Abstract
本发明公开了一种纯天然防脱发染发剂，包括以下重量份数的原料：第一剂：碱性氨基酸1～58份、半胱氨酸0.1～6份、桉油1～8份；第二剂：侧柏3～8份、首乌3～8份、山参3～8份、川穹2～6份、黄芪2～6份、牛膝2～6份、二价铁离子0.1～8份；第三剂：生姜1～6份、五倍子1～6份、山茱萸1～8份、聚赖氨酸0.1～8份、棓酸0.1～10份。本发明的染发剂所用组分均为纯天然成分，着色效果明显且着色持久，并且还能有效防止染发后脱发问题，是一种安全，绿色无污染，无毒、无刺激的染发产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及染发剂技术领域，具体涉及一种纯天然防脱发染发剂。
背景技术
染发剂是给头发染色的一种化妆品。分为暂时性、半永久性、永久性染发剂。染发剂普遍含有对苯二胺这种致癌物质，对苯二胺是染发剂中的一种着色剂，是国际公认的一种致癌物质。所以现在逐渐出现一些绿色、植物天然染发剂，又称植物有效成分染色剂，与化学染色剂相比，安全，低致敏、低致癌。缺点是颜色种类少，色值不稳定，容易褪色。
目前市场上植物染发产品多是通过小分子多酚鞣质成分的植物色素(如五倍子、没食子、海娜的提取物)与金属发生络合而显色的机理达到将白发染成黑发的效果，这种染料为天然色素，因此避免了对苯二胺类化学染料的身体危害风险。但是由于所用植物色素多为小分子多酚成分，容易渗入头发内部的同时也容易从头发中随不断的冲洗渗出而褪色，因此色牢度低。没食子酸和五棓子酸又称棓酸，分子式CH67O5，是最常用的天然色素，用其作为着色剂还存在使用后容易脱发的问题。此外，天然染发剂需要用pH调节剂打开头发的毛鳞片使小分子着色剂进入头发中，如以氨水等作为pH调节剂，这类物质会对头皮或脸部皮肤造成损伤，特别是对于易过敏人群，危害较大。所以需要一种完全纯天然的染发剂，既能解决棓酸等着色剂不持久的问题，又能防止染发后脱发，还能不对头皮或皮肤造成损伤。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术，本发明的目的是提供一种纯天然防脱发染发剂。本发明的染发剂所用组分均为纯天然成分，着色效果明显且着色持久，并且还能有效防止染发后脱发问题，是一种安全，绿色无污染，无毒、无刺激的染发产品。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
本发明的第一方面，提供一种纯天然防脱发染发剂，包括以下重量份数的原料：
第一剂：碱性氨基酸1～58份、半胱氨酸0.1～6份、桉油1～8份；
第二剂：侧柏3～8份、首乌3～8份、山参3～8份、川穹2～6份、黄芪2～6份、牛膝2～6份、二价铁离子0.1～8份；
第三剂：生姜1～6份、五倍子1～6份、山茱萸1～8份、聚赖氨酸0.1～8份、棓酸0.1～10份。
优选的，所述碱性氨基酸选自精氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸中的一种或多种。
优选的，所述碱性氨基酸包括以下质量份数的原料：精氨酸1～20份，和/或赖氨酸3～18份，和/或组氨酸10～20份。
优选的，所述侧柏、首乌、山参、川穹、黄芪、牛膝、生姜、五倍子、山茱萸均以各植物原料提取物的形式使用。
本发明中，侧柏、首乌、山参、川穹、黄芪、牛膝、生姜、五倍子、山茱萸的提取物由以下方法制备：
将侧柏、首乌、山参、川穹、黄芪、牛膝、生姜、五倍子或山茱萸分别与水按照1：5的质量比混合，加热水提30min，过滤后得到上述原料的提取物。
优选的，所述二价铁离子选自硫酸亚铁、氯化亚铁、硝酸亚铁、葡萄酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁、酒石酸亚铁中的一种或多种。
优选的，所述二价铁离子的浓度为1～80mg/mL。
更为优选的，所述二价铁离子的浓度为40mg/mL。
