The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an internet of things household fire safety system and a fire alarm controller thereof, which can complete data communication, multimedia interaction and control, aiming at the current situation of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
an Internet of things household fire safety system is composed of a service platform, a user mobile phone APP, a fire alarm controller, intelligent terminal equipment and terminal linkage equipment; the terminal linkage equipment is a linkage device which is controlled by an intelligent terminal equipment circuit and has a linkage function; the intelligent terminal equipment is connected with a communication circuit of the fire alarm controller and is used for detecting a fire alarm signal and controlling the terminal linkage equipment to act while feeding the detected fire alarm signal back to the fire alarm controller; the fire alarm controller is connected with the APP of the user mobile phone and the service platform through network signals, and is used for finishing data communication, multimedia interaction and control with the service platform and the intelligent terminal equipment; the user mobile phone APP is used for managing, binding, modifying, inquiring and controlling the intelligent terminal equipment through the fire alarm controller, and receiving message push, short messages and calls from the service platform when the equipment is in fire alarm; the service platform is used for binding, maintaining, modifying, inquiring and data storage summarizing statistics of daily equipment and providing project management functions for users, and the service platform can timely push messages, dial alarm calls and send short messages to the outside when receiving fire alarm signals sent by the fire alarm controller.

the intelligent terminal equipment comprises an independent smoke sensing fire detection alarm for detecting smoke signals and an independent combustible gas detector for detecting combustible gas.
The invention also provides a fire alarm controller of the Internet of things household fire safety system, which comprises a controller shell with a rectangular structure, wherein a system mainboard, a system control board and a key board which are connected through a circuit are arranged in the controller shell, and the top surface of the controller shell is also provided with a touch display screen and two operation buttons; the touch display screen is connected with a system main board through a circuit and used for displaying the running state, the position and relevant data information of the computer and providing a visual man-machine interaction operation interface; the two operating buttons are in press contact with the two functional buttons on the key board; the system mainboard is provided with a wireless communication module for providing wireless communication and data transmission functions; the both sides face of controller shell all is equipped with interface unit, and interface unit is used for the net gape and the expansion interface of networking and sets up the SB interface that is used for pegging graft USB flash disk at controller shell right flank and is used for the communication interface that links to each other with intelligent terminal equipment circuit including setting up at controller shell left surface at least.
The controller shell is formed by assembling a base with an upper opening, an upper cover and a glass decorative plate; the upper cover is matched with the upper opening cover of the base, and the upper cover is provided with a display screen window for installing a touch display screen, two button installing ports for installing operating buttons and five indicator light windows; the glass decorative plate is arranged on the upper cover through an adhesive cover.
The glass decorative plate is printed with Chinese marks for prompting the functions of the window indicator lamps at the five indicator lamp windows corresponding to the upper cover, the glass decorative plate is further molded with two mounting through holes enabling the operating buttons to be mounted and pass through at the two button mounting openings corresponding to the upper cover, and the operating buttons are printed with Chinese symbols for expressing the functions of the buttons.
The key board is provided with five working indicator lamps, and the five working indicator lamps sequentially comprise a fire alarm indicator lamp, a fault/shielding/self-checking indicator lamp, a communication indicator lamp, a main electric indicator lamp and a standby electric indicator lamp from left to right; the five working indicator lamps correspond to the five indicator lamp windows on the upper cover one by one; the function buttons include a return/mute button and a fire alarm button, and the two operation buttons include a left operation button press-contacted with the return/mute button and a right operation button press-contacted with the fire alarm button.
The controller shell is internally provided with a storage battery which is used for providing power for all power utilization units in the controller; the bottom surface of the base is provided with an upward concave battery compartment, the storage battery is clamped and fixed in the battery compartment, and the battery compartment is provided with a battery compartment cover; the left side of the controller shell is provided with a power interface for introducing an external power supply, and the right side of the controller shell is provided with a RESET key for resetting and restarting the controller through pressing.
The controller shell is provided with a mounting bottom plate for fixing on the mounting surface, four mounting holes are formed in the mounting bottom plate, the mounting bottom plate penetrates through the mounting holes through screws to be fixed on the mounting surface, and the controller shell and the mounting bottom plate are connected in a detachable quick clamping mode.
Four elastic clamping grooves used for realizing rapid installation or disassembly with the controller shell are formed in the installation bottom plate, and correspondingly, four elastic buckles matched with the elastic clamping grooves in the installation bottom plate are formed in the bottom surface of the base of the controller shell in a clamping mode.
