Hairdressing equipment and temperature control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hairdressing and shaping equipment, in particular to hairdressing equipment. In addition, the invention also relates to a temperature control method applied to the hairdressing equipment.
Background
The existing hairdressing equipment generally needs to heat hair in the using process, the heating temperature display generally refers to the temperature of a heating body, in the actual using process, a heating plate is used for heating hair, the heat loss is fast, the heat loss is large, the temperature difference between the heating body and the heating plate is not obvious in no-load, after heating load, the surface temperature loss of the heating plate is fast, the temperature difference between the heating body and the heating plate is large, at the moment, the temperature of the heating plate is displayed by the temperature of the heating body to be obviously improper, in the prior art, the heating power is controlled simply according to the temperature of the heating body, the situation that the temperature of the heating body meets the requirement but the temperature of the heating plate is low is easy to occur, and further the hairdressing and modeling effects are influenced; or whether the heating temperature is suitable or not is judged simply through the temperature of the heating plate, so that the situation that the heating plate is in a cooling or heating state and cannot be controlled in time is easy to occur.
In summary, the problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is how to improve the hairdressing effect of the hairdressing apparatus.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, an object of the present invention is to provide a hairdressing apparatus, which can control the heating power of the heating element by determining the temperature difference between the heating element and the heating plate, so as to avoid the situation that the temperature difference between the heating plate and the heating element is increased, so that the temperature of the heating plate cannot meet the styling requirement, thereby providing a more suitable temperature for hairdressing styling, and improving the styling effect.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a temperature control method applied to the above hairdressing apparatus.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a hair styling apparatus comprising:
a heating body for heating the heating plate;
the heating plate is connected with the heating body and is used for heating hair;
the first temperature detector is used for detecting the temperature of the heating element in real time and transmitting the detected temperature information to the control device;
the second temperature detector is used for detecting the temperature of the heating plate in real time and transmitting the detected temperature information to the control device;
the control device controls the heating element to increase heating power when the difference value of the temperatures detected by the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector is greater than a preset value; when the difference value of the temperatures detected by the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector is smaller than the preset value, controlling the heating element to reduce the heating power or controlling the heating power to be unchanged;
the heating body, the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector are all connected with the control device.
Preferably, the heating plate is of a cylindrical structure, the heating body is arranged in the cylindrical structure, and the heating plate is connected with the heating body through a heating frame;
the first temperature detector is arranged on one side, close to the heating body, of the heating frame, and the second temperature detector is arranged on one side, close to the heating plate, of the heating frame.
Preferably, the heat generating frame is provided with a first mounting groove for mounting the first temperature detector and a second mounting groove for mounting the second temperature detector;
the depth direction orientation of first mounting groove the heat-generating body sets up, the depth direction orientation of second mounting groove the hot plate sets up.
Preferably, the heating plate is a plate-shaped structure, and the heating element is attached to the inner side of the plate-shaped structure;
the hot plate is provided with and is used for the installation the first recess of second thermodetector, the hot plate is close to the position of heat-generating body is provided with and is used for the installation the second recess of first thermodetector, just the opening of second recess is just right the heat-generating body sets up.
Preferably, the first groove is arranged on the outer surface of the heating plate, and the height of the second temperature detector is less than or equal to the depth of the first groove;
or the first groove is arranged on the inner surface of the heating plate, and the depth direction of the first groove faces to the surface of the heating plate for heating hair.
Preferably, the number of the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector is plural.
Preferably, the control device includes:
the receiver is used for receiving the temperature information sent by the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector;
a calculator for calculating a temperature difference detected by the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector at the same time;
the comparator is used for judging whether the temperature difference value is larger than the preset value or not;
the controller main body is used for controlling the heating body to increase heating power when the temperature difference value is larger than the preset value; and when the temperature difference is smaller than or equal to the preset value, controlling the heating element to reduce the heating power or controlling the heating power to be unchanged.
Preferably, the control device is a PLC controller.
A temperature control method applied to the hair setting apparatus of any one of the above, comprising:
acquiring the temperature of the heating body through a first temperature detector, and acquiring the temperature of the heating plate through a second temperature detector;
calculating the temperature difference between the temperature of the heating body and the temperature of the heating plate;
and judging whether the temperature difference is larger than a preset value, if so, controlling the heating element to increase the heating power, and if not, controlling the heating element to reduce the heating power or controlling the heating power to be unchanged.
