Description

Toilet and medicament delivery mechanism thereof
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to bathroom accessories, in particular to a toilet and a medicament delivery mechanism thereof.
Background
In order to keep the toilet clean and sanitary, people usually put the medicament product in the water tank, and when the toilet bowl body is cleaned by water in the water tank, the water containing the medicament directly flows into the toilet bowl body. However, once the toilet is not flushed for a long time, the medicament soaked in the water tank is always dissolved, so that the concentration in the water tank is quite high, and the next water outlet of the toilet can bring high-concentration medicament solution, thereby causing waste. And because of the water supplementing capability of the closestool, the medicament is dissolved in a large amount of new aqueous solution, and the utilization rate of the medicament is extremely low and the use cost is high after the large amount of water supplementing and water discharging.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a toilet and a medicament delivery mechanism thereof, which can save medicament and prolong the service life of the medicament, thereby reducing cost.
In order to solve the above technical problems, an embodiment of the present application provides a medicament delivery mechanism of a toilet, the toilet including: the water tank, the bedpan body, be used for to the bowl portion water supply of the bedpan body basin reason water supply mechanism, basin reason water supply mechanism's water absorption pipeline stretches into in the water tank, absorb water in the water tank, medicament delivery mechanism includes:
a medicine storage box for storing medicine;
the medicament channel is communicated with the medicament storage box and connected with the water suction pipeline;
the channel opening and closing valve is arranged in the water tank and is used for conducting the medicament channel and the medicament storage box when the water level in the water tank is lower than a preset water level.
The embodiment of the application also provides a toilet bowl, which comprises: the water tank, the bedpan body, the bowl edge water supply mechanism for supplying water to the bowl part of the bedpan body, and the medicament delivery mechanism;
wherein, the water suction pipeline of the basin edge water supply mechanism stretches into the water tank to suck the water in the water tank.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has the advantages that the medicament storage box, the medicament channel and the channel opening and closing valve are arranged, the medicament channel is communicated with the medicament storage box and is connected with the water suction pipeline, the water suction pipeline sucks water flow in the water tank and supplies the water flow to the bowl part of the bedpan body, when the water level line in the water tank descends to a preset water level, the channel opening and closing valve opens the medicament channel to enable the medicament channel and the medicament storage box to be communicated, medicament flows into the medicament channel, enters the water suction pipeline through the medicament channel, and is supplied to the bedpan body together with the water flow in the water tank sucked by the water suction pipeline to flush the bedpan body. When the water sucking pipeline just starts to suck water flow in the water tank, the water level line in the water tank is not lower than a preset water level, the channel opening and closing valve does not open the medicament channel, the medicament cannot enter the sucking pipeline, and the water for flushing the bedpan body is pure water. Along with the water in the water tank is pumped away, the water level line descends in the later stage of flushing, and when the water level in the water tank is lower than a preset water level, the medicament can enter the suction pipeline to disinfect and clean the bedpan body. Therefore, the medicament can be used in the later stage of flushing, but not in the whole process of flushing, so that the medicament is saved, the service life of the medicament is prolonged, the medicament is not required to be frequently put in, and the cost is reduced.
In addition, the medicament channel includes: a medicament inlet end in communication with the medicament storage tank;

Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that in various embodiments of the present application, numerous technical details have been set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. However, the claimed application may be practiced without these specific details and with various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
A first embodiment of the present application relates to a medicament delivery mechanism for a toilet, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the toilet comprising: the water tank 1, the bedpan body 2, the basin edge water supply mechanism that is used for supplying water to bowl portion 20 of the bedpan body 2, basin edge water supply mechanism's water absorption pipeline 4 stretches into in the water tank 1, basin edge water supply mechanism's water pump 3 provides power, lets water absorption pipeline 4 absorb the water in the water tank 1. The medicament delivery mechanism comprises: the medicine storage box 5, the medicine channel 6 and the channel opening and closing valve, medicines are placed in the medicine storage box 5, water is placed in the medicine storage box 5, the medicines are dissolved to form medicines, and the medicines are stored in the medicine storage box 5. The medicine passage 6 communicates with the medicine storage tank 5 and is connected to the water suction pipe 4. The channel opening and closing valve is arranged in the water tank 1, when water in the water tank 1 is sucked away by the water suction pipeline 4, the water level in the water tank 1 is reduced, and when the water level is lower than a preset water level, the channel opening and closing valve opens the medicament channel 6 to enable the medicament channel 6 to be communicated with the medicament storage box 5, and medicament in the medicament storage box 5 enters the water suction pipeline 4 from the medicament channel 6.
