7. The dual pump hand dryer of claim 1, further comprising a filter disposed in the first air flow passage between the first air inlet and the air jet pump.
8. The dual pump hand dryer of claim 1, wherein the flow rate of the second high pressure gas stream is 1.3 times the flow rate of the first high pressure gas stream.
9. A dual pump hand dryer according to claim 1 wherein the maximum dimension of the first exhaust port is less than the maximum dimension of the first inlet port.
10. The dual pump hand dryer of claim 1, wherein the first exhaust port increases in size in the opposite direction of the first high pressure stream.
