Abstract
The invention discloses an air cooler which comprises a rail, a trolley and an air cooler body, wherein the air cooler body is arranged on the trolley, and the trolley slides from the rail to the upper part; the air-cooler body includes refrigeration motor, wind chamber case, evaporation refrigeration case, water circle device, evaporation refrigeration case and water circle device are all installed at the wind chamber incasement, the evaporation refrigeration case includes wet curtain, pivot and flabellum, the flabellum is fixed in the pivot, the pivot is by setting up the refrigeration motor transmission outside the wind chamber case, wet curtain cover is established in the pivot, and is located the one side that the flabellum induced drafted. The air cooler body is installed on the trolley and flexibly moves along the rail, and the air exchange area is increased, so that the effect of quickly reducing the room temperature is achieved.

According to fig. 1, an air-cooler comprises a rail 1, a trolley 2 and an air-cooler body 3, wherein the air-cooler body 3 is installed on the trolley 2, the trolley 2 slides on the rail 1, and the rail 1 can be selected to be a suspension rail 1 or a ground rail 1. Air-cooler body 3 installs and moves along track 1 is nimble on platform truck 2, and the air exchange area increases to realize the effect of quick reduction room temperature.
As shown in fig. 2-4, the air cooler body 3 includes a refrigeration motor 34, an air chamber box 31, an evaporation refrigeration box 32, and a water circulation device 33, the evaporation refrigeration box 32 and the water circulation device 33 are both installed in the air chamber box 31, the evaporation refrigeration box 32 includes a wet curtain 321, a rotating shaft 322, and a fan blade 323, the fan blade 323 is fixed on the rotating shaft 322, the rotating shaft 322 is driven by the refrigeration motor 34 installed outside the air chamber box 31, and the wet curtain 321 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 322 and located on one side where the fan blade 323 sucks air. The rotating shaft 322 and the fan blades 323 are both arranged in the fan housing 324, the fan housing 324 is a cylindrical structure with an opening at one end, the fan housing 324 is double-layered and is used as a water storage tank, the wet curtain 321 is hermetically connected with the opening end of the fan housing 324, the suction force when the fan blades 323 rotate is increased, and air holes are formed in the circumferential surface of the fan housing 324.
The refrigeration motor 34 drives the rotating shaft 322 to rotate, the fan blade 323 fixed on the rotating shaft 322 rotates to generate air flow, because the wet curtain 321 is installed on the air suction side of the fan blade 323, the air outside the air chamber box 31 is cooled by the wet curtain 321 and then blown out from the air holes of the air cover 324, thereby achieving the effects of cooling and dedusting, the depth of the air holes is the distance between the inner layer and the outer layer of the air cover 324 (as shown in fig. 4), because the air cover 324 is filled with water, when the air is blown out from the air holes, the air has the function of cooling.
As shown in fig. 5, the water circulation device 33 includes a water circulation pump 5, a spray header 6 and a filter screen, the filter screen is installed at the position of the water inlet of the air cover 324, the spray header 6 is disposed near the wet curtain 321, the water inlet of the water circulation pump 5 is communicated with the water storage cavity of the air cover 324, and the water outlet of the water circulation pump 5 is connected with the spray header 6. The shower head 6 is arranged to increase the contact area between the water and the wet curtain 321, and at the same time, accelerate the water to permeate the wet curtain 321.
According to fig. 6, the multi-head flow distribution box 4 is installed at the air outlet of the air chamber box 31, each air outlet of the multi-head flow distribution box 4 is provided with a guide air plate with a changeable inclination angle, and the guide air plate can adjust air to blow out upwards or downwards according to needs.
According to fig. 7, the trolley 2 comprises a trolley body 201, a driving motor 202 and a wire clamp, wherein the driving motor 202 is fixed on the trolley body 201, and the trolley body 201 is driven to move on the track 1 by the driving motor 202. The trolley 2 has two wiring modes, when the trolley 2 runs on the track 1 in the circumferential direction, the trolley adopts a sliding mode for wiring, a wire extends along the direction of the track 1, a wire clamp is arranged on the trolley body 201, and the wire clamp is connected with the wire in a sliding mode; when the trolley 2 moves back and forth on the track 1, one end of the lead is connected with a power supply, and the other end of the lead is connected with the trolley 2 and then is fixedly restrained by the drag chain.
