Technical Field
The present invention relates to electronic card trays, and particularly to an electronic card tray for use in the field of communications.
Background
The smart phone is one of the electronic devices essential to life of people, and generally, the smart phone uses a card holder to carry an electronic card and is inserted into the smart phone to realize a communication function, such as an SIM card, also called a Nano SIM card.
Please refer to chinese invention patent No. 201711202507.5, published in 2018, 4, 20, which discloses a card holder, the card holder has a card holder body, the card holder body includes: the tray cover is fixed on one side of the frame body, and a thimble hole is formed in the tray cover so that a thimble can be conveniently inserted and the card withdrawing action is realized.
However, when no thimble is arranged in the hand of a user, the user cannot withdraw from the card holder, and the electronic card cannot be replaced in time, so that great inconvenience is brought to life; and the design of the thimble hole is not favorable for the aesthetic appearance of the electronic equipment, and is also very easy to cause the phenomena of short circuit and the like caused by the entering of substances such as water, oil stains and the like into the electronic equipment.
It is therefore desirable to provide a new electronic card tray that overcomes the above-mentioned deficiencies.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an electronic card tray which is convenient to withdraw or install.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: an electronic card tray is inserted into electronic card equipment in an insertion direction and is provided with a bracket, a movable door movably connected to one end of the bracket and an elastic piece positioned between the bracket and the movable door; the bracket is provided with a through hole, the movable door is provided with an inverted L-shaped sliding groove, and the inverted L-shaped sliding groove comprises a vertical groove in the same direction as the insertion direction and a horizontal groove perpendicular to the insertion direction; the electronic card tray is provided with a rivet penetrating through the through hole and the inverted L-shaped sliding groove, when the movable door moves along the horizontal direction perpendicular to the inserting direction, the rivet moves along the horizontal groove of the inverted L-shaped sliding groove, when the rivet is located in the vertical groove, the elastic piece pushes the movable door and the bracket, so that the movable door freely moves relative to the bracket, the rivet moves along the vertical groove, and the movable door and the bracket are inserted into or moved out of the electronic card equipment along the inserting direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the movable door includes a support and a door plate, the elastic member is located between the support and the bracket, and the door plate moves relative to the support to realize locking or releasing action with the electronic card device; the inverted L-shaped chute is arranged on the door panel.
In a preferred embodiment, the bracket has a guide groove extending in a horizontal direction, and the door panel moves in the guide groove.
In a preferred embodiment, the guide groove penetrates the bracket in the insertion direction, the door panel has a slider penetrating the guide groove, and the inverted L-shaped chute is located on the slider.
In a preferred embodiment, the door panel has a plastic plate and a metal member that is integrally injection molded with the plastic plate.
In a preferred embodiment, the elastic members are provided in a pair, and the bracket has a protruding pillar, and one end of each of the pair of elastic members is respectively sleeved on the protruding pillar.
In a preferred embodiment, the bracket has a receiving groove for receiving the elastic member and the boss.
In a preferred embodiment, the door panel is provided with a transverse slot, the support has a through hole, and the electronic card tray has a rivet passing through the through hole and the transverse slot, the rivet moving within the transverse slot so that the door panel moves relative to the support.
In a preferred embodiment, the electronic card tray has a spring supported between the bracket and the door plate, and the door plate has a locking block for locking the electronic device, and the locking block and the spring are respectively located at two ends of the door plate in the horizontal direction.
In a preferred embodiment, the slider has a notch at a distal end thereof, and the bracket has a fool-proof portion for receiving the notch.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the elastic piece is arranged between the bracket and the movable door, the inverted L-shaped sliding groove is formed in the movable door, so that the movable door and the electronic equipment are separated or buckled with each other when the rivet moves in the horizontal groove of the inverted L-shaped sliding groove, and the movable door and the bracket exit or enter the electronic equipment together when the rivet moves back and forth in the vertical groove of the inverted L-shaped sliding groove. Compared with the prior art, the invention not only is convenient for withdrawing or installing the electronic card tray, but also does not need to additionally arrange an ejector pin structure, thereby reducing the cost and leading the product to be beautiful.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and fig. 6, an electronic card tray 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is inserted into an electronic device 200 in an insertion direction a, the electronic card device has a socket 1, an electronic card connector is installed in the socket, and the electronic card tray is inserted into the electronic card connector (not shown) to implement communication or data transmission, the electronic card tray 100 includes a bracket 10, a movable door 20 movably connected to one end of the bracket, an elastic member 30 between the bracket 10 and the movable door 20, a plurality of rivets 40 and a spring 50, and at least one rivet 40 connects the bracket 10 and the movable door 20.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the bracket 10 has a through hole 11 and a receiving space 14 for receiving an electronic card, the through hole 11 is located at one end of the receiving space 14, the movable door 20 has an inverted L-shaped sliding slot 21, and the inverted L-shaped sliding slot 21 includes a vertical slot 210 in the same direction as the insertion direction a and a horizontal slot 211 perpendicular to the insertion direction; the rivet 40 passes through the through hole 11 and the inverted-L-shaped chute 21, the movable door 20 moves along a horizontal direction perpendicular to the insertion direction, the rivet 40 moves along the horizontal groove 211 of the inverted-L-shaped chute 21 and enters the vertical groove 210, the elastic member 30 pushes the movable door 20 to move the rivet 40 along the vertical groove 210, and when the rivet 40 is located at the tail end of the vertical groove 210, the movable door 20 drives the bracket 10 to move out of the electronic card device 200 along the reverse direction of the insertion direction a, thereby realizing the process of mounting the electronic card tray; on the contrary, the reverse process can also realize the process of pulling out the electronic card tray, and realize the installation or the removal of the electronic card. Compared with the prior art, the electronic card tray does not need to be provided with ejector pins, reduces the manufacturing cost, does not need to be provided with ejector holes, is attractive in appearance, and facilitates the ejection or insertion of the electronic card tray.
