The automatic corn cob sorting machine further comprises an electric control device 9, wherein the electric control device 9 is used for controlling the operation of the rotating disc type material sorting device 2 and the conveying device 3. The principle of the invention is as follows: after the corn cobs fall into the rotating disc 203 of the rotating disc type material arranging device 2, under the action of centrifugal force, the corn cobs roll down on the silicon rubber ring 204 at the edge of the rotating disc 203, and because the friction force of the silicon rubber ring 204 is large, the corn cobs cannot fall down and move to the discharge port 201 along with the rotating disc 203, and enter the conveyor 301, so that the purpose of arranging the corn cobs is achieved.
The rotary feeding structure is adopted, so that not only can quick-frozen corn cobs be sorted, but also fresh corn cobs can be sorted, and corn kernels are basically not damaged; by adopting symmetrical double-station feeding and conveying, 200 corn cobs and 300 corn cobs can be sorted per minute, and the yield is improved.
