背景技术
镜片,采用玻璃或树脂等光学材料制作而成的具有一个或多个曲面的透明材料,打磨后常与眼镜框装配成眼镜,用于纠正使用者的视力,获得清晰视野。
眼球长时间暴露在紫外线下,容易引起眼部疾病,由于现有车膜不能阻隔大部分的紫外线,人们在开车时仍然会受到紫外线的伤害,因此现在需要一种车内用的变色镜片。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是为了提供一种车内变色镜片及其制备方法,提供一种变色镜片,可阻隔大部分的紫外线,并提供一种制备方法,简化该镜片制备流程,保证在镜片的制备过程中方便后一工序。

S1、制备基片,准备以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
2-4官丙烯酸酯单体75-90份,
苯乙烯10-25份,
催化剂0.1-0.2份,
光稳定剂0.1-0.3份,
链转移剂0.1-0.5份;
将上述原料混合并搅拌均匀,将混合均匀后的原料融化为粘流态;将粘流态的原料注入眼镜基片模具型腔内,将模具经过一次烘箱进行热固化;
一次热固化之后,取出离型,离型后,进行清洗,基片清洗后,通过在二次烘箱进行二次固化,得到基片;
配制变色液,准备以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
醇酸树脂15-30份,
氨基树脂5-10份,
异氰酸酯5-10份,
溶剂40-70份,
车内变色材料3-7份,
使用30份溶剂溶解车内变色材料;
使用剩余溶剂溶解醇酸树、脂氨基树和脂异氰酸酯;
将上述两份溶解后的组分混合均匀,得到变色液;
S2、清洗基片:将S1制备的基片进行清洗,通过水槽在清洗液中浸泡5—10分钟,再进入清水槽进行冲洗干净;
S3、烘干基片:将S2中清洗干净的基片进行烘干固化处理,烘干温度为60℃-70℃,烘干时间为10-20分钟;再将烘干的基片进行冷却,冷却时间为20-30分钟;
S4、涂变色层:对S3中冷却好的基片凸面均匀旋涂一层变色液;
S5、烘干固化:对S4中旋涂变色层后的基片进行热固化烘干、烘干温度为120-160℃,烘干时间为20-50分钟,将烘干后的基片进行冷却,冷却时间为10-30分钟;
S6、涂保护层:对S5中冷却好的镜片变色层表面均匀涂布一层紫外光固化涂料,用于形成保护层,以保护变色层;
S7、光烘干固化:对S6中涂完紫外光固化涂料的基片进行紫外光固化,固化时间为5-15秒;
S8、加硬:将S7中固化后的基片浸泡于加硬液中,在基片表面形成加硬层,增加基片硬度;
S9、再次固化:对S8中加硬后的基片进行再次烘干固化处理,固化温度为100℃-120℃,烘干时间为2-5小时,使加硬层加速固化;
S10、镀膜:将S9中固化后的基片进行镀膜处理,得到镜片,提高镜片的清晰度,防止镜片表面划伤。
本发明的有益技术效果:
1、本发明提供的车内变色镜片可以阻隔大部分车膜未能阻隔的紫外线,使紫外线的透入眼球内的量降低,为眼球提供更为舒适的环境;相较于传统的变色镜片,变色更为敏感,变色褪色的转变更为迅速。
2、本发明提供的制备方法中提供了多次烘干步骤,可方便进行对应的下一步工序,使在制备过程中镜片可受到良好的固化。

S3、烘干基片:将S2中清洗干净的基片进行烘干固化处理,烘干温度为60℃-70℃,烘干时间为10-20分钟,可加速基片的干燥;
再将烘干的基片进行冷却,冷却时间为20-30分钟,烘干后再冷却可方便进行旋涂变色液的工序,可使变色液迅速的贴附在基片上;
S4、涂变色层:对S3中冷却好的基片凸面均匀旋涂一层变色液;
S5、烘干固化:对S4中旋涂变色层后的基片进行热固化烘干、烘干温度为120-160℃,烘干时间为20-50分钟,将烘干后的基片进行冷却,冷却时间为10-30分钟,保证了旋涂后的变色液可快速构成层状结构;
S6、涂保护层:对S5中冷却好的镜片变色层表面均匀涂布一层紫外光固化涂料,用于形成保护层,以保护变色层,避免变色层在后续工序或者使用的时候不会被刮坏;
S7、光烘干固化:对S6中涂完紫外光固化涂料的基片进行紫外光固化,固化时间为5-15秒,为了保护层加速固化,从而不影响后续步骤;
S8、加硬:将S7中固化后的基片浸泡于加硬液中,在基片表面形成加硬层,增加基片硬度,可以使得镜片更透;
S9、再次固化:对S8中加硬后的基片进行再次烘干固化处理,固化温度为100℃-120℃,烘干时间为2-5小时,使加硬层加速固化,从而不影响后续步骤;
S10、镀膜:将S9中固化后的基片进行镀膜处理,得到镜片,可提高镜片的清晰度,防止镜片表面划伤。