本发明的第二方面，提供纯天然防脱发染发剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
将第一剂的原料混合并调节pH值至碱性，得到第一剂染发剂；将第二剂的原料和第三剂的原料分别混合得到第二剂染发剂和第三剂染发剂。
本发明的第三方面，提供纯天然防脱发染发剂的使用方法，其特征在于，所述方法为：使用前预先将第一剂的原料混合并调节pH值至碱性，在头发上涂膜第一剂，10～20min后清洗；再使用第二剂，10～20min后清洗；最后使用第三剂，10～20min后清洗即染色完毕。
本发明的有益效果：
(1)本发明采用氨基酸组分作为pH调节剂，能够快速打开头发的毛鳞片，是着色剂快速进入头发，以棓酸和铁离子络合作为着色剂，染色后能快速闭合毛鳞片，防止小分子着色剂流失造成头发快速褪色。
(2)本发明的配方均为纯天然成分，安全，绿色无污染，无毒、无刺激，使用后能防治使用棓酸染发造成的头发脱落，滋养头发促进毛发生长、变黑。
具体实施方式
应该指出，以下详细说明都是例示性的，旨在对本申请提供进一步的说明。除非另有指明，本文使用的所有技术和科学术语具有与本申请所属技术领域的普通技术人员通常理解的相同含义。
正如背景技术部分介绍的，天然色素，因此避免了对苯二胺类化学染料的身体危害风险。但是由于所用植物色素多为小分子多酚成分，容易渗入头发内部的同时也容易从头发中随不断的冲洗渗出而褪色，因此色牢度低。且天然色素棓酸作为着色剂，染发后容易产生脱发等问题。
基于此，本发明的目的是提供一种纯天然防脱发染发剂。
第一剂以碱性氨基酸、半胱氨酸与桉油配合使用，其中碱性氨基酸作为pH调节剂，半胱氨酸与桉油作为毛发软化剂，可快速打开头发的毛鳞片，并且不会对头皮和皮肤造成损害，氨基酸还能滋养头皮促进头发生长。
第二剂以铁离子为着色成分，同时通过侧柏、首乌、人参、黄芪、牛膝等天然成既能分进一步滋养毛发，帮助着色成分快速进入毛鳞片；部分原料还含有染色成分，辅助着色。
第三剂以棓酸为着色成分，与前面进入毛鳞片的铁离子络合，使铁离子由二价氧化成三价铁离子，使头发快速着色。再通过生姜、五倍子、山茱萸、聚赖氨酸等天然成分既能帮助毛鳞片快速闭合，防止着色成分的流失，使染色持久；五倍子、山茱萸等还含有染色成分，加快染色速度。
第二剂和第三剂配合使用，还可以滋养头皮、促进毛发生长，解决使用棓酸带来的脱发问题。
为了使得本领域技术人员能够更加清楚地了解本申请的技术方案，以下将结合具体的实施例详细说明本申请的技术方案。
本发明实施例中所用的试验材料均为本领域常规的试验材料，均可通过商业渠道购买得到。
说明：实施例中侧柏、首乌、山参、川穹、黄芪、牛膝、生姜、五倍子、山茱萸均以各植物原料提取物的形式使用。
侧柏、首乌、山参、川穹、黄芪、牛膝、生姜、五倍子、山茱萸的提取物由以下方法制备：
将侧柏、首乌、山参、川穹、黄芪、牛膝、生姜、五倍子或山茱萸粉碎后，分别与水按照1：5的质量比混合，加热水提30min，过滤后得到上述原料的提取物。
实施例1-9
按照表1中的原料及用量加适量水进行混合，使第一剂的pH值至碱性，得到第一剂染发剂。
按照表1中的原料及用量加适量水对含二价铁离子的化合物进行溶解使其浓度为40mg/mL，并与其他原料混合得到第二剂染发剂。
按照表1中的原料及用量加适量水进行混合，得到第三剂染发剂。

试验例1
以市售印度产海娜粉纯植物天然染发剂为对照例，利用
PRO超高精度专业分光测试仪检测实施例1-9制备的染发剂和对照例的染发效果，检测是在光源D65下测定同样的头发样本(白色)使用不同的染发剂经相同的染色处理下在染色前和染色后不同时间的头发亮度值L。L值代表颜色的深浅，L值越大表示头发颜色越白，L值越小表示头发颜色越黑，通常认为L值为0，为纯黑；L值为100，为纯白。L≤16头发被认为是黑色，L≥60被认为是白色，介于16～60之间为灰白(参考文献：高海燕.天然苏木色素染发性能研究.应用化工.2009,38(10):1404-1407)。通过L值变化进行染发效果判定，同时进行效果持久性检测，持久性是指通过反复洗涤以及烘干，一个循环记为一次水洗，通过耐水洗的次数进行评价。所得结果见表2。