In this embodiment, the movable door 20 includes a bracket 22, a door plate 23, and a latch 24 on the electronic device, where the latch 24 is disposed on the door plate 23, the elastic element 30 is located between the bracket 22 and the bracket 10, the bracket 22 has a guide slot 220 extending along a horizontal direction, and the door plate 23 moves in the guide slot 220 of the bracket 22 to realize a locking or releasing action of the latch 24 and the electronic device; the inverted L-shaped sliding slot is disposed on the door panel, and the guide slot 220 guides the door panel 23 to move, so as to prevent deviation.
Of course, the guide slot 220 penetrates the bracket 22 along the insertion direction a, the door panel 23 has a slider 230 penetrating the guide slot 220, and the inverted L-shaped chute 21 is located on the slider 230. The door panel 23 includes a plastic plate 25 and a metal member 26, and the metal member 26 is integrally injection-molded with the plastic plate 25 to reinforce the strength of the door panel 23. The slider 230 has a notch 231 at its end, and the bracket 10 has a fool-proof portion 13 for receiving the notch, thereby preventing the door panel 23 from being excessively pressed into the bracket 10 and being installed in the bracket 10 in an abnormal manner.
The door panel 23 is provided with a transverse slot 27 and the bracket 22 is provided with a through hole 221, the rivet 40 passes through the through hole 221 and the transverse slot 27, and the transverse slot 27 guides the rivet 40 to move transversely, so that the door panel 23 moves relative to the bracket 22. The lateral groove 27 and the inverted-L-shaped slide groove 21 are arranged in the front-back direction of the insertion direction A, so that the size of the electronic card tray can be reduced and the electronic card tray can be miniaturized.
The two ends of the support 22 are respectively provided with a pair of protruding columns 222, the bracket 10 has a receiving slot 12 corresponding to the protruding columns 222, the elastic members 30 are arranged in a pair, one end of each elastic member 30 is respectively sleeved on the protruding column 222, the other end of each elastic member 30 abuts against the bracket 10, and the elastic members 30 and the protruding columns 222 are received in the receiving slot 12 together.
The spring 50 is supported between the bracket 22 and the door panel 23, the latch 24 and the spring 50 are respectively located at two horizontal ends of the door panel 23, and one end of the bracket 22 is provided with a positioning post 28 sleeved in the spring 50.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination with fig. 4 to 6, when the electronic card tray is taken out, the door plate 23 is moved horizontally, and the door plate 23 moves in the guiding groove 220, and simultaneously, the pair of rivets 40 respectively move along the transverse groove 27 and the inverted L-shaped sliding groove 21, when one of the rivets moves to the vertical groove 210 of the inverted L-shaped sliding groove 21 (as shown in fig. 5), the elastic member 30 pushes the moving door 20 and the bracket 10 to separate the moving door 20 from the bracket 10, and when the rivet 40 moves to the end of the vertical groove 210 (as shown in fig. 6), the moving door 20 drives the bracket 10 to move out of the electronic card apparatus together, so as to achieve the process of taking out or installing the electronic card. Similarly, when the electronic card tray is inserted, the process is reversed, and will not be described again.
According to the invention, the elastic element 30 is arranged between the bracket 10 and the movable door 20, and the inverted L-shaped sliding groove 21 is arranged on the movable door 20, so that when the rivet 40 moves in the horizontal groove 211 of the inverted L-shaped sliding groove 21, the movable door 20 and the electronic equipment are separated from each other or buckled with each other, and when the rivet 40 moves back and forth in the vertical groove 210 of the inverted L-shaped sliding groove 21, the movable door 20 and the bracket 10 exit or enter the electronic equipment together. Compared with the prior art, the invention not only is convenient for withdrawing or installing the electronic card tray, but also does not need to additionally arrange an ejector pin structure, thereby reducing the cost and leading the product to be beautiful.
In summary, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be limited to the scope of the present invention, and all the equivalent changes and modifications made by the claims and the specification of the present invention should still fall within the scope of the present invention.
