Abstract

firstly, acquiring capability requirement information corresponding to the recruitment position information;
and then, establishing a corresponding radar map according to the capability requirement information to form a capability map model.
The step of screening the resume information according to the comparison result to obtain the resume information meeting the recruitment information comprises the steps of comparing the comparison result with a preset threshold value, and if the comparison result is larger than the preset threshold value, taking the resume information corresponding to the comparison result as the resume information meeting the recruitment information; and if the comparison result is not greater than the preset threshold value, ending the process.
The method comprises the following steps of:
firstly, respectively calculating the included angle value of each vertex in the recruiter capability map;
then, classifying the included angle of each vertex according to the included angle value of each vertex in the recruiter force diagram to obtain the type of the included angle of each vertex in the recruiter force diagram;
then, respectively calculating the included angle value of each vertex in the energy diagram of the applicant;
then, classifying the included angle of each vertex according to the included angle value of each vertex in the applicant performance diagram to obtain the type of the included angle of each vertex in the applicant performance diagram;
then, comparing the included angle types of all the vertexes in the recruiter energy diagram with the included angle types of all the vertexes in the recruiter energy diagram one by one to generate an included angle comparison result;
and finally, counting and comparing the number of the same included angles in the included angle comparison result with a preset number threshold value to obtain a comparison result.
Wherein, still include the following step:
firstly, respectively calculating the areas of corresponding application personnel in resume information meeting the recruitment information;

And after the resume information meeting the recruitment information is screened out, the recruiting party and the applying party can cancel through the recruitment system, and when the cancellation is carried out, the cancelled party drives the cancellation right party to pay a certain default fund to the platform.
And after the recruiting party and the applying party are successfully matched, the applying party performs face recognition on the workplace and off-duty to punch the card. And acquiring the work getting-on and getting-off time of the employing party through face recognition. The face recognition can be realized by adopting the existing recognition technology, and the details are not repeated herein.
The safety of a working site can be monitored, and the condition of the working site can be monitored in real time by installing the network camera on the working site and connecting the network camera to the recruitment system, so that the labor safety of workers is guaranteed.
And payroll settlement payment can be carried out, the work attendance time acquired by the card punching module is calculated according to a payroll calculation formula, and the payroll payment is given to an applicant. For example, the system can calculate according to the base number rule of 8 hours per day, pay by the recruitment system generation within 24 hours, and select a plurality of settlement modes such as daily settlement, 10-day settlement, monthly settlement and the like, thereby guaranteeing the benefits of the applicants.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device comprises a memory 101, a processor 102 and a communication interface 103, wherein the memory 101, the processor 102 and the communication interface 103 are electrically connected to each other directly or indirectly to realize data transmission or interaction. For example, the components may be electrically connected to each other via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The memory 101 can be used for storing software programs and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the recruitment system provided by the embodiment of the application, and the processor 102 executes the software programs and modules stored in the memory 101 so as to execute various functional applications and data processing. The communication interface 103 may be used for communicating signaling or data with other node devices.
The Memory 101 may be, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like.
The processor 102 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The Processor 102 may be a general-purpose Processor, including a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but also Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components.
It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in fig. 3 is merely illustrative and that the electronic device may include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 3 or have a different configuration than shown in fig. 3. The components shown in fig. 3 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, and for example, the flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of apparatus, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
To sum up, according to the recruitment system and the method provided by the embodiment of the present application, the recruitment system acquires the recruitment information through the first information acquisition module 110; the first capacity map generating module 120 extracts and inputs the capacity requirement information in the recruitment information into a preset capacity map model to generate a capacity map of the recruiter; the second information obtaining module 130 obtains resume information; the second capacity diagram generating module 140 extracts and inputs the capacity information in the resume information into a preset capacity diagram model to generate a capacity diagram of an applicant; the first comparison module 150 compares the similarity of the recruiter ability diagram and the applying ability diagram to generate a comparison result; the screening module 160 screens the resume information according to the comparison result to obtain resume information satisfying the recruitment information. Resumes meeting the requirements are screened out by comparing the recruiter capacity map with the applicant capacity map without screening by enterprise personnel, so that the labor and time are saved, the resume screening efficiency is high, the recruitment period is shortened, and the enterprise can rapidly recruit the talents. By further comparing the area of the force diagrams of the employing personnel with the area of the force diagrams of the recruiting personnel, the obtained resume information meeting the recruitment information is classified, different types of resume information are obtained, the review and screening of the resumes are facilitated, and the time can be saved. The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Claims (10)
1. A recruitment system comprising:
a first information acquisition module: the recruitment information acquisition module is used for acquiring recruitment information;
a first capability map generation module: the recruitment information acquisition module is used for extracting and inputting the capacity requirement information in the recruitment information into a preset capacity map model to generate a recruiter capacity map;
a second information acquisition module: used for obtaining resume information;
a second capability map generation module: the system is used for extracting and inputting the capability information in the resume information into a preset capability graph model to generate an applicant capability graph;
a first comparison module: the system is used for comparing the similarity of the recruiter ability chart and the applicant ability chart to generate a comparison result;
and the screening module is used for screening the resume information according to the comparison result to obtain the resume information meeting the recruitment information.