A loudspeaker for giving out warning sound is arranged in the controller shell and is connected with a system main board circuit; a sound outlet hole is formed in the left side of the front end face of the base.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides an Internet of things household fire safety system, which consists of a service platform, a user mobile phone APP, a fire alarm controller, intelligent terminal equipment and terminal linkage equipment; a plurality of intelligent terminal equipment can be bound to the fire alarm controller, and intelligent control terminal linkage equipment action is in order to reduce the loss when the conflagration takes place when intelligent terminal equipment can take place at the conflagration. The service platform can bind a plurality of fire alarm controllers again to manage and control every fire alarm controller, service platform can carry out the news propelling movement, dial and report an emergency and ask for help or increased vigilance the telephone and send the SMS to user's cell-phone APP after receiving the fire alarm signal that fire alarm controller sent, and the user can be through the concrete position of the timely knowledge conflagration of user's cell-phone APP, and report to the police rapidly, thereby effectively reduce the harmful results that resident's house conflagration took place to bring.
The fire alarm controller of the Internet of things household fire safety system mainly comprises a controller shell, a system mainboard, a system control board, a key board, a touch display screen, an operation button, a wireless communication module, an interface unit and a storage battery; the system can complete data communication, multimedia interaction and control with a service platform and terminal equipment.
The invention can deal with and process the fire in time and reduce the life and property loss caused by the fire accident.

At present, few devices based on a household fire safety system are available in the market, the technology development is slow, the fire cannot be dealt with and handled in time, and adverse consequences caused by the occurrence of a fire in residential houses cannot be effectively reduced. Therefore, the invention discloses an Internet of things household fire safety system which comprises a service platform, a user mobile phone APP, a fire alarm controller, intelligent terminal equipment and terminal linkage equipment. The terminal linkage equipment is a linkage device which is controlled by the intelligent terminal equipment circuit and has a linkage function. When the intelligent terminal device detects that a fire occurs, the intelligent terminal device can control the terminal linkage device to make corresponding actions. The terminal linkage equipment can be an electric brake controlled by the intelligent terminal equipment and a gas switch valve controlled by the intelligent terminal equipment. When a fire occurs, the power supply and the gas supply can be automatically and rapidly cut off through the control of the intelligent terminal equipment to the terminal linkage equipment, so that the further expansion of the fire is prevented, and the danger coefficient is reduced. The intelligent terminal equipment is connected with the communication circuit of the fire alarm controller, one fire alarm controller can be simultaneously bound with a plurality of intelligent terminal equipment, and the intelligent terminal equipment can be respectively arranged at different positions of a house so as to comprehensively detect and control the house. The intelligent terminal device is used for detecting whether a fire alarm signal exists in a house or not, the fire alarm signal comprises a smoke concentration signal formed by burning and a gas concentration signal exceeding the standard in the air, and when the fire alarm signal is detected to exceed a set value, the intelligent terminal device controls the terminal linkage device to act while feeding back the detected fire alarm signal to the fire alarm controller. The fire alarm controller is used for finishing data communication, multimedia interaction and control with the service platform and the intelligent terminal equipment. When a fire occurs, the fire alarm controller can send the fire alarm signal fed back by the intelligent terminal device to the service platform after operation processing, the fire alarm signal sent to the service platform contains the position information of the intelligent terminal device which has the fire, namely the intelligent terminal device which reports the fire alarm signal is the intelligent terminal device which is bound by the fire alarm controller. For example, the first intelligent terminal device is arranged in a kitchen, the second intelligent terminal device is arranged in a main sleeping position, and when the second intelligent terminal device sends a fire alarm signal to the fire alarm controller, the fire alarm controller can judge that the main sleeping position has a fire. The fire alarm controller is connected with the user mobile phone APP and the service platform through network signals, and the user mobile phone APP is used for managing, binding, modifying, inquiring and controlling the intelligent terminal equipment through the fire alarm controller and receiving message pushing, short messages and calls from the service platform when the intelligent terminal equipment is in fire alarm. The service platform is used for binding, maintaining, modifying, inquiring and data storage summarizing statistics of daily equipment and providing project management functions for users, and the service platform can timely push messages, dial alarm calls and send short messages to the outside when receiving fire alarm signals sent by the fire alarm controller. The service platform can also bind a plurality of fire alarm controllers at the same time.
In an embodiment, the intelligent terminal device comprises a stand-alone smoke-sensing fire detection alarm for detecting a combustion smoke concentration signal and a stand-alone combustible gas detector for detecting a combustible gas depth signal. In the initial stage of fire, a large amount of smoke is generated before combustion, and when the independent smoke-sensing fire detection alarm detects that the concentration of the smoke reaches a set value, a fire alarm signal is sent out. When gas leaks indoors, when the independent combustible gas detector detects that the gas concentration in the air reaches a set value, the independent combustible gas detector can also send out a fire alarm signal.
