Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic flanging and stringing process for a plastic agricultural film and a device used by the process, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural film production automation. The process comprises (a) spreading the agricultural film by the top tip of the agricultural film spreading cone under the action of traction force; (b) the rope changes the direction into vertical upward movement after reversing, enters from the rope threading guide pipe, changes the direction into downward movement, passes through the edge of the inner side of one end of the agricultural film and moves from top to bottom with the agricultural film simultaneously; (c) the agricultural film forms a section II under the action of the agricultural film guide rod and the agricultural film spreading cone, and then is cut to form a section III; (d) under the action of hot melting, the narrow edge of the agricultural film is bonded with the wide edge of the agricultural film; (e) and (6) rolling. The process can complete automatic flanging and rope threading of the agricultural film in the production process, saves time and labor, improves the working efficiency, improves the product quality and meets the requirement of modern production; meanwhile, the invention provides the simple and convenient-to-implement automatic flanging and stringing device for the plastic agricultural film.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an automatic flanging and stringing process for a plastic agricultural film and a device used by the process, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural film production automation.
Background
The agricultural film is also called as plastic film, the main component of which is polyethylene, and the agricultural film is mainly used for covering farmlands and greenhouses and has the functions of improving the ground temperature, guaranteeing the soil humidity, promoting the seed germination and the rapid growth of seedlings. When the agricultural film is used on the greenhouse, the two side edges of the agricultural film need to be threaded, so that the agricultural film can be fixed on the greenhouse. In the past, after farmers buy the agricultural film, the agricultural film is strung manually, but the agricultural film is often very long in length, and manual stringing not only wastes time and energy and has low working efficiency, but also can damage the agricultural film, thereby influencing the use.

The invention relates to an automatic flanging and stringing process for a plastic agricultural film, which comprises the following steps of:
(a) the extruded and blown agricultural film is stretched by the top tip of the agricultural film stretching cone under the action of traction force to form a section I;
(b) under the action of traction force, the rope changes from vertical upward movement to vertical upward movement after reversing, enters from the rope threading guide pipe, changes from downward movement to downward movement, passes through the edge of the inner side edge of one end of the agricultural film and moves from top to bottom with the agricultural film simultaneously;
(c) the agricultural film forms a section II under the action of the agricultural film guide rod and the agricultural film spreading cone, and then is cut by a cutting knife to form a section III;
(d) under the action of heat fusion, the narrow edge of the agricultural film is bonded with the wide edge of the agricultural film, and the rope penetrates through the space after bonding;
(e) and (5) rolling to obtain the stringing agricultural film.
The cross section of the extruded and blow-molded agricultural film is a flat annular double-layer film which is expanded to form a circular ring.
The temperature of the hot melting is the melting point temperature of the agricultural film.
Preferably, section II is M-shaped.
The number of the ropes is 1 or 2. Both can realize the one end stringing to the plastic sheeting for farm use, also can realize both ends stringing.
The stringing device used in the automatic flanging and stringing process of the plastic agricultural film comprises an agricultural film spreading cone with an upward tip end, an agricultural film guide rod is arranged on one side of the agricultural film spreading cone, the top of the agricultural film guide rod is arranged outside the agricultural film spreading cone, the agricultural film guide rod gradually transits into the agricultural film spreading cone from top to bottom, and the part of the agricultural film guide rod, which is positioned in the agricultural film spreading cone, can form an M-shaped section with the agricultural film spreading cone;
the tail end of the agricultural film guide rod is provided with a cutting knife with an upward edge, and the cutting knife can cut the M-shaped section of the agricultural film from the middle part of the M shape;
two sides of the agricultural film guide rod are respectively provided with a rope threading guide pipe, and the rope threading guide pipes are arranged in the M-shaped section of the agricultural film.
And a thermal fusion device is arranged at an outlet below the threading guide pipe. The hot fusion device carries out the heat-seal with the plastic film edge and forms the fusion portion, and the rope is wrapped up at the plastic film inboard.
The top of the threading guide pipe is in a semi-circular arc shape, so that the inlet is downward. The rope enters from the inner side of the cut agricultural film, moves upwards, enters the rope threading guide pipe from the downward inlet, reaches the edge of the agricultural film under the guide of the rope threading guide pipe, and is thermally sealed at the inner side of the edge of the agricultural film.
Preferably, a fixed pulley is arranged below the inlet, so that the rope can be conveniently reversed in the movement process.