Preferably, when the number of the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector is plural, the calculating a temperature difference between the temperature of the heating body and the temperature of the heating plate includes:
calculating first average values of all the first temperature detectors which are not zero, and calculating second average values of all the second temperature detectors which are not zero;
and calculating the temperature difference value of the first average value and the second average value.
In the process of using the hairdressing equipment provided by the invention, when the hair is shaped, the power supply is switched on, the temperature of the heating body is increased, the heating plate is heated at the same time, and the heating plate heats the hair to be shaped after the heating is carried out to a proper temperature; in the molding process, the first temperature detector is used for detecting the temperature of the heating element in real time and transmitting the detected temperature information to the control device, and the second temperature detector is used for detecting the temperature of the heating plate in real time and transmitting the detected temperature information to the control device; when the difference value of the temperatures detected by the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector is larger than a preset value, the control device controls the heating element to increase the heating power so as to increase the temperature of the heating plate; when the difference value of the temperatures detected by the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector is smaller than a preset value, the heating power of the heating body is controlled to be reduced or unchanged, so that the heating plate is maintained in a proper temperature range.
Compared with the prior art, the hairdressing equipment provided by the invention can respectively detect the temperatures of the heating body and the heating plate, and the combination of the temperatures measured by the heating plate and the heating body does not simply use the temperature of the heating plate as the molding reference temperature, so that whether the temperature in the molding process meets the requirement can be judged, the molding temperature of the heating plate can be adjusted in time, the temperature of the heating plate can better meet the requirement of hairdressing and molding, and the hairdressing and molding effect can be improved.
In addition, the invention also provides a temperature control method applied to the hairdressing equipment.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a hairdressing device, in the using process, the heating power of the heating element can be controlled by judging the temperature difference value between the heating element and the heating plate, so as to avoid the situation that the temperature difference between the heating plate and the heating element is increased, so that the temperature of the heating plate can not meet the modeling requirement, thereby providing more proper temperature for hairdressing modeling and improving the modeling effect. Another core of the present invention is to provide a temperature control method including the above hair setting device.

This embodiment discloses a hairdressing apparatus, includes:
a heating body 1 for heating the heating plate 2;
a heating plate 2 connected to the heating element 1 and heating the hair;
a first temperature detector 3 for detecting the temperature of the heating element 1 in real time and transmitting the detected temperature information to the control device 5;
a second temperature detector 4 for detecting the temperature of the heating plate 2 in real time and transmitting the detected temperature information to the control device 5;
the control device 5 is used for controlling the heating element 1 to increase the heating power when the difference value of the temperatures detected by the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 is larger than a preset value; when the difference value of the temperatures detected by the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 is smaller than a preset value, controlling the heating power of the heating element 1 to be reduced or controlling the heating power to be unchanged;
the heating element 1, the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 are all connected to the control device 5.
The number of the first temperature detectors 3 and the second temperature detectors 4 may be one or more, and it is specifically determined according to actual conditions that, when the number of the first temperature detectors 3 and the second temperature detectors 4 is plural, the installation manner may be as shown in fig. 4, the heating plate 2 in fig. 4 is a cylindrical structure, the heating body 1 is disposed at the middle position of the cylindrical structure, two sets of the heating racks 6 are provided, one first temperature detector 3 may be mounted on the heating plate 2, a mounting portion for mounting the first temperature detector 3 is provided in a protruding manner on the inner side of the heating plate 2, and the other two first temperature detectors 3 are disposed between the adjacent heating racks 6, are in contact with the heating plate 2, and may be used for detecting the temperature of the heating plate 2; the second temperature detector 4 is arranged at one end of the heating frame 6 close to the heating body 1 and is used for detecting the temperature of the heating body 1; a plurality of second temperature detectors 4 may also be provided, and another second temperature detector 4 may be installed in the space between the heating element 1 and the bracket of the heating frame 6, or at another position meeting the requirements, which is not described herein.
In the process of using the hairdressing equipment provided by the embodiment, when the hair is shaped, the power supply is turned on, the temperature of the heating body 1 is raised, the heating plate 2 is heated at the same time, and the heating plate 2 is used for heating and shaping the hair after the heating body is heated to a proper temperature; in the molding process, the first temperature detector 3 is used for detecting the temperature of the heating element 1 in real time and transmitting the detected temperature information to the control device 5, and the second temperature detector 4 is used for detecting the temperature of the heating plate 2 in real time and transmitting the detected temperature information to the control device 5; when the difference value of the temperatures detected by the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 is larger than a preset value, the control device 5 controls the heating element 1 to increase the heating power so as to increase the temperature of the heating plate 2; when the difference value of the temperatures detected by the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 is smaller than the preset value, the heating element 1 is controlled to reduce the heating power or the heating power is controlled to be unchanged, so that the heating plate 2 is maintained in a proper temperature range.
