The embodiment of the invention provides a fixing method of a multilayer insulating material, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 5, the fixing method adopts the fixing structure of the multilayer insulating material, or adopts the gasket 3; the fixing method comprises the following steps:
s1, nailing the touch nail 2 into the arrangement area of the insulating material 1, after the touch nail 2 is driven in, performing paint repair treatment on the driven position of the touch nail 2, and then paving a layer of insulating material 1 in the arrangement area of the insulating material 1;
s2, sleeving the gasket 3 on the touch nail 2, enabling the gasket 3 to abut against the insulating material 1 laid on the previous layer, and connecting the gasket 3 with the touch nail 2;
s3, laying a next layer of insulating material after S2;
s4, repeating S2 and S3 until the last layer of insulating material is laid.
By adopting the structure, firstly, the touch nail 2 is driven into the area where the insulating material 1 is to be laid, the paint repair is carried out at the position where the touch nail 2 is driven in, the paint repair can effectively protect the damaged laying surface when the touch nail 2 is driven in, the anti-corrosion effect on the laying surface is facilitated, then a first layer of insulating material is laid in the insulating material arrangement area, the gasket 3 is selected to be of a concave structure, the center of the gasket 3 is provided with a through hole, the diameter of the through hole is slightly smaller than that of the touch nail 2, the gasket 3 is sleeved on the touch nail 2 through the through hole, the gasket 3 is abutted against the first layer of insulating material to realize the positioning of the gasket 3, then the gasket 3 is connected with the free end of the touch nail 2 to realize the fixing of the first layer of insulating material, a second layer of insulating material is laid on the first layer of insulating material after the inspection of the first layer of insulating material is finished, and then the operation steps are repeated to finish the interlayer fixing of the multiple layers of insulating materials, the fixing method solves the problem that the multi-layer insulating material is difficult to fix when not completely laid in the prior art, effectively meets the inspection report requirement of the multi-layer insulating material when not completely laid, can ensure that the multi-layer insulating material is firmer when not completely laid, is favorable for improving the tightness between layers of the multi-layer insulating material, and ensures the insulating property of the insulating material 1.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the gasket 3 is a concave structure, and a first through hole 31 is formed in the center of the gasket 3; in S2: the staple 2 passes through the first through hole 31, and the staple 2 is connected to the first through hole 31. As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the fixing structure further includes a fixing assembly 4, the fixing assembly 4 includes a movable sleeve 41 and a fixing plate 42, the movable sleeve 41 passes through the center of the fixing plate 42 and moves relative to the fixing plate 42;
after S4, the fixing method further includes: and S5, penetrating the touch nail 2 through the movable sleeve 41, removing the part of the touch nail 2 which is longer than the movable sleeve 41, and pressing the movable sleeve 41 along the radial direction of the movable sleeve 41 to connect the fixing piece 42 with the touch nail 2 to fix the last layer of insulating material. The fixing component 4 is provided with a movable sleeve 41 and a fixing piece 42, the fixing piece 42 is of a concave structure, the center of the fixing piece 42 is provided with a through hole, the movable sleeve 41 penetrates through the through hole on the fixing piece 42, the outer wall of the movable sleeve 41 is in clearance fit with the through hole on the fixing piece 42, the touch nail 2 can penetrate through the movable sleeve 41, the movable sleeve 41 is sleeved on the touch nail 2 when the fixing component 4 is installed, the movable sleeve 41 is pressed into the outermost layer of insulating material 1, the movable sleeve 41 tightly clings the fixing piece 42 to the surface of the outermost layer of insulating material to play a positioning role for the fixing piece 42, then a machine is used for applying pressure along the radial direction of the movable sleeve 41 to tightly pinch the movable sleeve 41 and fix the touch nail 2, the part of the touch nail 2, which is longer than the concave structure of the fixing piece 42, is removed, and the connecting part of the touch nail 2 and the fixing piece 42 is just stuck in the concave structure on the fixing piece 42, and cover glass silk cloth 5 on the stationary blade 42 surface and make the outermost layer of insulating material have smooth structure after fixed, for the spraying of follow-up paint provides convenience, does benefit to the pleasing to the eye degree that improves visual face insulating layer simultaneously.

Claims (10)

1. A fixing structure of a multi-layered insulating material for fixing an insulating material in an insulating material arrangement region, comprising:
the touch nail is nailed into the insulating material arrangement area;
the gasket is connected with the touch nail, is positioned between the two adjacent layers of the insulating materials and fixes the insulating materials which are close to the insulating material arrangement area in the two adjacent layers of the insulating materials.
2. The fixing structure of multi-layer insulating material according to claim 1, wherein the spacer has a concave shape, a first through hole is formed at the center of the spacer, the nail passes through the first through hole, and the nail is connected to the first through hole.
3. The fastening structure of multi-layer insulating material according to claim 1, wherein the spacer has a cut extending from a center of the spacer in a radial direction of the spacer toward an outer edge of the spacer, the cut deforming the spacer into interference fit with the stud.
4. The fastening structure of multi-layer insulating material according to claim 3, wherein said spacer has a second through hole formed at an end of said cut.

The fixing structure of multi-layer insulation according to claim 1, further comprising a fixing member, wherein the fixing member comprises a movable sleeve and a fixing piece, the movable sleeve passes through the center of the fixing piece and moves relative to the fixing piece, and the movable sleeve is sleeved on the stud.
6. A spacer for use in the fixing structure of the multi-layer insulating material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the spacer has a concave structure, a first through hole is formed at the center of the spacer, the stud passes through the first through hole, and the stud is connected to the first through hole.
7. The gasket of claim 6 wherein said gasket has a slot extending from a center of said gasket in a radial direction of said gasket toward an outer edge of said gasket, said slot deforming said gasket into an interference fit with said staple.
8. A method of fixing a multilayer insulating material, characterized in that the fixing method employs a fixing structure of the multilayer insulating material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, or employs a spacer according to claim 6 or 7; the fixing method comprises the following steps:
s1, nailing a touch nail into the insulating material arrangement area, after the touch nail is driven, performing paint repair treatment on the driven position of the touch nail, and then paving a layer of insulating material in the insulating material arrangement area;
s2, sleeving the gasket on the touch nail, wherein the gasket abuts against the insulating material laid on the previous layer, and is connected with the touch nail;
s3, laying the next layer of the insulating material after the S2;
s4, repeating the S2 and the S3 until the last layer of the insulating material is laid.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the spacer is a concave structure, and a first through hole is formed in the center of the spacer;
in said S2: the touch nail penetrates through the first through hole, and the touch nail is connected with the first through hole.
10. The method of fixing a multi-layered insulation material according to claim 8, wherein the fixing structure further comprises a fixing member comprising a movable sleeve and a fixing piece, the movable sleeve being relatively movable with the fixing piece through a center of the fixing piece; after the S4, the fixing method further includes:
and S5, penetrating the touch pin through the movable sleeve, removing the part of the touch pin extending out of the movable sleeve, and radially pressing the movable sleeve along the movable sleeve to connect the fixing piece with the touch pin so as to fix the last layer of the insulating material.
