Under the drive of the transverse sticking driving mechanism and the lifting sticking driving mechanism, the clamping mechanism carries the film to the upper part of the lower blister and sticks the film to the lower blister downwards (the sticking positions are positioned at four corners of the lower blister); then the rubber pressing lifting driving mechanism drives the rubber pressing block 11 to descend, and the rubber pressing block 11 presses the rubber sheet on the lower plastic suction cup, so that the rubber sheet is ensured to be firmly adhered on the lower plastic suction cup. Then, the glue pressing lifting driving mechanism drives the glue pressing block 11 to ascend to be away from the film, the pasting lifting driving mechanism drives the clamping mechanism to ascend, the film is firmly pasted on the lower plastic uptake at the moment, the glue film clamped by the two clamping jaws 9 is gradually separated from the film in the ascending process, then the glue film is torn off from the film (the torn glue film is conveyed to the collecting device for uniform collection), and the whole gluing process is completed.

Claims (10)
1. A lower plastic suction and adhesive sticking device for packaging a mobile phone screen protective film is characterized by comprising an adhesive supply mechanism for providing a film and a transfer and adhesive mechanism for transferring the film to a lower plastic suction;
the adhesive supply mechanism comprises an unwinding disc for placing an adhesive tape attached with an adhesive film, a winding disc for winding an empty adhesive tape and a winding driving mechanism, wherein the surface of the adhesive film is covered with an adhesive film, and the adhesive film is provided with a grabbing part which extends out of the adhesive tape along the direction vertical to the conveying direction of the adhesive tape;
the transfer pasting mechanism comprises a clamping mechanism, a compacting mechanism and a pasting and carrying mechanism, and the clamping mechanism and the compacting mechanism are arranged on the pasting and carrying mechanism; the clamping mechanism comprises two clamping jaws for clamping the grabbing part of the adhesive film and a clamping driving mechanism for providing power for the clamping jaws, and the two clamping jaws are respectively clamped on the upper surface and the lower surface of the grabbing part of the adhesive film;
the compaction mechanism comprises a rubber pressing block for pressing the rubber sheet on the lower plastic suction cup and a rubber pressing lifting driving mechanism for driving the rubber pressing block to move up and down; the pasting and carrying mechanism comprises a pasting transverse driving mechanism and a pasting lifting driving mechanism;
when the film is conveyed to the film taking station, the pasting transverse driving mechanism drives the clamping mechanism and the compacting mechanism to transversely move to the position above the film taking station, and then the pasting lifting driving mechanism drives the clamping mechanism to downwards approach the film; meanwhile or before, the clamping driving mechanism drives the two clamping jaws to be opened, when the two clamping jaws are descended to the outer side of the grabbing part of the adhesive film and are respectively positioned above and below the side of the adhesive film, the transverse driving mechanism is pasted and then the clamping mechanism is transversely driven, so that the two clamping jaws are respectively positioned right above and right below the grabbing part of the adhesive film; the clamping driving mechanism drives the two clamping jaws to clamp the middle clamping part, the pasting lifting driving mechanism drives the clamping mechanism to lift, so that the film is separated from the adhesive tape, and the film is taken down from the adhesive tape;
under the drive of the transverse sticking driving mechanism and the lifting sticking driving mechanism, the clamping mechanism carries the film to the upper part of the lower blister and sticks the film to the lower blister downwards; the rubber pressing lifting driving mechanism drives the rubber pressing block to descend, and the rubber pressing block presses the rubber sheet on the lower plastic suction cup; the glue pressing lifting driving mechanism drives the glue pressing block to ascend away from the film, the pasting lifting driving mechanism drives the clamping mechanism to ascend, and the film is firmly pasted on the lower plastic uptake at the moment; in the ascending process, the adhesive film clamped by the two clamping jaws is gradually separated from the adhesive film, and the adhesive film is torn off from the adhesive film to complete the whole gluing process.

The lower plastic absorbing and pasting device for packaging the mobile phone screen protection sheet according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the pasting transverse driving mechanism comprises a first pasting transverse driving mechanism and a second pasting transverse driving mechanism, the driving direction of the first pasting transverse driving mechanism is perpendicular to the driving direction of the second pasting transverse driving mechanism, and the second pasting transverse driving mechanism is connected with the driving end of the first pasting transverse driving mechanism.
