Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical supplies, and provides a medical application with an anesthesia effect and application thereof.
Background
Local anesthetics (localanaesthetics) are drugs which can reversibly block the generation and transmission of sensory nerve impulses when applied locally, and are called local anesthetics for short. Reversibly causing local tissue analgesia while keeping the patient awake. The action of local anesthetics is generally localized to the site of administration and rapidly diminishes as the drug diffuses from the site of administration. The currently applied methods mainly include superficial anesthesia, infiltration anesthesia, conduction anesthesia, subarachnoid anesthesia and epidural anesthesia. In surgical clinical application, generally, anesthetic is injected to perform anesthesia, but the injection anesthesia has long drug effect time, corresponding disinfection treatment is needed before injection, the time consumption is relatively long, certain pain is generated during injection, and certain psychological pressure and physiological pressure can be added to a patient. The wound is disinfected by using a disinfectant before anesthesia, and then local anesthetic is injected or smeared, so that the wound is exposed for a long time and is complex to operate, and the injection has a certain effect-taking time, and accordingly, the risk of infection in surgical clinical application is increased.
At present, the application of the sterile application is wide, more of the sterile application is single anesthesia application, and the application with a disinfection function is not common. For example, CN201620020044.5 discloses a take anesthetic applying ointment or plaster, including applying ointment or plaster the body, soak tetracaine's cotton layer and overburden, apply ointment or plaster the body and be equipped with the perforation, wherein one side fixed connection is on the body that applies ointment or plaster at perforation edge on the cotton layer edge, apply ointment or plaster the body and be equipped with the rubber coating bottom towards the skin face, apply ointment or plaster the body and pass through viscose looks adaptation with the overburden, the overburden covers at the body that applies ointment or plaster dorsad skin face, the overburden is equipped with observation window, observation window and perforation coincidence, take anesthetic applying ointment or plaster to seal in the wrapping bag. CN201980008813.6 discloses a pharmaceutical composition, a patch, a preparation method, an analgesic method and application thereof. The pharmaceutical composition comprises a single anesthetic active ingredient comprising an anesthetic active ingredient dissolved in water and an anesthetic active ingredient in an undissolved state; the mass percentage of the anesthetic active component in the pharmaceutical composition is more than 2 percent; the mass percentage of the anesthetic active ingredient dissolved in water in the pharmaceutical composition is less than 1%; the anesthetic active ingredient is lidocaine, tetracaine, bupivacaine, articaine, cinchocaine, dibucaine, etidocaine, levobupivacaine, mepivacaine, prilocaine, ropivacaine, tricaine, benzocaine or procaine. Both of the above two patents are single anesthesia application, and the wound needs to be disinfected in advance during the use process. In surgical clinical applications, disinfection and anesthesia are often used in combination, and if performed separately, they are not only costly but also time consuming, and present a risk of infection. In addition, when the injection anesthesia is performed, if adverse reactions occur during the use of a patient, the adverse reactions are difficult to stop in time and are easy to generate more serious adverse reactions.
In the existing surgical clinical application process, a disinfectant is used for disinfection first, then an anesthetic is injected, the exposure time of a skin wound is long, the operation is complex, the effect taking time after the injection of the anesthetic is long, and accordingly the infection risk in the surgical clinical application is increased. In view of the defects of the existing surgical clinical application, a medical application with an anesthetic effect needs to be developed, and the technical blank that the existing medical application has both the sterilizing and anesthetic effects is filled.