2. The recruitment system of claim 1 wherein the second information acquisition module comprises:
the information extraction unit is used for extracting the recruitment position information in the recruitment information;
and the resume screening unit is used for screening in a preset resume pool according to the recruitment position information to obtain resume information.
3. The recruitment system of claim 1 further comprising:
the capability information acquisition module is used for acquiring capability requirement information corresponding to the recruitment position information;
and the capability map model establishing module is used for establishing a corresponding radar map according to the capability requirement information so as to form a capability map model.
4. The recruitment system of claim 1 wherein the screening module comprises:
the comparison unit is used for comparing the comparison result with a preset threshold value, and if the comparison result is greater than the preset threshold value, the resume information corresponding to the comparison result is used as resume information meeting the recruitment information; and if the comparison result is not greater than the preset threshold value, ending the process.
5. The recruitment system of claim 1 wherein the first comparison module comprises:
the first calculating unit is used for respectively calculating the included angle value of each vertex in the recruiter capability map;
the first classification unit is used for classifying the included angles of the vertexes according to the included angle values of the vertexes in the recruiter capability map to obtain the included angle types of the vertexes in the recruiter capability map;
the second calculating unit is used for calculating the included angle value of each vertex in the applicant ability diagram;
the second classification unit is used for classifying the included angle of each vertex according to the included angle value of each vertex in the applicant performance diagram to obtain the type of the included angle of each vertex in the applicant performance diagram;
the included angle comparison unit is used for comparing the included angle types of all the vertexes in the recruiter capability map with the included angle types of all the vertexes in the recruiter capability map one by one to generate an included angle comparison result;
and the number comparison unit is used for counting and comparing the number of the same included angle in the included angle comparison result with a preset number threshold value to obtain a comparison result.
6. The recruitment system of claim 1 further comprising:
the first area calculation module is used for calculating the areas of corresponding application personnel capability maps in resume information meeting the recruitment information respectively;
the second area calculation module is used for calculating the area of the recruiter capability map;
the area comparison module is used for comparing the area of each corresponding applying member energy diagram with the area of the recruiter energy diagram to generate an area comparison result;
and the resume classification module is used for classifying the resume information meeting the recruitment information according to the area comparison result to generate various types of resume information.
7. The recruitment system of claim 6 wherein the resume classification module comprises:
resume judging unit: if the area comparison result shows that the area of the capability map of the applicant is not larger than the area of the capability map of the recruiter, the resume information corresponding to the capability map of the recruiter is used as the first type of resume information; and if the area comparison result shows that the area of the capability map of the applicant is larger than that of the capability map of the recruiter, taking the resume information corresponding to the capability map of the recruiter as second type resume information.
8. A recruitment method comprising the steps of:
acquiring recruitment information;
extracting and inputting the capability requirement information in the recruitment information into a preset capability map model to generate a recruiter capability map;
acquiring resume information;
extracting and inputting the capability information in the resume information into a preset capability graph model to generate a capability graph of an applicant;
comparing the similarity of the recruiter ability chart with the applying ability chart to generate a comparison result;
and screening the resume information according to the comparison result to obtain the resume information meeting the recruitment information.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing one or more programs;
a processor;
the one or more programs, when executed by the processor, implement the method of any of claims 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method as claimed in claim 8.