In actual use, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the water suction pipeline 4 sucks water flow in the water tank 1 to flush the toilet bowl body 2, flushes dirt out of the toilet bowl, and then the injection pipeline sucks water in the water tank 1 to be injected into the siphon pipeline of the toilet bowl from the injection hole of the toilet bowl body 2 to form siphon. At this time, the water level drops to the preset water level, the suction pipeline continues to absorb water in the water tank 1, the medicament channel 6 is opened from the non-channel on-off valve, medicament flows through the bowl 20 from the rim of the bedpan body 2 through the suction pipeline 4, and finally a water seal surface containing medicament is formed at the bottom of the bedpan body 2, so that the sanitation and hygiene in the bedpan body 2 are maintained.
Through the above, it is not difficult to find that, due to the arrangement of the medicine storage box 5, the medicine channel 6 and the channel opening and closing valve, the medicine channel 6 is communicated with the medicine storage box 5 and is connected with the water suction pipeline 4, the water suction pipeline 4 sucks water flow in the water tank 1 and supplies the water flow to the bowl portion 20 of the bedpan body 2, when the water level line in the water tank 1 drops to a preset water level, the channel opening and closing valve opens the medicine channel 6 to enable the medicine channel 6 to be communicated with the medicine storage box 5, medicine flows into the medicine channel 6, enters the water suction pipeline 4 through the medicine channel 6, is supplied to the bedpan body 2 together with the water flow in the water tank 1 extracted by the water suction pipeline 4, and washes the bedpan body 2. When the water suction pipeline 4 starts to suck water flow in the water tank 1, the water level line in the water tank 1 is not lower than a preset water level, the channel opening and closing valve does not open the medicament channel 6, medicament cannot enter the suction pipeline, and water for flushing the bedpan body 2 is pure water. Along with the water in the water tank 1 is pumped away, the water level line descends, and when the water level in the water tank 1 is lower than a preset water level, the medicament can enter the suction pipeline and enter the bedpan body 2 from the basin edge to form a water seal surface, so that the bedpan body 2 is disinfected and cleaned. Therefore, the medicament can be used in the later stage of flushing, but not in the whole process of flushing, so that the medicament is saved, the service life of the medicament is prolonged, the medicament is not required to be frequently put in, and the cost is reduced.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, and 5, the medicine passage 6 includes: a medicament inlet end 60 in communication with the medicament storage tank 5. The channel opening and closing valve includes: a suspending portion 71, a valve cover 72, and a connecting portion 73, the suspending portion 71 being provided in the water tank 1. The valve cover 72 is used to open or close the medicament inlet end 60. The connecting portion 73 connects the suspending portion 71 and the valve cover 72, extends from the water tank 1 into the medicine storage tank 5, and pulls the valve cover 72 away from the medicine inlet port 60 when the suspending portion 71 is below a preset water level.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the connection portion 73 includes: the first lifting rod 731 is hinged to the outer wall of the medicine storage box 5, and one end of the first lifting rod 731 is connected to the suspending portion 71, and the other end of the first lifting rod 731 is connected to the second lifting rod 732. The first lifting rod 731 rotates about its hinge with the outer wall of the medicament storage tank 5. The two ends of the second lifting rod 732 are respectively connected with the other end of the first lifting rod 731 and the valve cover 72, and the second lifting rod 732 is used for driving the valve cover 72 to close or close the medicament inlet end 60 when the first lifting rod 731 rotates.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, when the water level in the water tank 1 is higher than the preset water level, the suspending portion 71 is lifted by the water flow, and the second lift lever 732 is pressed down to seal the medicine inlet port 60 against the valve cover 72. During the water level falling process in the water tank 1, the buoyancy force received by the suspension portion 71 is gradually reduced, so that the suspension portion 71 carries the first lifting rod 731 to rotate clockwise around the hinge, and the second lifting rod 732 is also in a driven state, i.e., in an ascending trend. When the water level reaches the preset water level, the second lifting rod 732 completely drives the valve cover 72 to be separated from the medicine inlet end 60, and at this time, the medicine in the medicine storage box 5 enters the medicine passage 6. In addition, when water is stored in the water tank 1 again, water flow contacts the suspension portion 71, after the suspension portion 71 receives buoyancy, the first lifting rod 731 rotates anticlockwise around the hinge, and the valve cover 72 and the second lifting rod 732 are pushed down by the first lifting rod 731 until the valve cover 72 seals the medicine inlet end.