In the existing glue coating device, when the rotation speed of the cloth is changed, the injection amount of glue is still kept constant, so that the glue is not uniformly coated, even the overflow of the glue is caused, and the waste of the glue is caused; in addition, in the coating process of the sizing material, once the rotating roller breaks down, the sizing material can still be continuously injected, waste can be caused, and the production cost can be greatly increased due to the waste of the sizing material, so that the structure of the conventional cloth gluing device needs to be further improved.

The working principle is as follows:
one end of the cloth to be coated is wound on the first rotating roller 31, the other end of the cloth is wound on the second rotating roller 32, the cloth is gradually transferred from the first rotating roller 31 to the second rotating roller 32 along with the operation of the equipment, and the coating work of the glue is completed in the transferring process.
Drive arrangement 3 (motor) starts, drive first live-rollers 31 through first drive belt 91 and rotate, first live-rollers 31 drives through second drive belt 92 and adheres to roller 4 and rotate, it drives pivot 51 through third drive belt 93 and rotates to adhere to roller 4, it drives second live-rollers 32 through the transmission of first gear 94 and second gear 95 again to adhere to roller 4, thereby realize first live-rollers 31, second live-rollers 32, adhere to roller 4 and pivot 51's linkage.
The rotating shaft 51 rotates to drive the blades 53 to rotate, the glue outlet amount of the glue outlet channel 2a is controlled through the rotating speed of the blades 53, the rotating speed of the rotating roller is faster and the glue outlet amount is larger due to the linkage of the rotating shaft 51 and the rotating roller, and conversely, the rotating speed of the rotating roller is slower and the glue outlet amount is smaller, so that the linkage between the glue outlet amount and the moving speed of cloth is realized, the glue is uniformly coated, and the waste of the glue is reduced.
The sealing piece 6 is arranged at the glue outlet of the glue outlet channel 2a, and along with the rotation of the rotating wheel 54 on the rotating shaft 51, the inclined teeth 54a on the rotating wheel 54 push the cross rod 61 on the sealing piece 6 upwards, so that the sealing piece 6 moves upwards to open the glue outlet, and as long as the rotating wheel 54 continuously rotates, the sealing piece 6 is always positioned at the upper limit position, and the glue outlet can be kept in an open state; once the wheel 54 stops rotating, the cross bar 61 falls between the inclined teeth 54a, the closure 6 moves downwards under the action of gravity and the return element 62, and the glue outlet is closed.
In the sizing material coating process, along with the rotation of adhering to roller 4, when contact pin 41 rotated to adhering to roller 4 below, contact pin 41 droops (contact pin 41 opens to both sides promptly) under the action of gravity, along with opening of contact pin 41, the sizing material was dialled to both sides to can make the sizing material on the cloth more even, promote sizing material coating effect. When the pin 41 rotates above the adhesion roller 4, the pin 41 returns to the oppositely disposed state by the torsion spring 41 a.
Redundant rubber materials on the cloth flow down from the two sides of the cloth and flow into the rubber collecting groove 72 through the rubber guide plate 71, so that the rubber materials are recovered, the utilization rate of the rubber materials can be improved, the waste of the rubber materials is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