上述表1的T1为车内变色镜片的紫外线透过率。
综上所述,在本实施例中,本实施例提供的车内变色镜片可以阻隔大部分车膜未能阻隔的紫外线,使紫外线的透入眼球内的量降低,为眼球提供更为舒适的环境;相较于传统的变色镜片,变色更为敏感。

Claims (6)
1.一种车内变色镜片,其特征在于:包括基片和覆盖于基片上的变色液,所述基片包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
2-4官丙烯酸酯单体:75-90份,
苯乙烯 10-25份,
催化剂 0.1-0.2份,
光稳定剂 0.1-0.3份,
链转移剂 0.1-0.5份;
所述变色液包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
醇酸树脂 15-30份,
氨基树脂 4-10份,
异氰酸酯 5-10份,
溶剂 40-70份;
车内变色材料 3-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车内变色镜片,其特征在于:
所述基片包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
2-4官丙烯酸酯单体 75份,
苯乙烯 25份,
催化剂 0.1份,
光稳定剂 0.1份,
链转移剂 0.3份;
所述变色液包括以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:。
醇酸树脂 28份;
氨基树脂 4份;
异氰酸酯 6份;
溶剂 62份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车内变色镜片,其特征在于:所述溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯或N,N-二甲基吡咯烷酮。
6.一种根据权利要求1~5任意一项所述的车内变色镜片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括
S1、制备基片,准备以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
2-4官丙烯酸酯单体 75-90份,
苯乙烯 10-25份,
催化剂 0.1-0.2份,
光稳定剂 0.1-0.3份,
链转移剂 0.1-0.5份;
将上述原料混合并搅拌均匀,将混合均匀后的原料融化为粘流态;将粘流态的原料注入眼镜基片模具型腔内,将模具经过一次烘箱进行热固化;
一次热固化之后,取出离型,离型后,进行清洗,基片清洗后,通过在二次烘箱进行二次固化,得到基片;
配制变色液,准备以下组分及各组分的重量份数为:
醇酸树脂 15-30份,
氨基树脂 5-10份,
异氰酸酯 5-10份,
溶剂 40-70份,
车内变色材料 3-7份,
使用30份溶剂溶解车内变色材料;
使用剩余溶剂溶解醇酸树、脂氨基树和脂异氰酸酯;
将上述两份溶解后的组分混合均匀,得到变色液;
S2、清洗基片:将S1制备的基片进行清洗,通过水槽在清洗液中浸泡5—10分钟,再进入清水槽进行冲洗干净;
S3、烘干基片:将S2中清洗干净的基片进行烘干固化处理,烘干温度为60℃-70℃,烘干时间为10-20分钟;再将烘干的基片进行冷却,冷却时间为20-30分钟;
S4、涂变色层:对S3中冷却好的基片凸面均匀旋涂一层变色液;
S5、烘干固化:对S4中旋涂变色层后的基片进行热固化烘干、烘干温度为120-160℃,烘干时间为20-50分钟,将烘干后的基片进行冷却,冷却时间为10-30分钟;
S6、涂保护层:对S5中冷却好的镜片变色层表面均匀涂布一层紫外光固化涂料,用于形成保护层,以保护变色层;
S7、光烘干固化:对S6中涂完紫外光固化涂料的基片进行紫外光固化,固化时间为5-15秒;
S8、加硬:将S7中固化后的基片浸泡于加硬液中,在基片表面形成加硬层,增加基片硬度;
S9、再次固化:对S8中加硬后的基片进行再次烘干固化处理,固化温度为100℃-120℃,烘干时间为2-5小时,使加硬层加速固化;
S10、镀膜:将S9中固化后的基片进行镀膜处理,得到镜片,提高镜片的清晰度,防止镜片表面划伤。