The opposite side of the cutting knife is provided with a baffle plate, the baffle plate is provided with a strip-shaped through hole in the vertical direction, and the knife tip of the cutting knife penetrates through the strip-shaped through hole. When the agricultural film passes through the cutting knife from top to bottom, the agricultural film is ejected out of the strip-shaped through hole by the cutting knife, and the agricultural film is cut by the combined action of the cutting knife and the strip-shaped through hole.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the process design of the invention is scientific, so that the agricultural film can be automatically turned over and threaded in the production process, time and labor are saved, and the working efficiency is improved;
(2) the invention leads the agricultural film to be threaded in the production process without later-stage manual threading, reduces the labor burden of farmers, can prevent the agricultural film from being damaged in the manual threading link, greatly improves the purchase intention of the farmers, improves the speed of putting on the greenhouse, namely buying and using without threading. The method has good economic and social benefits while meeting the modern production requirements;
(3) the device provided by the invention is ingenious in design, simple and easy to implement, and beneficial to industrial production.

As shown in FIGS. 1-7:
the automatic flanging and stringing process of the plastic agricultural film comprises the following steps of:
(a) the extruded and blow-molded agricultural film is stretched by the top tip of the agricultural film stretching cone 1 under the action of traction force to form a section I, the cross section of the extruded and blow-molded agricultural film is a flat annular double-layer film, and the stretched agricultural film is a circular ring;
(b) under the action of traction force, the two ropes 9 change from vertical upward movement to vertical upward movement after reversing, respectively enter from the rope threading guide pipes 2, change from downward movement to downward movement, pass through the inner side edge of one end of the agricultural film, and simultaneously move from top to bottom with the agricultural film;
(c) the agricultural film forms a section II under the action of the agricultural film guide rod 3 and the agricultural film spreading cone 1, and then is cut by the cutting knife 4 to form a section III;
(d) under the action of thermal fusion, the narrow edge of the agricultural film is respectively bonded with the wide edge of the agricultural film, and two ropes 9 respectively penetrate through the space after bonding;
(e) and (5) rolling to obtain the agricultural film with ropes threaded at both sides.
The automatic flanging and rope threading device for the plastic agricultural film comprises an agricultural film opening cone 1 with the tip end upward, an agricultural film guide rod 3 is arranged on one side of the agricultural film opening cone 1, the top of the agricultural film guide rod 3 is arranged outside the agricultural film opening cone 1, the agricultural film guide rod 3 gradually transits into the agricultural film opening cone 1 from top to bottom, and the part of the agricultural film guide rod 3, which is positioned in the agricultural film opening cone 1, can be spread with the agricultural film opening cone 1 to enable the agricultural film to form an M-shaped section 11.
The agricultural film opening cone 1 is a frame body with a sharp top and formed by welding four ribs, and the agricultural film guide rod 3 is fixed on a frame beside through a connecting rod 12.
The tail end of the agricultural film guiding rod 3 is provided with a cutting knife 4 with an upward cutting edge, and the cutting knife 4 can cut the M-shaped section 11 of the agricultural film from the middle of the M shape.
Two sides of the agricultural film guide rod 3 are respectively provided with a rope threading guide pipe 2, and the rope threading guide pipes 2 are arranged in the M-shaped section 11 of the agricultural film.
And a thermal fusion device 8 is arranged at the lower outlet of each threading guide pipe 2 corresponding to each threading guide pipe 2.
The top of the rope threading guide pipe 2 is in a semi-circular arc shape, so that an inlet is downward, and a fixed pulley 6 for reversing a rope 9 is arranged below the inlet.
Example 2
The automatic flanging and stringing process of the plastic agricultural film is basically the same as that in the embodiment 1, and has the following differences:
a rope 9 is changed into vertical upward movement through reversing under the action of traction force, enters from a rope threading guide pipe 2, is changed into downward movement, passes through the inner side edge of one end of the agricultural film and moves from top to bottom with the agricultural film simultaneously.
Under the action of heat fusion, the narrow edge of the agricultural film on one side is bonded with the wide edge of the agricultural film, and the rope 9 penetrates through the space after bonding; and (5) rolling to obtain the agricultural film with the rope threaded on one side.
The automatic flanging and stringing device for the plastic agricultural film used in the process is basically the same as that in the embodiment 1, and the difference is that (the specific drawing is not shown here):
and a thermal fusion device 8 is arranged at the lower outlet of the threading guide pipe 2 corresponding to the threading guide pipe 2.
A baffle 5 is arranged opposite to the cutting knife 4, a strip-shaped through hole 7 in the vertical direction is arranged on the baffle 5, and the knife tip of the cutting knife 4 penetrates through the strip-shaped through hole 7.
