Description

Preparation method of fluorine-free waterproof tent fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textile printing and dyeing, in particular to a preparation method of a fluorine-free waterproof tent fabric.
Background
The tent cloth fabrics in the market are roughly divided into two types, one type is chemical fiber fabrics formed by direct melt-blown molding, and the chemical fiber fabrics have excellent waterproof and anti-seepage performance, but have lower strength, wear resistance and poor durability; the other type adopts different materials to weave the fabric and then uses a film coating method to realize the anti-seepage performance, the process is complex, a large amount of volatile adhesives are used between the film and the fabric, the safety is low, the air permeability is poor, and the current comfortable, environment-friendly, safe and healthy living idea is not met.
For example, patent CN201910667102.1 discloses an antibacterial composite fabric, wherein an antibacterial TPU film layer is disposed on the surface of a fabric layer to realize a waterproof function, and an adhesive layer is disposed between the fabric layer and the antibacterial TPU film layer, and the adhesive layer includes 1-10 wt% of flame-retardant epoxy resin and 90-99 wt% of hot melt adhesive. The prepared composite fabric has waterproof performance, but the safety of the used adhesive is low and the air permeability is poor.
Patent CN202110451467.8 discloses a manufacturing process of a light and thin chemical fiber woven laminated fabric, which comprises the following steps: s1, performing water repellent treatment on the chemical fiber woven fabric shaped by clear water; s2, performing cold pressing treatment on the chemical fiber woven fabric subjected to water repellent treatment; s3, carrying out hot-pressing lamination on the chemical fiber woven fabric subjected to cold pressing treatment and a TPU film or a PU film, and then cooling, rolling and solidifying to obtain a semi-finished product of laminated fabric; and S4, laminating the semi-finished product of the laminated fabric and the base fabric through hot melt adhesive, and then curing to obtain a finished product of the laminated fabric. The woven laminated fabric has the characteristics of water resistance, moisture permeability and washing resistance by performing double treatment of water repellent treatment and film covering on the surface of the fabric. But the weaving process is relatively complicated.
