As shown in the figure, the invention provides an automatic oiling device for a linear slide rail, which comprises a rack 1, a transmission line body 2, an oil injection mechanism 3, an oil coating mechanism 4, a centering conveying mechanism 5, a side oiling mechanism 6 and a power mechanism 7; along the transmission direction of the linear slide rail, the oil injection mechanism 3, the oil coating mechanism 4, the centering conveying mechanism 5 and the side oil coating mechanism 6 are sequentially arranged above the transmission line body 2, the power mechanism 7 comprises a motor fixed on the rack 1, the motor drives the centering conveying mechanism 5 and the side oil coating mechanism 6, the oil injection mechanism 3 sprays anti-rust oil towards the linear slide rail sliding on the transmission line body 2, the oil coating mechanism 4 coats the upper surface of the linear slide rail, the centering conveying mechanism 5 comprises two groups of centering units 8 which are bilaterally symmetrical, the two groups of centering units 8 adjust the linear slide rail towards the middle part, the centering units 8 comprise pushing assemblies 9 with parallelogram structures and buffer assemblies 10, the pushing assemblies 9 comprise two groups of multi-connecting rod assemblies 11, inner connecting rods 12 and outer connecting rods 13, the two groups of multi-connecting rod assemblies 11 are connected with the outer connecting rods 13 through the parallel inner connecting rods 12, and the buffer assemblies 10 are arranged on the inner side of the pushing assemblies 9, the linear sliding rail penetrates through the side oiling mechanism 6 in a middle state, the side oiling mechanism 6 comprises two groups of side oiling rollers 14 which are bilaterally symmetrical, and the two groups of side oiling rollers 14 synchronously rotate in opposite directions.

The working process is as follows:
the conveying line body 2 drives the linear slide rail to be oiled to convey backwards, and when the linear slide rail slides to the oil injection mechanism 3, the oil injection mechanism 3 sprays anti-rust oil towards the linear slide rail sliding on the conveying line body 2; the linear slide rail is continuously conveyed backwards until the oil coating mechanism 4 coats the upper surface of the linear slide rail; the two groups of centering units 8 of the centering conveying mechanism 5 intermittently and synchronously slide in parallel towards opposite directions, so that the linear slide rail can pass through the side oiling mechanism 6 in a middle state, and the two groups of side oiling rollers 14 can evenly smear the side surfaces of the linear slide rail.
According to the above embodiment, preferably, the buffering assembly 10 includes the fixed plate 15, the floating optical axis 16, the clamping plate 17 and the spring 18, the fixed plate 15 is fixedly connected to the inner link 12, the front end of the floating optical axis 16 is fixedly connected to the clamping plate 17, the rear end of the floating optical axis 16 is inserted into the fixed plate 15 and is slidably connected to the fixed plate 15, the spring 18 is sleeved on the floating optical axis 16, and the inner side of the clamping plate 17 is attached with the buffering strip, so as to prevent the linear sliding rail from being damaged by clamping.
According to the above embodiment, preferably, the side oiling roller 14 includes the rotating shaft 19, the sponge wheel 20 and two sets of sponge fixing discs 21, the rotating shaft 19 is rotatably connected with the frame 1, the sponge wheel 20 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 19, the two sets of sponge fixing discs lock the sponge wheel 20 up and down, when the linear slide rail slides to the side oiling roller 14, due to the fact that the widths of the linear slide rails of different models are different, the distance between the two sets of side oiling rollers 14 is arranged by taking the minimum width of the linear slide rail as a reference, and the sponge wheel 20 of the side oiling roller 14 has contractibility, so that the unevenness of the side surface of the linear slide rail and the compatibility of various widths can be met.
Furthermore, the inside circumference of sponge fixed disk 21 is equipped with the steel needle that the multiunit inserted sponge wheel 20, and then makes sponge wheel 20 rotate along with rotation axis 19 is synchronous, further improves even fat liquoring effect.
Furthermore, a gear set 22 meshed with each other is coaxially and fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 19 of the two sets of side oiling rollers 14, the motor drives the two sets of side oiling rollers 14 to synchronously rotate, and the motor drives the pushing assembly 9 of the centering unit 8 to push the buffering assembly 10 inwards through a chain.
Further, the front portion of the conveying line body 2 is provided with a proximity sensor used for sensing a linear sliding rail, the proximity sensor is in signal connection with the oil injection mechanism 3, under the driving of the conveying line body 2, when the linear sliding rail slides to a detection station, the detection station controls a nozzle of the oil injection mechanism 3 to inject oil through a signal sent by the proximity sensor, the surface of the linear sliding rail is subjected to oil adhesion in the advancing process, and then the consumption of antirust oil is reduced through timely opening and closing of the nozzle.