由表2可知，在染发处理条件相同的情况下，使用实施例1～9的染发剂染发作用明显，染后90天头发均为黑色。而对照例在染发30天后，头发就接近灰白色；染发60天后，头发变灰白色。同时，本发明的持久性次数远高于对照例，说明本发明制备的染发剂持久性好。使用第一剂后，能快速打开头发上的毛鳞片，染色后第三剂帮助能快速闭合毛鳞片，使小分子染色成分能持久留存在头发中，多次清洗也不影响染色效果。
试验例2
对实施例1～9的染发剂进行防脱发功效试验，并以市售五贝子植物染发剂(购自广州楚颜化妆品有限公司)为对照例。
选择10名年龄18～45岁头部皮肤健康白发受试者(头发亮度值L≥60)，男女各半，随机分为10组，每组10人，各组年龄、性别、头发平均直径、发质情况均无显著差异，能很好按试验方案的要求配合试验，按照相同染色条件染色一次后，不进行任何头发护理，分别在第0天、第1天和第3天进行随访，对每个受试者在使用前和每次随访时进行脱落头发记数，结果取平均值，结果如表3所示。
脱落头发记数方法为：将无纺布四角固定于水桶上，深入桶内三分之一高度处。受试者于无纺布上方以清水冲洗3遍，使脱落头发落于无纺布上。清洗完毕后，于无纺布的四角将布包起，并用橡皮筋扎稳，确保洗头过程中掉落的毛发包裹于内，晾干后，对无纺布上的头发进行计数。

由表3可知，染发后3天内，使用实施例1～9的染发剂后头发脱落数量远低于和对照例，由此可见，使用本发明的染发剂与市售五倍子染发剂相比，可以有效降低染发造成的头发脱落。

Claims (8)
1.一种纯天然防脱发染发剂，其特征在于，包括以下重量分数的原料：
第一剂：碱性氨基酸1～58份、半胱氨酸0.1～6份、桉油1～8份；
第二剂：侧柏3～8份、首乌3～8份、山参3～8份、川穹2～6份、黄芪2～6份、牛膝2～6份、二价铁离子0.1～8份；
第三剂：生姜1～6份、五倍子1～6份、山茱萸1～8份、聚赖氨酸0.1～8份、棓酸0.1～10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯天然防脱发染发剂，其特征在于，所述碱性氨基酸选自精氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纯天然防脱发染发剂，其特征在于，所述碱性氨基酸包括以下质量份数的原料：精氨酸1～20份，和/或赖氨酸3～18份，和/或组氨酸10～20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纯天然防脱发染发剂，其特征在于，所述侧柏、首乌、山参、川穹、黄芪、牛膝、生姜、五倍子、山茱萸均以各植物原料提取物的形式使用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纯天然防脱发染发剂，其特征在于，所述二价铁离子选自硫酸亚铁、氯化亚铁、硝酸亚铁、葡萄酸亚铁、富马酸亚铁、乳酸亚铁、酒石酸亚铁中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纯天然防脱发染发剂，其特征在于，所述二价铁离子的浓度为1～80mg/mL。
7.权利要求1～6任一项所述的纯天然防脱发染发剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
将第一剂的原料混合并调节pH值至碱性，得到第一剂染发剂；将第二剂的原料和第三剂的原料分别混合得到第二剂染发剂和第三剂染发剂。
8.权利要求1～6任一项所述的纯天然防脱发染发剂的使用方法，其特征在于，所述方法为：在头发上涂膜第一剂，10～20min后清洗；再使用第二剂，10～20min后清洗；最后使用第三剂，10～20min后清洗即染色完毕。
