If a certain power utilization loop does not work, and the power supply of the fuse to be checked is provided or not, the fuse can be pulled out from the base, whether a connecting sheet on the fuse base is electrified or not is measured, whether the fuse has electricity or not is judged, and the direction is provided for subsequent checking, the fast melting fuse can be exposed due to the fact that a conducting sheet is exposed, whether the power supply of the fuse is normal or not can be measured without pulling out the fuse from the base, the slow melting fuse is not exposed due to the fact that the conducting sheet is not exposed, fuse measurement needs to be pulled out from the base, and the fuse is more densely arranged due to the fact that the number of fuses and relays on the fuse base is large, fuse damage is easily caused when the operation is improper, and unnecessary loss is caused by replacing the fuse again for subsequent vehicle recovery.
Therefore, it is an urgent technical problem in the art to provide a fuse device capable of measuring whether the conductive piece is electrically connected without pulling out the fuse from the fuse base.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a safety device which can measure whether the power input of a safety conduction piece is normal or not without pulling out a safety from a base.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fuse device including an upper cover and a housing;

According to fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a fuse device including an upper cover 1 and a housing 2; the side surfaces of the upper cover 1 are provided with downward vertical surfaces 11, one group of the opposite vertical surfaces 11 is provided with a connecting block 12, the connecting block 12 is provided with a clamping hole 13, a clamping rod 14 is arranged between the side wall of the connecting block 12 below the clamping hole 13 and the vertical surface 11 where the connecting block is positioned, and the clamping rod 14 is provided with an ejector block 15 extending towards the clamping hole 13.
The shell 2 comprises a protective shell 21, a boss 23 protruding outwards is arranged above the protective shell 21, connecting grooves are arranged on two sides of the boss 23 corresponding to the connecting block 12, a clamping groove is formed in the protective shell 21 positioned in the connecting grooves, an elastic plate 24 is arranged in the clamping groove, a lug 25 is arranged on the elastic plate 24, and the upper cover 1 and the shell 2 are connected in a buckling mode through the lug 25 and the part, located on the lower side of the top block 15, of the clamping hole 13; the inside of the shell 2 is also provided with an assembling part 26 and a conducting sheet 3, the conducting sheet 3 is fixed on the assembling part 26, and the conducting sheet 3 is used for connecting a lead of power input.
As shown in fig. 7, the safety device disclosed by the present invention can measure whether the power input of the safety conducting sheet 3 is normal or not without pulling out the safety base 4, thereby avoiding unnecessary damage of the safety, and reducing unnecessary loss of the user caused by the restoration of the subsequent vehicle due to the replacement of the safety. When the conducting sheet 3 in the safety device needs to be measured, the conducting sheet 3 can be directly tested only by taking the upper cover 1 down from the shell 2; the buckling between the upper cover 1 and the shell 2 is very convenient and fast, and the buckling is tight.
Furthermore, the clamping rod 14 is a U-shaped structure, and two ends of the clamping rod are respectively connected to the lower side wall of the connecting block 12 and the vertical surface 11. In the process of detaching the upper cover 1 from the housing 2, the U-shaped clamping rod 14 can press the top block 15 inwards, so that the top block 15 pushes the elastic plate 24 to bend, and finally the projection 25 is separated from the clamping hole 13 of the connecting block 12 until the upper cover 1 is separated from the housing 2. In addition, the latch 14 of the present invention should have a certain elasticity to ensure that it can be deformed by pressing inward.
Further, the connecting groove is composed of two L-shaped protecting blocks 22, the vertical rods of the two protecting blocks 22 are respectively connected with the bosses 23 on the two sides, and the transverse rods are used for holding the lower side of the connecting block 12. Still further, the side of the convex block 25 away from the upper cover 1 is a clamping plane, the clamping plane and the inclined plane form a triangular structure, when the upper cover 1 is buckled with the shell 2, the top block 15 is located at the lower side of the clamping plane, and the clamping plane can enable the convex block 25 to be stably clamped at the clamping hole 13 and located at the lower side of the top block 15.
During assembly, the conducting sheet 3 is firstly installed in the shell 2, then the upper cover 1 and the shell 2 are assembled, in the process of assembling the upper cover 1 and the shell 2, when the upper cover 1 is placed downwards, the upper cover 1 can extrude the lug 25, the elastic plate 24 moves in the opposite direction in the extruding process, the lug 25 is driven to move inwards at the same time, the upper cover 1 is enabled to move downwards smoothly, until the ejector block 15 completely enters the lower part of the clamping plane of the lug 25, the upper planes of the four vertical faces 11 of the upper cover 1 and the boss 23 are abutted, the clamping plane of the boss 23 is abutted with the upper side face of the ejector block 15, and the upper cover 1 and the shell 2 are assembled.