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, and 5, the medicine passage 6 includes: a main pipe 61 and a limiting pipe 62. The main pipe 61 is connected to the water suction pipe 4, and the chemical inlet 60 is provided on the main pipe 61. The limiting pipe 62 is connected with the inlet end, and is used for propping against the limiting pipe 62 when the valve cover 72 is moved to the limiting position by the second lifting rod 732, and a water inlet area communicated with the inside of the medicament storage box 5 is arranged on the limiting pipe 62. Therefore, when the water level in the water tank 1 is particularly low, the valve cover 72 can not be pulled and turned over by the second lifting pull rod 732 without limitation to be separated from the running track, so that the valve cover 72 moves in a limited area, and when the water level in the water tank 1 rises and the suspended part 71 is floated, the second lifting pull rod 732 can drive the valve cover 72 to continuously seal the medicament inlet end 60.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the medicament delivery mechanism further includes: the suspending ball 8 is movably arranged in the limiting pipeline 62 and positioned at one side of the valve cover 72 facing the medicament inlet end 60, and is used for blocking the medicament inlet end 60. So that the suspension ball 8 falls down to seal the medicine inlet port 60 when the medicine liquid in the medicine storage tank 5 is discharged. External air is prevented from being mixed into the waterway of the basin rim water supply mechanism, particularly in the example, so that the air is prevented from entering the water pump 3, and the working efficiency of the water pump 3 is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, the maximum cross-sectional area of the suspending ball 8 is larger than the area of the medicine inlet port 60. So that the suspending ball 8 can completely seal the medicine inlet end 60 after falling down. In this embodiment, the limiting pipe 62 includes a tapered portion, and the pipe diameter of the portion of the limiting pipe is gradually reduced toward the medicine inlet 60, and the limiting pipe is connected to the medicine inlet 60, so that the limiting pipe slides along the wall surface of the tapered portion when the suspending ball 8 falls down, and can accurately seal the medicine inlet 60.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 6 and 7, the water suction pipe 4 includes: the caliber of the water suction port extending into the water tank 1 for sucking water is smaller than the inner diameter of the water suction pipeline 4. A damper valve 63 is provided in the main pipe 61. After the channel opening and closing valve opens the medicine inlet end 60, the water pump 3 works, the water suction pipeline 4 sucks water in the water tank 1, and the caliber of the water suction port of the water suction pipeline 4 is smaller than the inner diameter of the water suction pipeline 4, so that negative pressure can be formed in the water suction pipeline 4, and the spring part 631 in the damping valve 63 is pulled, so that the damping valve 63 is opened, and the medicine channel 6 is unblocked. When the channel opening and closing valve closes the medicine inlet port 60, the damping valve 63 further blocks the medicine channel 6, preventing medicine from leaking from the medicine inlet port 60 into the water suction pipe 4. Meanwhile, when the water suction pipeline 4 does not suck water in the water tank 1, the medicine is not required to enter the bedpan body 2, even if the water level in the water tank 1 is at the preset water level, the medicine inlet end 60 is opened, no negative pressure exists in the water suction pipeline 4, the damping valve 63 is not opened, and the medicine cannot enter the water suction pipeline 4 to cause waste.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, a partition 9 is further provided in the medicament storage box 5, a partition 90 for placing medicament is provided in the partition 9, and a plurality of holes 91 communicating with the partition 90 are provided in the partition 9. So that water flow enters the isolation region 90 through the leak holes 91 to dissolve the medicine, and prevent residues of the medicine from drifting, form a standard material layout, and avoid affecting other parts.
As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, the side wall of the medicine storage tank 5 is provided with an opening for the water flow in the water tank 1 to enter the medicine storage tank 5. The medicine storage tank 5 is provided with a door plate 51 for closing the opening.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 6 and 7, the upper end of the door panel 51 is hinged to the side wall provided with the opening. The door plate 51 is used to prop against the periphery of the opening and is inclined from top to bottom toward the inside of the medicine storage box 5 when the opening is closed. On the side of the opening there are two side flaps 53 extending into the tank 1, the side of the side flaps 53 facing away from the opening is beveled, and the distance from the side flaps 53 to the bottom of the opening is greater than the distance from the side flaps 53 to the top of the opening. The bottom of the opening is provided with a supporting plate 52 extending into the water tank 1, the supporting plate 52 is connected with two side baffles 53, and when the door plate 51 closes the opening, the supporting plate 52 abuts against the two side baffles 53 and the supporting plate 52. When the water in the water tank 1 reaches a certain amount, the door opening plate 51 can be opened, and water flows into the medicine storage tank 5 to dissolve medicine. The door plate 51 is pushed to continue to close the opening when the water in the medicine storage tank 5 reaches a certain amount. So that the medicament storage tank 5 is automatically accessible for water.
A second embodiment of the present application relates to a toilet, comprising: the medical device comprises a water tank, a bedpan body, a bowl edge water supply mechanism for supplying water to the bowl part of the bedpan body, and a medicament delivery mechanism as in the first embodiment.
