In this embodiment, the sealed cavity 107 is a rectangular cavity surrounded by the portion of the lamp housing 104, the light-emitting plate 106 and the bottom sealing seat 124, and the light-emitting plate divides the reflector into the first reflectors 115 and 125 and the second reflectors 112 and 122; the first reflector 115, 125 is arc-shaped and extends from the bottom seal mount 124 to the top of the lamp envelope 104. In order to reflect the light emitted from the LED light source, the vertical height of the first reflector in this embodiment is greater than 30 mm. The first reflectors 115 and 125 and the second reflectors 112 and 122 are diffuse reflectors. The reflector is white in material body or coated with white medium.
For replacing the LED light source, as shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the sealed cavity 107 has an insertion opening for inserting the light source modules 121 and 111, a slide rail 123 extending toward the insertion opening is disposed in the sealed cavity 107, the light source modules 121 and 111 are inserted from the insertion opening and slidably mounted on the slide rail 123, and the light source module 121 has a sealing cover for sealing the insertion opening.
Fig. 8 shows that the light distribution curve a of the ambient light illumination module is a light distribution curve in the direction of a horizontal angle of 0-180 °, that is, the stretching direction of the reflector. The curve B is a light distribution curve in the direction of a horizontal angle of 90-270 degrees. . Fig. 9 shows a light distribution curve of the reading light illumination module, in which the coil a is a light distribution range emitted by the LED light source itself, and the coil C is a light distribution curve of light emitted by the LED light source itself after being reflected by the reflector.
The first luminaire 100 of this embodiment may further have a disinfection module 103, and the disinfection module 103 is located between the ambient light illumination module 101 and the reading light illumination module 102. The disinfection module 103 comprises a third reflector 132, and a disinfection lamp tube 131 arranged in the third reflector 132; the lamp housing 104 has a mounting cavity 133 in the middle thereof, and the third reflector 132 is disposed in the mounting cavity 133.
Another embodiment as a first luminaire
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the structure of the first lamp 100 in this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first lamp in the previous embodiment, and the ambient light illumination module 101 and the reading light illumination module 102 are the same, except that: it is also provided with an auxiliary diagnostic lighting module 105, located intermediate the ambient light lighting module 101 and the reading light lighting module 102, in place of the disinfection module 103 in the previous embodiment. The diagnostic aiding lighting module 105 of the present embodiment has a plurality of light sources disposed therein.
An embodiment as a second luminaire
The second luminaire 200 is a recessed luminaire. For convenience of description, the light emitting direction in the present embodiment is defined as the vertical direction and the light is emitted from the top to the bottom.
Referring to fig. 12 to 14, in the embodiment, the second lamp 200 includes a heat sink 202, a light source module 203, a lens 205 and a reflector 206, the lens 205 is disposed on the top of the reflector 206, the light source module 203 is fixed on the light incident side of the lens 205, a sealing ring 204 is sleeved on an outer wall of the light source module 203, the heat sink 202 is disposed on the back of the light source module 203, and a waterproof nut 201 is disposed on the heat sink 202.
The lens 205 in this embodiment is a total reflection structure, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, and includes a body 251 with an optical cavity, the top of the optical cavity is an incident surface 252, the bottom of the optical cavity is an exit surface 253, the side wall of the optical cavity is a total reflection surface 254, the light source module 203 is located above the incident surface 252, in this embodiment, the incident surface 252 is formed by a concave entrance surface and an entrance bottom surface of a concave entrance located in the middle of the top of the body, the total reflection surface 254 is a surface formed by splicing a plurality of scales, the shape of the concave entrance surface is a cylindrical surface, a conical surface or a revolution surface, the exit surface 253 is a curved surface, and the middle thereof is a convex surface protruding downward. As shown in fig. 13, the light beam emitted from the light source module 203 is directly emitted through the bottom surface and the light emitting surface 253, and the large-angle light beam emitted from the light source module 203 is reflected from the inner wall surface to the total reflection surface 254 and then emitted from the light emitting surface 253.
In this embodiment, the top of the reflecting surface of the reflector 206 is flush with the start of the light-emitting surface 253 of the lens, and the aperture of the top of the reflector 206 is the same as the maximum outer diameter of the lens 205; referring to fig. 15, the relationship between the radius of the light outlet of the reflector 206 and the height of the reflector 206 ensures that the cutoff angle a of the whole lamp is greater than 30 °
For the convenience of installation, a light-emitting cover 208 is provided at the bottom of the reflector 206, and a spring catch 207 for installation is provided on the outer wall of the reflector 206.
In summary, the illumination system for ward of the invention comprises an ambient light illumination module, a reading light illumination module and an anti-glare lamp, and can realize multifunctional requirements under the control of a controller, the reading light illumination module is turned on during reading, the ambient light illumination module can be normally used and turned on to meet the requirement of common light, and the anti-glare lamp can be turned on to meet the requirement of other people without influencing the rest of people in bed during the rest, so that the illumination system can meet different illumination requirements of medical care personnel and patients in rooms according to medical treatment, old care and rehabilitation institutions. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

