背景技术
由于脂肪代谢或运转异常使血浆一种或多种脂质高于正常称为高脂血症。脂 质不溶或微溶于水必须与蛋白质结合以脂蛋白形式存在,因此,高脂血症常为高 脂蛋白血症(hyperlipoproteinemia)。表现为高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症 或两者兼有,临床上分为两类:一类为原发性,罕见,属遗传性脂代谢紊乱疾病; 另一类为继发性,常见于控制不良糖尿病、饮酒、甲状腺功能减退症、肾病综合 征、肾透析、肾移植、胆道阻塞、口服避孕药等。目前,注意科学饮食,少食高 脂肪和高糖食物是降血脂的有效措施,而市面上尚缺乏专门用于高血脂症患者的 食疗配餐。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种辅助降脂食疗配餐及其制 备方法,所述辅助降脂食疗配餐安全有效,无服用的副作用,且可有助于患者对 血脂进行控制。
为达到上述技术效果,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种辅助降脂食疗配餐由以下原料组成:包括酢浆草提取物、银杏叶提取物、 桑叶提取物、魔芋粉、豆渣粉、果蔬矫味粉以及甜味剂。
进一步地,所述辅助降脂食疗配餐由以下原料组成由以下质量份数的原料组 成:酢浆草提取物3-8份、银杏叶提取物2-4份、桑叶提取物2-4份、魔芋粉 80-200份、豆渣粉40-100份、果蔬矫味粉15-30份以及甜味剂0.1-3份。
进一步地,所述果蔬矫味粉为蓝莓粉、草莓粉、南瓜粉、红枣粉、橘子粉中 的一种或多种组合。
进一步地,所述甜味剂为甜菊糖苷、甘草甜素、阿斯巴甜、赤藓糖醇中的任 意一种。
同时,本发明还提供一种辅助降脂食疗配餐的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:选择一种矫味果蔬,并对果蔬进行蒸煮熟化,烘干后得果蔬矫味粉;
S2:选择新鲜酢浆草进行清洗和筛选,于45℃-55℃下烘干或置于阴凉处烘 干后进行粉碎或切段,进行多次连续水煎,在提取完成后合并多次提取液,对提 取液进行浓缩并干燥,得到酢浆草提取物;
S3:选择新鲜桑叶,采用水煎法进行多次连续提取,并在提取后合并多次提 取液,对提取液进行缩并干燥,得到桑叶提取物;
S4:取干燥银杏叶进行粉碎得银杏叶粉末,采用70%乙醇进行浸泡提取4-5h 后在进行热回流提取,提取温度为70℃-80℃,提取时间为8h-10h,提取完成后 对提取液进行减压浓缩后进行干燥,得到银杏叶提取物;
S5:选取豆制品加工后剩余的黄豆豆渣,对豆渣进行高温熟化并干燥,将干 燥后的豆渣进行粉碎,并至少过100目筛,得豆渣粉;
S6:按照质量比例称取酢浆草提取物、银杏叶提取物、桑叶提取物、魔芋粉、 豆渣粉、果蔬矫味粉以及甜味剂进行混合均质得到所述降脂食疗配餐,并按照 40g/包进行分装。

以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而 不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本实施例为本申请的酢浆草提取物的制备实施例:
选择新鲜酢浆草进行清洗和筛选,于45℃-55℃下烘干后进行切制并进行粉 碎,对粉碎得到的酢浆草进行多次连续水煎,在提取完成后合并多次提取液,对 提取液进行浓缩并进行喷雾干燥,得到酢浆草提取物。
实施例2
本实施例为本申请的银杏叶提取物的制备实施例:
步骤包括:取干燥银杏叶进行粉碎得银杏叶粉末,采用70%乙醇进行浸泡提 取4-5h后在进行热回流提取,提取温度为70℃-80℃,提取时间为8h-10h,提 取完成后对提取液进行减压浓缩后进行喷雾干燥,得到银杏叶提取物。
实施例3
本实施例为本申请的桑叶提取物的制备实施例:
选择新鲜桑叶,采用水煎法进行多次连续提取,并在提取后合并多次提取液, 对提取液进行缩并进行喷雾干燥,得到桑叶提取物。
实施例4
本实施例为本申请的辅助降脂食疗配餐的制备实施例1
所述助降脂食疗配餐的配方组成为:
酢浆草提取物3份、银杏叶提取物4份、桑叶提取物4份、魔芋粉80份、 豆渣粉40份、南瓜粉3份、红枣粉12份以及甜菊糖苷2.3份;

