Abstract
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to an RJ45 high-speed signal conversion device which comprises an RJ45 head, a shell and a circuit board, wherein the RJ45 head comprises a plastic shell and a metal sheet contacted with an RJ45 socket contact pin, and part of the circuit board extends into the RJ45 head; the plug comprises an outer shell and a wiring core positioned in the outer shell, wherein a wire breaking groove is formed in the wiring core, a wire breaking connecting sheet is arranged in the wire breaking groove, a flexible connecting part is arranged on the side surface of the outer shell and corresponds to the wire breaking groove of the wiring core, and a wire pressing block corresponding to the wire breaking groove is arranged on the inner side of the flexible connecting part; the front end of the wiring core is provided with a slot for inserting the circuit board. The invention is convenient to adapt to international universal RJ45 standard and replace, and breaks through the transmission limit of the conventional network; the wiring mode of left and right separation is adopted to increase the wire core spacing and reduce transmission interference; the contact pin structure of the conventional RJ45 interface is removed, so that signal crosstalk brought by the contact pin is avoided; the contact area is larger, and the problem of poor contact caused by pin oxidation is effectively prevented.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a signal conversion device based on RJ 45.
Background
RJ45 is one of the information (i.e., communications outlet) connectors in wiring systems, consisting of a plug (connector, crystal header) with 8 recesses and 8 contacts and a socket (module). RJ is an abbreviation for Registered Jack, meaning "Registered Jack". RJ is the interface in the FCC (federal communications commission standards and regulations) that describes public telecommunication networks and RJ45 for computer networks is the common name for a standard 8-bit modular interface.
And the terminal network wiring is carried out by adopting twisted pairs. The crosstalk of twisted pair wires has been minimized and reduced by the twisting of the two wires, but at the time of access to the terminal, through at least one set of network splices, there is no way to reduce crosstalk in the splices. The crosstalk generation has an influence on network delay, and high delay has a great influence on performance attenuation when applied to a high-speed network, and even bandwidth cannot be well utilized, so that bandwidth loss is caused.

In order to overcome the signal attenuation problem of the RJ45 in the interface in the current international standard, the invention provides an RJ45 high-speed signal conversion device, which reduces crosstalk in signal transmission.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an RJ45 high-speed signal conversion device comprises an RJ45 head, a shell and a circuit board, wherein the RJ45 head comprises a plastic shell and a metal sheet contacted with an RJ45 socket contact pin, part of the circuit board extends into the RJ45 head, the metal sheet is contacted with a circuit on the circuit board to transmit signals, the rear end of the shell is provided with a socket, a golden finger is arranged on the circuit board, and the golden finger is positioned in the socket; the plug comprises an outer shell and a wiring core positioned in the outer shell, wherein a wire breaking groove is formed in the wiring core, a wire breaking connecting sheet is arranged in the wire breaking groove, a flexible connecting part is arranged on the side surface of the outer shell and corresponds to the wire breaking groove of the wiring core, and a wire pressing block corresponding to the wire breaking groove is arranged on the inner side of the flexible connecting part; the front end of the wiring core is provided with a slot for inserting the circuit board, and the wire breaking connecting sheet extends into the slot and is used for contacting with a golden finger of the circuit board. The circuit board in the socket is divided into a left part and a right part and adopts double-layer wiring. The signal receiving circuit and the signal sending circuit on the circuit board in the socket are respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the circuit board.
