Abstract

Background
The gold stamping is a printing decoration process, an aluminum layer in the electrochemical aluminum is transferred to the surface of a printing stock by utilizing the principle of hot pressing transfer to form a special metal effect, and the gold stamping has the characteristics of clear and attractive patterns and bright and attractive colors. The method comprises the following steps:
(1) according to the effect to be presented, making a micro-engraving file by using design software, wherein the micro-engraving file comprises three hierarchical structures which are mutually overlapped to present the holographic image-text effect;
(2) preparing a 3D micro-engraving gold stamping plate according to the manufactured micro-engraving file, and displaying fine pictures and texts, wherein the line width of the pictures and texts is 0.004mm, the line width interval is 0.01mm, and the line height is 0.04 mm;
(3) installing a flat stamping plate at a first station and a 3D micro-engraving stamping plate at a second station on a honeycomb plate of a double-station stamping machine according to a counterpoint film, wherein the position of the 3D micro-engraving stamping plate must be completely matched with the position of a stamping pattern on the counterpoint film;
(4) mounting low-temperature alumite for gold stamping on a double-station gold stamping machine;
(5) setting the gold stamping initial temperature and the gold stamping initial pressure of a double-station gold stamping machine, controlling the temperature of a flat gold stamping plate station at 60-90 ℃ and the temperature of a micro-engraving plate station at 40-60 ℃, starting the gold stamping machine, and performing multiple times of accurate plate calibration until the 3D micro-engraving gold stamping plate is completely matched with a printing position or a counterpoint film;
(6) and (3) the double-station stamping machine is used for stamping the stamping parts, the temperature and the pressure are adjusted to be optimal, the patterns are printed on the printing stock by using the flat stamping plate, and the patterns are pressed out by using the 3D micro-carving stamping plate, so that the holographic effect transfer is completed.

According to the invention, through the combination of the flat stamping plate and the 3D micro-carving stamping plate and the cooperation of the common electrochemical aluminum, a holographic three-dimensional effect is presented on the surface of a printing stock, the application range of the common electrochemical aluminum is expanded, the problem of poor holographic electrochemical aluminum stamping performance is solved, the cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