Compared with the prior art, the hairdressing equipment provided by the embodiment can detect the temperatures of the heating body 1 and the heating plate 2 respectively, the temperature of the heating plate 2 or the temperature of the heating body 1 is not simply used as the molding reference temperature, and the combination of the temperatures measured by the two can judge whether the temperature in the molding process meets the requirement or not, and adjust the molding temperature of the heating plate 2 in time, so that the temperature of the heating plate 2 better meets the requirement of hairdressing and molding, and the hairdressing and molding effect is improved.
In another embodiment, the heating plate 2 may be provided as a cylindrical structure, the heating element 1 is provided in the cylindrical structure, and the heating plate 2 and the heating element 1 are connected by the heating frame 6;
the first temperature detector 3 is provided on the side of the heating frame 6 close to the heating body 1, and the second temperature detector 4 is provided on the side of the heating frame 6 close to the heating plate 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the heat generating rack 6 is provided with a first mounting groove 61 for mounting the first temperature detector 3 and a second mounting groove 62 for mounting the second temperature detector 4;
the first mounting groove 61 is provided toward the heating body 1 in the depth direction, and the second mounting groove 62 is provided toward the heating plate 2 in the depth direction.
The depths of the first mounting groove 61 and the second mounting groove 62 need to be determined according to actual conditions, and in the setting process, the detection accuracy of the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 needs to be ensured to be as close to a detection target as possible.
Preferably, the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 are both temperature sensors.
When the heating plate 2 is a plate-shaped structure, the heating element 1 is attached to the inner side of the plate-shaped structure;
the heating plate 2 is provided with a first groove for installing the second temperature detector 4, a second groove for installing the first temperature detector 3 is arranged at the position, close to the heating body 1, of the heating plate 2, and the opening of the second groove is just opposite to the heating body 1.
The first groove can be arranged on the outer surface of the heating plate 2, and the height of the second temperature detector 4 is less than or equal to the depth of the first groove, so that the second temperature detector 4 does not protrude out of the outer surface of the heating plate 2 after being installed;
or the first groove is arranged on the inner surface of the heating plate 2, and the depth direction of the first groove is arranged towards the surface of the heating plate 2 for heating hair; of course, the second temperature detector 4 may be mounted in other ways, which are not described herein.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the control device 5 may be made to include:
the receiver is used for receiving the temperature information sent by the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4;
a calculator for calculating the temperature difference detected by the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 at the same time;
the comparator is used for judging whether the temperature difference value is larger than a preset value or not;
the controller main body is used for controlling the heating element 1 to increase heating power when the temperature difference value is larger than a preset value; and when the temperature difference is smaller than or equal to a preset value, controlling the heating power of the heating element 1 to be reduced or controlling the heating power to be unchanged.
It should be noted that, in the present document, the temperature difference detected by the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 at the same time is the difference between the temperature detected by the first temperature detector 3 and the temperature detected by the second temperature detector 4 at the same time, and generally, the temperature detected by the first temperature detector 3 is greater than or equal to the temperature detected by the second temperature detector 4 at the same time.
Preferably, the control device 5 is a PLC controller, and of course, the control device 5 may also be other control structures meeting the requirements, which are not described herein.
In addition to the hair setting apparatus described above, the present invention also provides a temperature control method applied to the hair setting apparatus disclosed in the above embodiment, the temperature control method including:
step S1, acquiring the temperature of the heating element 1 by the first temperature detector 3 and the temperature of the heating plate 2 by the second temperature detector 4;
step S2, calculating the temperature difference between the heating element 1 and the heating plate 2;
step S3, determining whether the temperature difference is greater than a preset value, if so, controlling the heating element 1 to increase the heating power, and if not, controlling the heating element 1 to decrease the heating power or to keep the heating power unchanged.
When the number of the first temperature detectors 3 and the second temperature detectors 4 is plural, the step S3 includes:
step S31, calculating first average values of all the first temperature detectors 3 that are not zero, and calculating second average values of all the second temperature detectors 4 that are not zero;
and calculating the temperature difference value of the first average value and the second average value.
The references to "first" and "second" of the first temperature detector 3 and the second temperature detector 4 in this document are merely for distinguishing the difference in position and are not in any order.