The invention also provides a fire alarm controller of the Internet of things household fire safety system, which comprises a controller shell 1 with a rectangular structure, wherein a system mainboard 2, a system control panel 3 and a key panel 4 which are connected through lines are arranged in the controller shell 1. The system mainboard 2 is provided with a mainboard circuit and a wireless communication module 21 connected with the mainboard circuit, and the wireless communication module 21 is used for providing a required wireless communication function and a data transmission function. The wireless communication module 21 is internally provided with a wireless module or circuit of 4G/WiFi/bluetooth/LoRa/RF/Zigbee, and can provide corresponding communication support for different device terminals. The system installed on the system mainboard 2 is Android or windows, and is used for providing resources for normal and efficient work, management, monitoring and maintenance of the fire alarm controller. The top surface of the controller shell 1 is also provided with a touch display screen 5 and two operation buttons N; the touch display screen 5 is connected with the system mainboard 2 through a circuit, and the touch display screen 5 is used for displaying the running state, the position and the related data information of the computer and providing a visual man-machine interaction operation interface. The two operation buttons N are in press-contact fit with the two function buttons on the key board 4, and are used for manually inputting instruction signals. Interface units are arranged on two side faces of the controller shell 1, and the interface units can enable the fire alarm controller to be in wired connection with external equipment. The interface unit at least comprises a network port K1 and an expansion interface K2 which are arranged on the left side surface of the controller shell 1 and used for networking, a communication interface K3 and an SB interface K4 which are arranged on the right side surface of the controller shell 1 and used for being connected with the intelligent terminal equipment through lines and used for plugging a USB flash disk.
As shown in fig. 6, the controller case 1 of the present invention is assembled by a base 11 having an upper opening, an upper cover 12, and a glass decorative plate 13. The upper cover 12 is matched with the upper opening of the base 11 in a covering manner, and the upper cover 12 is provided with a display screen window 12a for installing the touch display screen 5, two button installation ports 12b for installing the operation buttons N and five indicator light windows 12 c. The glass decorative plate 13 is attached to the upper cover 12 by an adhesive cover.
On the glass decorative plate 13, the five indicator light windows 12c corresponding to the upper cover 12 are printed with Chinese signs for prompting the functions of the indicator lights of the windows, so that people can know the meaning of the indicator lights of the windows. Two mounting through holes 13a which can enable the operating button N to be mounted and pass through are also formed on the glass decorative plate 13 at the positions corresponding to the two button mounting openings 12b of the upper cover 12, and a display window is also formed on the glass decorative plate 13 at the position corresponding to the display screen window 12a of the upper cover 12, so that a user can touch and operate the glass decorative plate by hands. In order to easily recognize the meanings represented by the two operation buttons N, the operation buttons N are also printed with chinese characters for indicating the functions of the buttons.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, five working indicator lamps 41 are arranged on the key board 4, and the five working indicator lamps 41 sequentially include a fire alarm indicator lamp, a fault/shielding/self-checking indicator lamp, a communication indicator lamp, a main power indicator lamp and a standby power indicator lamp from left to right; the five working indicator lamps correspond to the five indicator lamp windows 12c on the upper cover one by one. The function buttons include a return/mute button 42 and a fire button 43, and the two operation buttons N include a left operation button N1 press-contact-fitted with the return/mute button 42 and a right operation button N2 press-contact-fitted with the fire button 43.
In the embodiment, the controller case 1 of the present invention has a battery 6 mounted therein, which is required for supplying electric power to all the electricity usage units in the controller. The bottom surface of the base 11 is formed with a battery compartment 111 which is recessed upward, the battery compartment 111 has a lower opening, the storage battery 6 is fixed in the battery compartment 111 in a clamping manner, and the battery compartment 111 is provided with a battery compartment cover 7. The left side surface of the controller shell (1) is provided with a power interface K5 for leading in an external power supply, and the right side surface of the controller shell (1) is provided with a RESET key J for resetting and restarting the controller by pressing.
In order to enable quick removal and installation of the controller, the controller housing 1 according to the invention is also provided with a mounting base plate 8, which mounting base plate 8 can be fixedly mounted on a mounting surface of an object, such as a wall surface, a ceiling, etc. Four mounting holes 8a are formed in the mounting plate 8 so that the mounting plate 8 can be fixed to a mounting surface by screws 9 through the mounting holes 8 a. After the installation bottom plate 8 is fixed on the installation surface, the controller shell 1 is detachably connected with the installation bottom plate 8 in a quick clamping manner.
As shown in fig. 7, four elastic locking slots 81 for quick mounting or dismounting with the controller housing 1 are formed on the mounting base plate 8, and correspondingly, four elastic buckles for locking and matching with the elastic locking slots 81 on the mounting base plate 8 are formed on the bottom surface of the base 11 of the controller housing 1. The elastic clamping groove 81 can deform slightly under the action of pressing and pushing, so that the elastic buckle is clamped into the notch of the elastic clamping groove 81.
In the embodiment, the controller shell 1 of the invention is also provided with a loudspeaker Y for giving out warning sound, and the loudspeaker Y is connected with the system mainboard 2 through a circuit; a sound outlet hole K6 is formed on the left side of the front end face of the base 11. When a fire occurs, the system mainboard 2 can automatically control the loudspeaker Y to send out alarm warning sound to prompt people around to pay attention to the occurrence of the fire.
The system of the invention can pass through the user in the modes of message pushing, alarm call dialing and short message sending when a fire disaster happens, thereby enabling the user to deal with and process the fire condition in time and reducing the life and property loss caused by the fire accident.
