceptor in the disposable cigarette rather than in the smoking set can greatly simplify the smoking set structure and miniaturize the device.
4. The invention embeds the sensor and the induction coil into the cigarette core section, the inner side of the cigarette paper of the whole cigarette is provided with the aluminum foil, the aluminum foil plays a certain shielding role on the magnetic induction wire, prevents the magnetic induction wire from overflowing and has a protection role on a smoker.
5. Since the electromagnetic induction heating principle has a skin effect, the electromagnetic induction energy is mainly concentrated on the surface of the susceptor, so that the susceptor is buried in the wick section in a hollow form, the shape of the susceptor can be a hollow cylinder or a cone, and the hollow cylinder is preferable in order to ensure the uniformity of heating and the simplicity of the manufacturing process.