本实施例为本申请的辅助降脂食疗配餐的制备实施例2
所述助降脂食疗配餐的配方组成为:
酢浆草提取物8份、银杏叶提取物2份、桑叶提取物2份、魔芋粉140份、 豆渣粉50份、橘子粉30份以及阿斯巴甜0.1份。
实施例6
本实施例为本申请的辅助降脂食疗配餐的制备实施例3
所述助降脂食疗配餐的配方组成为:
酢浆草提取物8份、银杏叶提取物4份、桑叶提取物4份、魔芋粉200份、 豆渣粉200份、草莓粉25份、蓝莓粉5份以及甘草甜素2份、赤藓糖醇1份。
进一步地,所述果蔬矫味粉为蓝莓粉、草莓粉、南瓜粉、红枣粉、橘子粉中 的一种或多种组合。
实施例7
本实施例为本申请的实施例4-实施例6的产品感官测评实施例
在本公司内部选取20名员工及客户对实施例4-实施例6所制备得到3种辅 助降脂食疗配餐、以及两种市售产品配餐同时进行感官测评,其中,市售产品分 别记为对照1和对照2,实施例4-实施例6的产品分别记为产品1、产品2和产 品3,最终测评结果如表1所示:

实施例8
本实施例为本申请的实施例4-实施例6的产品降脂效果实施例
选择5名患有高血脂症患者,在实验前后均持续服用同种药物,在实验进行 前对其总胆固醇和甘油三脂水平进行检测,并在实验过程中持续服用实施例6制 备得到的辅助降脂食疗配餐30d(每餐服用40g以替代早餐主食),并于30d后 再次对5名实验人员的总胆固醇和甘油三脂水平进行再次检测,实验结果如表2 所示:

Claims (7)
1.一种辅助降脂食疗配餐,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:包括酢浆草提取物、银杏叶提取物、桑叶提取物、魔芋粉、豆渣粉、果蔬矫味粉以及甜味剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种辅助降脂食疗配餐,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料组成:酢浆草提取物3-8份、银杏叶提取物2-4份、桑叶提取物2-4份、魔芋粉80-200份、豆渣粉40-100份、果蔬矫味粉15-30份以及甜味剂0.1-3份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种辅助降脂食疗配餐,其特征在于:所述果蔬矫味粉为蓝莓粉、草莓粉、南瓜粉、红枣粉、橘子粉中的一种或多种组合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种辅助降脂食疗配餐,其特征在于:所述甜味剂为甜菊糖苷、甘草甜素、阿斯巴甜、赤藓糖醇中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种辅助降脂食疗配餐的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:选择一种矫味果蔬,并对果蔬进行蒸煮熟化,烘干后得果蔬矫味粉;
S2:选择新鲜酢浆草进行清洗和筛选,于45℃-55℃下烘干或置于阴凉处烘干后进行粉碎或切段,进行多次连续水煎,在提取完成后合并多次提取液,对提取液进行浓缩并干燥,得到酢浆草提取物;
S3:选择新鲜桑叶,采用水煎法进行多次连续提取,并在提取后合并多次提取液,对提取液进行缩并干燥,得到桑叶提取物;
S4:取干燥银杏叶进行粉碎得银杏叶粉末,采用70%乙醇进行浸泡提取4-5h后在进行热回流提取,提取温度为70℃-80℃,提取时间为8h-10h,提取完成后对提取液进行减压浓缩后进行干燥,得到银杏叶提取物;
S5:选取豆制品加工后剩余的黄豆豆渣,对豆渣进行高温熟化并干燥,将干燥后的豆渣进行粉碎,并至少过100目筛,得豆渣粉;
S6:按照质量比例称取酢浆草提取物、银杏叶提取物、桑叶提取物、魔芋粉、豆渣粉、果蔬矫味粉以及甜味剂进行混合均质得到所述降脂食疗配餐,并按照40g/包进行分装。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种辅助降脂食疗配餐的制备方法,其特征在于:提取次数为2次-3次,首次提取前需浸泡3h-4h。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种辅助降脂食疗配餐的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2、步骤S3以及步骤S3所采用的干燥方法均为喷雾干燥。