Claims (15)

1. A lighting system for use in a patient's room, the patient's room having at least one bed therein, the bed corresponding to a subspace within an interior space of the patient's room; the roof corresponding to the subspace, wherein a roof area right opposite to the bed is called a first area, and a roof area right opposite between the bed tail and the wall is a second area, characterized in that the lighting system used in the ward comprises:
the first lamp is an integrated lamp and at least comprises an ambient light illuminating module and a reading light illuminating module, the light intensity emitted by the ambient light illuminating module is greater than the light intensity emitted by the reading light illuminating module, the light emitted by the ambient light illuminating module is distributed in a region from the bedside to the bedside, and the light emitted by the reading light illuminating module is distributed in a region from the bedside to the bedside;
the second lamp is an anti-glare lamp, and the illumination of the second lamp is distributed in a space corresponding to the second area; and the controller is connected with the first lamp and the second lamp and is used for controlling the independent or combined opening of the ambient light illumination module, the reading light illumination module and the anti-dazzle lamp.
2. A lighting system for use in a patient room according to claim 1, wherein: in the first lamp, the ambient light illumination module and the reading light illumination module are distributed along the length direction of the bed, and the ambient light illumination module is arranged close to the direction of the bed head of the bed.
3. The lighting system for use in a patient room of claim 2, wherein: the first lamp further comprises a disinfection module covering the subspace, and the disinfection module is arranged between the ambient light illumination module and the reading light illumination module.
4. A lighting system for use in a patient room according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein: the first luminaire further comprises an auxiliary diagnostic lighting module covering the subspace, the auxiliary diagnostic lighting module being disposed between the ambient light lighting module and the reading light lighting module.
5. A lighting system for use in a patient room according to claim 1, wherein: at least three control modes are arranged in the controller, the first control mode is to only control the ambient light illumination module and the second lamp to be on, the second control mode is to only control the reading light illumination module and the second lamp to be on, and the third control mode is to control the ambient light illumination module, the reading light illumination module and the second lamp to be on completely.
6. The lighting system for use in a patient room of claim 5, wherein: the first lamp is provided with a disinfection module connected with the controller, and the controller is also internally provided with a control mode of only starting the disinfection module and the second lamp.
7. A lighting system for use in a patient room according to claim 5 or 6, wherein: the first lamp is provided with an auxiliary diagnosis lighting module connected with the controller, and the controller is also internally provided with a control mode for controlling the ambient lighting module, the reading lighting module, the auxiliary diagnosis lighting module and the second lamp to be fully bright.
8. A lighting system for use in a patient room according to claim 1, wherein: the first luminaire includes:
the lamp shell is arranged on the ambient light illuminating module and the reading light illuminating module on two sides of the lamp shell;
the ambient light illumination module and the reading light illumination module both include:
the light source module is arranged in the sealing cavity positioned on one side of the lamp shell, a light source mounting surface on the light source module is an inclined surface which is upward and is inclined upwards from one side of the lamp shell, and an LED light source connected with the controller is arranged on the light source mounting surface;
the arc-shaped reflecting cover is formed by connecting a first reflector and a second reflector, and the first reflector is positioned in the sealed cavity;
light emitted by the LED light source is emitted from the light emitting part on the lamp shell after being reflected by the first reflector or the first reflector and the second reflector.
9. The lighting system for use in a patient room of claim 8, wherein: the first reflector and the second reflector are both diffuse reflection.
10. The lighting system for use in a patient room of claim 8, wherein: the light source module is arranged in the sealing cavity, the light source module is inserted into the sliding rail from the insertion opening and is installed on the sliding rail in a sliding mode, and the sealing cover for blocking the insertion opening is arranged on the light source module.
11. The lighting system for use in a patient room of claim 8, wherein: the vertical height of the first reflector is greater than 30 mm.
12. The lighting system for use in a patient room of claim 8, wherein: and a disinfection module and/or an auxiliary diagnosis lighting module are arranged between the ambient light lighting module and the reading light lighting module in the lamp housing.
13. A lighting system for use in a patient room according to claim 1, wherein: the second lamp is a recessed lamp.

A lighting system for use in a patient room as defined in claim 13, wherein: the second lamp comprises a light source, a lens and a reflector, the lens is arranged at the top of the reflector, the light source is arranged above a light inlet of the lens, the lens comprises a light inlet surface, a light outlet surface and a total reflection surface positioned on the inner wall of the lens, and the total reflection surface is formed by splicing a plurality of scales.
15. A lighting system for use in a patient room as defined in claim 13, wherein: the maximum outer diameter of the lens is the same as the top caliber of the reflector.
