Abstract
一种新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板,包括芯板,芯板两侧设有中板,中板外侧分别设有上表板和下表板,上表板外侧设有饰面,饰面为三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面或实木木皮饰面;芯板由若干拼芯单元拼接而成,三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面由表层纸、装饰纸、覆盖纸和底层纸进行胶粘制成,芯板和中板的材质均为实木,拼芯单元之间为平接,拼芯单元为板条,拼芯单元之间为指接,拼芯单元为具有锯齿状接口的板条,本发明提供的新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板通过实木制造的芯板和中板,能够减少生态板中,的甲醛含量,且制造过程中不采用油漆等,更为环保,生态板中具有较少的游离甲醛,能够达到净醛的等级,能够直接用于室内,能够适应各种的需要,保证了各方面的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生态板技术领域,具体涉及一种新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板。
背景技术
广义上生态板等同于三聚氰胺贴面板,其全称是三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面人造板,是将带有不同颜色或纹理的纸放入生态板树脂胶粘剂中浸泡,然后干燥到一定固化程度,将其铺装在刨花板、防潮板、中密度纤维板、胶合板、细木工板或其他硬质纤维板表面,经热压而成的装饰板。
狭义上的生态板仅指中间所用基材为多层实木(胶合板)、细木工板(如马六甲、杉木、桐木、杨木等)的三聚氰胺饰面板。
与传统的贴纸家具相比,三聚氰胺板具有耐高温、耐酸碱、耐潮湿、防火等特性,表面不易起皮,且容易加工成风格各异、质感强烈的贴面,自诞生以来该板材就迅速应用于家具、地板及室内装饰等方面。同时,该产品作为一种新型产品使得贴面板与胶合板(或细木工板)两种板材的功用合二为一,在节省生产工序的同时,提高了产品的附加值,为消费者节省了装修成本和人工费,正引导着家装的新趋势,目前市场上主流板式家具基本上都是采用三聚氰胺贴面板制作而成。生态板已广泛适用于家庭装饰、板式家具、橱柜衣柜、浴室柜等领域。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗变形、寿命较长、净醛的耐磨生态板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板,包括芯板,所述芯板两侧设有中板,所述中板外侧分别设有上表板和下表板,所述上表板外侧设有饰面,所述饰面为三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面或实木木皮饰面;
所述芯板由若干拼芯单元拼接而成。
进一步的,所述三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面由表层纸、装饰纸、覆盖纸和底层纸进行胶粘制成。
进一步的,所述芯板和中板的材质均为实木。
进一步的,所述拼芯单元之间为平接。
进一步的,所述拼芯单元为板条。
进一步的,所述拼芯单元之间为指接。
进一步的,所述拼芯单元为具有锯齿状接口的板条。
进一步的,所述拼芯单元包括中部拼芯单元以及末端拼芯单元。
进一步的,所述中部拼芯单元两端均具有锯齿状接口,且两侧锯齿状接口相适配。
进一步的,所述末端拼芯单元一端具有与所述中部拼芯单元相适配的锯齿状接口,另一端具有平整的断面。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1.本发明提供的新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板通过多个拼接单元进行拼接能够灵活的制作各个尺寸的芯板,标准长宽尺寸按照国标标准1220X2440mm,板材厚度需要不同而不同,厚度从15-18mm不等,从而能够灵活把握用户的需求,且通过加工统一规格的拼接单元,能够增加加工工序的流畅性,且通过多个小的拼接单元进行粘接,能够在一定程度上减少力的传递,从而保障了产品的强度,使其具有较强的抗变形的能力,通过具有锯齿状接口的拼接单元,通过梳齿开榫机将板条两端梳齿成锯齿状接口,类似两手手指交叉对接,再将木条锯齿状接口收尾对接成规定尺寸的木条,从而具有更好的平整度。
2.本发明提供的新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板通过实木制造的芯板和中板,能够减少生态板中,的甲醛含量,且制造过程中不采用油漆等,更为环保,生态板中具有较少的游离甲醛,能够达到净醛的等级,能够直接用于室内,能够适应各种的需要,保证了各方面的需求。

为了更好的理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明进行进一步的描述。
实施例1:
如图1-2所示,一种新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板,包括芯板1,芯板1两侧设有中板2,中板2外侧分别设有上表板3和下表板4,上表板3外侧设有饰面5,饰面5为三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面或实木木皮饰面;三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面由表层纸6、装饰纸7、覆盖纸8和底层纸9进行胶粘制成,芯板1和中板2的材质均为实木;芯板1由若干拼芯单元10拼接而成;
如图3所示,拼芯单元10之间为平接,拼芯单元10为板条,通过多个拼接单元进行拼接能够灵活的制作各个尺寸的芯板,从而能够灵活把握用户的需求,且通过加工统一规格的拼接单元,能够增加加工工序的流畅性,且通过多个小的拼接单元进行粘接,能够在一定程度上减少力的传递,从而保障了产品的强度,使其具有较强的抗变形的能力,也具有更好的平整度。

如图1-2所示,一种新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板,包括芯板1,芯板1两侧设有中板2,中板2外侧分别设有上表板3和下表板4,上表板3外侧设有饰面5,饰面5为三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面或实木木皮饰面;三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面由表层纸6、装饰纸7、覆盖纸8和底层纸9进行胶粘制成,芯板1和中板2的材质均为实木;芯板1由若干拼芯单元10拼接而成;
如图4-6所示,拼芯单元10之间为指接,拼芯单元10为具有锯齿状接口11的板条,拼芯单元10包括中部拼芯单元12以及末端拼芯单元13,中部拼芯单元12两端均具有锯齿状接口11,且两侧锯齿状接口11相适配,末端拼芯单元13一端具有与中部拼芯单元12相适配的锯齿状接口11,另一端具有平整的断面14;
通过多个拼接单元进行拼接能够灵活的制作各个尺寸的芯板,从而能够灵活把握用户的需求,且通过加工统一规格的拼接单元,能够增加加工工序的流畅性,且通过多个小的拼接单元进行粘接,能够在一定程度上减少力的传递,从而保障了产品的强度,使其具有较强的抗变形的能力,通过具有锯齿状接口的拼接单元,通过梳齿开榫机将板条两端梳齿成锯齿状接口,类似两手手指交叉对接,再将木条锯齿状接口收尾对接成规定尺寸的木条,从而具有更好的平整度。
为了保证成品的平整度达到更佳的效果,防止成品板出现碳化过多的现象从而对产品进行多次修补和砂光,对芯板接缝,缺材、低位芯材等缺陷处用高强度腻子进行填补修缮,后自然晾干或干燥窑烘干使板面腻子完全干燥;将经过腻子补灰并完全干燥的芯板经定厚砂光机进行定厚尺寸砂光,确保芯板厚度一致,去除板条毛刺,确保板面平整,且上下板面的砂光量均匀一致,避免砂光厚薄不匀、漏砂、偏砂等现象,具有较好的耐磨损性能以及抗变形性能。

1.一种新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板,其特征在于:包括芯板(1),所述芯板(1)两侧设有中板(2),所述中板(2)外侧分别设有上表板(3)和下表板(4),所述上表板(3)外侧设有饰面(5),所述饰面(5)为三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面或实木木皮饰面;
所述芯板(1)由若干拼芯单元(10)拼接而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸饰面由表层纸(6)、装饰纸(7)、覆盖纸(8)和底层纸(9)进行胶粘制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型负离子净醛耐磨生态板的制造方法,其特征在于:所述芯板(1)和中板(2)的材质均为实木。
